Stayed here 2 nights. Upon arrival, Ofc lady friendly enough, while not offering much information. We’re put out “in the boonies” site #890. Not sure why as park was not busy at all. Be aware, no shade, doggies not allowed on beach area. “FIREWORKS” that are legal, including Cherry Bomb/M-80’s. People can set them off anywhere. My small pups were terrified! Not a KOA I would recom

I stayed for one night on my way south. Office staff was very courteous & helpful. Site was spacious, the campground had many places to walk to stretch my legs after a long drive.

Nothing but a hot gravel lot, although they have just paved the roadways, so the dust is less. The office is unstaffed, so any issues and you have to go to casino and wait in the hotel check-in line for assistance. This time we arrived to find the power pedestal locked, so had to wait for Security to come out and unlock it. Laundry room closes at 5, what use is that? Would rate zero if I could.

nice and clean. don't think handicap toilet is ada compliant. too low and barely bolted to floor. overall a good place to park for the night on your way somewhere else.

We were there on a Monday so was not busy. They put us near the dog park. It was small but worked. It was shaded. Our electric had a problem and they came out Immediately to open the stand next to us and we used that and it worked. They were helpful, very nice. Went to Casino, they allow smoking but not a problem for us. did not eat there. Did not use any other Ammenities.

We have stayed many times here. Big campground and flat, level areas. Staff are lovely and helpful. Love the new pool area at the Casino.

I would have stayed longer but huge storm was coming and I had a window leak. One of the other people next to us was very rude and disrespectful. While it was raining he came over to our RV and didn’t even knock and opened our door and was speaking Mexican language my dogs were scared and started barking and then he left. I locked my door and we left early in the morning. He had a 5wheel

It was clean enough and everything but pool very far, the check in site has nothing selling like ibuprofen have to go to a near by store, unfortunately came at a time the casino was having private events unable to use the pool to full capacity, would have been nice to be notified in advance, if you like to walk all over go for it

We pulled in 40 minutes before their earliest check in time. The park was no more than 1/4 full. It was going to be over 110 degrees and we hoped to get set up while it was still 100! We were told we would have to wait 40 minutes. When we protested, she said that she would check us in with a $10 fee. We went ahead and paid the $10!!! A corporate rule!! Ruined the whole visit for us!!

All was great as far as email check in, site, utilities. But, the firecrackers were noisy well pass midnight on a Wed. night? If they were done on your property, may I suggest they adhere to quiet hours. Thank you. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the campground and the fact that we were able to use the pool and beach was a plus!! Robin was very capable and wtook care of all of our needs���� We will return again!

One of the main reasons for low reviews is that the check in office closes at 4 pm. There were so many people that show up after that. Then if you miss the 4 pm you have to find your way to the casino itself and wait in the casino hotel check in line. The casino is a good 15 minute walk. In our case it was 117° upon arrival. You really can’t drive there because they don’t allow trailers or RV

Just stayed one night on our way home to San Diego. currently completing paving all interior roads, which is great most of the year. The temperature was 120 degrees which kept us in our motorhome with the AC. In the past we have used the Avi pool which is a great bonus. The grounds were clean, and showers were relatively up to date. Office staff was very friendly.

Park is under construction & trucks start moving at 6 am. They put us in a spot that couldn't get in without trimming a dead tree. Parking lot had lots of empty spaces. The park was all sand. Fireworks went off from 9-11 each night. Dog park was a joke. Sprinklers on 24 hours. No other place to take your dog. Terrible park for pets and owners. Could not use amenities. Do not recommend.

We went to get new wristbands for the beach, and the office was closed in the middle of the day-business hours. I was not winning anything on the casino slot machines. I will not go there again. Instead, I will go into Laughlin where the machines are more generous.

The sites are huge, fireworks were amazing but the resort is only bare desert. Arriving late in the afternoon only gave us the next morning to get necessary shopping completed. Check out was at 11am and we requested a late check out. With the park nearly empty, the staff gave us until noon or would charge us for another day.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of all the fireworks going off each night. If you have pets that don’t like loud noises then I would not recommend it. Otherwise it is a great place. We will definitely return if we leave our dog at home with my parents.

Our stay was good except my husband is handicapped and he did not think that the restrooms were adequately designed for handicapped people. No grab bars, slippery floors. He was afraid of falling.

Worst experience. 30amp power supply at your KOA site was not working properly. This left me and my wife with no AC during 122F heat. We had to check in the casino hotel at $230 a night and still had to pay to keep our trailer at the campground without any cooling. Interior parts warped from the heat. 2023 trailer. We will pursue a resolution.. expecting a call back .. (760)685-8267

Worst experience. In 120° heat the campgrounds power supply would not sufficiently keep our AC unit running in our trailer. This is a known issue to the campground from what we have found out. The person running the office said that she could not do anything for us. We had no other choice but to get the last room available at the casino $230. We still had to pay $45 at KOA. I want this resolved.

I love this place!! I will definitely be coming back again, Full access to the Luxury Style Pool, Private Beach, Restaurants, Casino and Movie Theater. My only complaint was that some Rv's were not well kept in terms of maintenance. Alot of them looked abandoned, Dirty & Old (flat tires , misc junk around rv, cob webs and trash accumulating) a bit of an eye sore for a luxury RV RESORT. God bless everyone equally but have some cleanliness for yourself and your belongings at the very least. Avi please set some guidelines asap!

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
