Everything was great. My only complaint......you can’t have charcoal grills. I asked why, and they said too many people don’t clean up, we shouldn’t be punished for those who do things wrong. A new system should be created.

Love staying with you, our only suggestion is, we wish the dog park was larger. We have a dog that loves to run and there is no place for her. Saying that, we will be back.

The office checkin was very quick and efficient, friendly too. The site was clean and level, and all hookups were in good shape. We did not use other facilities such as the laundry room so I can’t really comment on much else.

Came in on a Saturday...fairly quiet weekend but still two counter ladies there to help and the park "ranger" assisted us. Nice place.

• This KOA really has nothing to offer, it’s beside a very lousy casino • Internet is okay • Cable is bad, very poor reception • Showers are DIRTY, wear your shower shoes • Laundry room closed indefinitely • There are many other options for camping in this area • I would never recommend this KOA or stay here again • Lots if permanent residents and rules do not apply them

Won't be back. The pool was not open as advertised because they are building a new one. They should have let us know this when we called and asked if the pool was open. The laundry room was not open with no explanation. There was no propane available on site. The sites were way too narrow for rigs with 3 or more slides. There were wider sites available but not offered.

The area is lovely and the staff very helpful. The only downside is the wind, over which they have no control. A couple of times a month it blows sand.

Great staff. Great location. Lovely beach and pool. We don't gamble nor drink. One issue that would prevent us from returning is the Wi-Fi. Its nonexistent. And we were unable to use our Hotspot

This is a desert campground - lots of sand and dirt. Well maintained and mostly pullthru sites. Checkin was easy and friendly. Dog run was well maintained and shady. Nearby casino has all of the amenities and shuttle service directly from your site. An enclosed shuttle would be welcome for the chilly winter evenings in the desert.

Friendly staff, fun place which offers golf, sportsbook, access to the colorodo river for boating, movie theater, and lots of other casino games. Starts getting a little crowded in the winter months but to be expected.

The staff at the AVI KOA are wonderful. Always helpful and friendly. We enjoy our time at the Laughlin AVI KOA.

Great place to stay. Very clean and well taken care of. You can go off-roading all day and go eat and play at the casino at night. Have stayed their multiple times and will stay there again.

Basic camp sites Low key, not bothered by staff. Could not get on camp wifi. Cell phones blocked in casino. Disappointed buffet closed for good

A dirt parking lot. Laundry is closed. No picnic tables provided per site. Laundry list of rules on arrival that are not stated anywhere on KOA website. Front staff is not friendly. Dude in the truck is super friendly. Bathrooms are clean. Casino is across the street and has some fun stuff for kids.

Arrived Thursday afternoon. The two ladies behind the desk were obviously having a bad day. Rude and abrupt. I asked for a closer site-said they were full(ummm-nope). When I asked about wifi and bathroom codes-was told-“it’s all on the paper”- We have stayed at avi many times in the past-did not expect nor need this attitude on a thanksgiving afternoon��

Avi & KOA is very tired. Casino was hot, smoky. Stuffy and had to exit. Rate over Thanksgiving was $80, more than double for a arrow and cramped r v site. No surprise occupancy was only 50%, We like KOA's but this is the worst.

It had been several years since I stayed at the Avi KOA and remember it fondly as a quiet, clean RV Park next to a casino. It is still very clean and quiet during the day, but come dark the quiet goes away. Since my last stay the store across the street starting selling fireworks and the casino has set aside an area for folks to launch said fireworks. So the quiet is gone. I won't be back.

We came in after dark and once we collected our reservation information we found our space with ease. This park has a unique feature that we noticed with our pull through site…the sites are paired to have motorhomes dock nose to tail. This is a thoughtful feature that allows guests to enjoy a meal under the awnings of their RVs without having to be next to the neighbors rv sewer hose.

The laundry room was not open. We were planning on doing our laundry before heading home so it was one less thing to do after a month long road trip. Highly inconvenient. The Feathers Cafe food for dinner was terrible. The service was great but the quality of the food was barely edible. The water taste was bad and they had no bottled water to serve instead. Won't be staying or eating there again.

We appreciate the clean bathroom and shower facilities. They're the cleanest well kept bathrooms out of all the koas we have visited. There needs to be more bushes such or shrubs to help block some of the Gusty winds and dirt

I love this place!! I will definitely be coming back again, Full access to the Luxury Style Pool, Private Beach, Restaurants, Casino and Movie Theater. My only complaint was that some Rv's were not well kept in terms of maintenance. Alot of them looked abandoned, Dirty & Old (flat tires , misc junk around rv, cob webs and trash accumulating) a bit of an eye sore for a luxury RV RESORT. God bless everyone equally but have some cleanliness for yourself and your belongings at the very least. Avi please set some guidelines asap!

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
