Great customer service from the front office! Internet was a little spotty but everything else was perfect. Loved the easy access to the Avi and pool/beach. Thank you for a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time, having valet to take us to and from the casino, was an extra touch. Food was great, RV park quiet and well kept. Only thing missing was a bit of shade. A+.

We enjoyed our stay except for one item. The fireworks at 2100 to 0100 Hrs. I am a disabled Vietnam veteran. It sent me to the ground, trying to find my weapon. It only lasted for a few seconds. I was sound asleep and suddenly was awakened by loud blasts. For a moment I felt I was at War. Something to consider for us who went to War!

Fine for adults especially if looking to gamble. Hit/miss for kids. Very basic campsite with only redemption being the resort across the way. However, even there, rule enforcement at the beach was very hit/miss. Pool was not open yet which would have improved things. Was also very surprised by small store at KOA where didn't even have some basic RV items (needed new inline water filter).

Road construction noise and equipment on Friday and Saturday of our stay was annoying. Campground is not secure. Large rocks are the only thing keeping people out. We were charged $10 extra for 20 minute early check in. Casino is very smokey. Restaurant staff very slow and unfriendly.

We had a minor issue at the RV park, but Robin took care of it and made sure we were treated very nice. The casino was ok, drink service was very slow or forgot the drinks.

The campground was very helpful in allowing us to extend our stay. We needed work done on our rig and were at the mercy of the repair shop and them receiving parts. After several delays we are finally back on the road. We have Mother's Day Dinner at the casino and it was wonderful. Complements to the chef and staff for a great evening.

Stayed twice. Level spaces, professional staff, clean bathrooms. However, last stay we woke up to no water. We understand that pipes break but it was inconvenient.

We chose this campground because of the golfing, pool and beach. We got a site at the end of the campground far away from the bathroom. No Table on the site- you have to grab it from other sites. The pool was not open, at the beach no sunbeds. The golf could not be reserved after 5pm so we couldn’t play. In the morning no water on the campground so we had to leave without breakfast and shower.

We believe we should have been offered one free night stay because of the construction they started while we were there, trapped us in our campsite a whole day and caused us to leave 6 AM the next day before construction began again

Very large, spartan park. Perfect location to re-supply after being off grid in the desert several weeks. Appreciate the door to door option if traveling with others. Will certainly stay again.

We booked before the (Care Camps Big Weekend) was announced. We presumed we’d get the discount for staying during the promotion, we didn’t and not offered. The pictures are different than what you see in person, WiFi goes is spotty, we were assigned a stall way out in the back when there was a plethora of open space, & the first day there was a water issue. We‘ll try the Needles KOA next

Had a lovely dinner at MoonShadow, main reason we chose to stay at this KOA was to use the Casino’s pool which was closed for renovation. Wish that would have been noted. Otherwise, easy in and out .

Hookups all worked well, large sites, playground for kids, two small dog runs for stretching legs. It was a great stay they answered all my questions when I called. Boat launch ramp included but it did get a bit congested. Over all great stay and we will be back.

So disappointed this time although there were open sites regardless of the paving job you put us beside folks who hoisted distasteful political flags, smoked into our open windows and had 2 trucks and a boat spilling into our site loved how clean the showers were concerned about the lack of on-site staff during the night

Casino was descent. Great employees, not too crowded, and clean. The KOA was a shack for an office near a giant dirt lot with no shade. If I were to go again, I would stay in the Casino and skip the KOA.

We stayed 16 days. I am a bit surprised that KOA is affiliated with AVI casino. It is not up to the KOA standards we are used to. There is no shade for the vast majority of the spots, most don’t have picnic tables, and the entire park is dirt. But, when we left they were beginning a huge paving project. Perhaps that will be a start of many much needed improvements. The pool is closed for repairs

I love this place!! I will definitely be coming back again, Full access to the Luxury Style Pool, Private Beach, Restaurants, Casino and Movie Theater. My only complaint was that some Rv's were not well kept in terms of maintenance. Alot of them looked abandoned, Dirty & Old (flat tires , misc junk around rv, cob webs and trash accumulating) a bit of an eye sore for a luxury RV RESORT. God bless everyone equally but have some cleanliness for yourself and your belongings at the very least. Avi please set some guidelines asap!

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
