had a satisfactory two week stay. I would like to of chosen my lot when the reservation was made. Our lot was a back in but some lots are pull forward because electrical pedestals are shared. To many dogs.

We love your KOA in Gunnison. We’ve stayed there several times. Grounds are always very nicely maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Will stay there again.

They have the best lawn out of any campground I have stayed at just like a golf course.

Park was well maintained but rules were not enforced as relates to backing in or nose in. I was assigned a very small space and because I am a small trailer, I had to back in but my neighbor for 2 of my 3 day days at location was nose in and it made for an awkward stay as our doors opened on to each other. I felt like I couldn't be outside in my assigned area due to this.

The sites are lovely... nice, big, and level. Finding donkeys at my site was both interesting, unique and challenging because they upset my dog. Beautiful view... but the dog enclosure was unusable because there was horse manure in it and I didn't want my dog eating or rolling in it. It should either be a dog enclosure OR a horse turnout... not both. Otherwise a very decent stay.

Everything is clean and neat. When there was a problem with the bathroom plumbing, it was fixed promptly and efficiently. Very nice campground. I enjoyed my stay

I've stayed here many times and love this KOA. I appreciated the update to the womens shower/restroom however, I couldn't get hot water for a shower from any of the 3 showers after letting them run awhile. Other than that, stay was great!

Feedback for the managers/owners: there needs to be a barrier and foot-traffic path from the cabins to the office. We were in site #40, and there was a constant stream of people (especially kids) through our camp site. At one point even a truck drove right through another camper’s site going from the cabins to the loop road. We love the campground but this definitely dampened our enjoyment.

We were checked in at the office by a very nice lady and given a wonderful pull through site in the middle of their beautiful, all grass campground. The stay was made even nicer by the mules and Shetland pony that roam the campground grazing and greeting campers, as well as the pot bellied pig and goats that were always happy to say hello whenever you walked by. It was a great stay.

The campground is ok, we switched to KOA as result of Gretchen being there. Was disappointed when she was fired from KOA without notice. Gretchen is a student working two jobs to pay for all expenses and own way in college, unfortunate you could not work with her balancing commitments. There are options in Gunnison to stay, this left us with an unhappy experience of KOA and how people are treated.

For the cost of the site, the expectations were a little higher. Showers/bath could be cleaner and working better. If you advertise amenities, everything should be in working order.

It was quiet and peaceful. The facilities and grounds were clean and orderly. The bathrooms and showers clean. We enjoyed it and would return.

camped in the overflow area , manure all over the ground , fallen trees had to be cleaned up , it reminded me more of a dump than a camp ground .

The staff was amazing and the grounds were very well taken care off. The Airport did not bother us at all. Jenny was one of our parts of our trip and we can not wait to go back. The cabin was very nice and comfortable. Over all a beautiful camp ground and wonderful people. We will be going back and we can't wait.

Dave and Susie are the consummate hosts. My Number 1 KOA to stay. The area is beautiful, grounds are amazing and the farm animals are a bonus to the ambiance. Was at Gunnison KOA last year and will return before in Sep/Oct for my third stay before heading south for the winter. Thanks for everything. Ernie

Interesting campground with animals wandering the area. Donkeys, goats sheep and a pig. Spacious sites. Good location

This particular property was basically a functional spot to stay if you had reason to be in this area. It appears that all spots are in the grass which was not ideal given the wet conditions. My stabilizer blocks would sink into the ground constantly. The staff was just so-so with helpfulness and greetings/interactions. Nothing bad/horrible, nothing great.

We always enjoy our stay at the Gunnison KOA. Our kids love the animals and being able to ride/run/play around the grounds. The only hiccup this year was the two outdoor sinks were both not working. I know it was a colder spring than we've had, and I'm sure there is only so much time to get outdoor plumbing sorted. We made due with the nearby hose for washing our dishes, and will be back again!

Stayed overnight on Memorial Weekend. Camp was full but the place was still clean and well attended. Staff was great and keeping things neat. Clean level sites and quiet. Definitely would stay there again.

We have camped many places, but Gunnison KOA is always the high point for us! Dave and his staff make every stay amazing and memorable! Thank you for a great time and spectacular memories!!!

I paid for a full hook up site. HOWEVER. The person next to me hooked up to the ONLY working sewer hook up. The other one was busted off. No way to hook my sewer hose. Neighboring rig hooked to my 30 amp side of the power box. The only options were 20 amp or 50 amp. I had an adaptor to go from 50 amp to 30 amp so I had correct input. POOR PLANNING. Livestock roaming around along with flies
