I realize that campground improvements are taking place, but this was the dustiest, most unappealing KOA location I have ever stayed at. Construction work started at 7:30am. Very annoying

Booked and paid for a full hook up back in site, showed up to a closed office with directions to a tent site. Contacted via text, was told they had no sites available with hookups, even though the place was empty. No refund for a hook up site, paid full price.

Location and facilities were great but no one was manning the after hours phone line. It was a recording. Good thing we didn’t have an emergency.

New owners were very kind an accommodating. Facilities were clean and well taken care of, and it was far enough away from the highway that it’s nice and quiet.

We arrived after the office was closed, but everything was as stated in the voice mail they left with directions, codes, etc. Showers were hot and bathrooms were clean. The park was not very crowded, so it was nice to just be able to come in, set up and get ready. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean restrooms. Quiet. I like their tent sites for camper van since our van is not equipped as an RV so we need to sleep in tent, but some KOA locations don't allow that. Great stay.

Your camping area at this location is pretty bad. I understand that there’s limitations but we were directly in the lights of the hotel parking lot with people walking their pets to go to the bathroom about 10 feet from our tent. Also the fire pit was full of trash when we arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful to be fair. Way to expensive for what we got.

We had a wonderful time at the KOA in Green River. It was a perfect place to stay and then do day trips around the area. The staff was so kind. Heidi was so helpful and answered any questions we had. She even recommended some great places for us to check out during our stay. We hope to come back again soon.

Bathrooms were so clean and the shower was so hot! Beautiful scenery and stars at night. Site staff was friendly and showed us to our site even though we checked in after hours. Would stay again!

New hosts working hard to make this site welcoming and friendly. But location, location, location. If you want bright lights from town highway keeping you awake all night this is your place. If you want the noise of the interstate I70 keeping you up all night this is your place. If you want late arrivals pulling in next to you after 10pm from said interstate this is your place.

Nice place, clean bathrooms and showers. Only negative thing was that we arrived after dark and accidentally ended up at the wrong site. A staff member came by to tell us we’d made a mistake, and he was incredibly sarcastic in a not super nice way. We were grateful he let us know about our mistake, but it came across very rude. No hate to him though, but it did seem unnecessarily demeaning.

The management staff was very friendly and helpful! The restrooms and showers were really clean. The kids enjoyed the pool and the playground. The only issue was the lack of shade.

The facility and pool were great. If people need to camp along 70 in this area, this is a good stop. Unfortunately, the lights and noise from the adjacent hotel will keep me from coming back.

Bathrooms were clean and the astroturf in the campsite was a welcome change from other campgrounds. Aaron O. was also so kind and very professional and friendly. We would have liked more of an indoor space to escape the heat during the day, as the only significant downside.

Your workers were all extremely helpful and really nice people to talk to. The facilities and grounds were in excellent shape. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time and they made excellent suggestions about food and other things in Green River. Would definitely stay here again.

Tent spaces were very close to each other where you could smell other customer’s smoke from the fire, their noise & no privacy. There was no place to park near the tent area. It was shown on online there were grass in the tent area & it was just a dirt area. The place was not worth paying 51.44. I was not satisfied would not stay again nor recommend.

The campground was completely full when we arrived. It was comfortable, clean and quiet. The host were very friendly and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend and would camp there again.

The staff was great, facility was good. The Restrooms need work, showers are terrible. This WiFi is non existent…this was very disappointing to me. The KOA is in a good spot and allowed me to do the things that I wanted to do that Werner close by.

Our tent site was very large with a turf spot for our tent! The bathrooms were clean, the pool area was well kept and quite redreshing.The only thing that would be nice is a shaded spot with chairs to relax like the RV and cabin spots have. It's very hot out there and this would have been very welcoming!

Had a reservation for a sand, water, and electric tent site. Instead got a patch of astro turf and shares water and electric with the RV spot adjacent with no obvious electrical port. Please update your website to reflect that not all "sand" sites actually have sand. It is very misleading and I will now be avoiding KOA.

Comfortable campsite. Clean restrooms. Welcoming staff. Relaxing stay. And I wish I had brought my bathing suit. Really nice pool. Quiet and got a good nights sleep. Second time there. Will stay again if I travel through here again!

Fantastic location, but the best part are the staff. One of the greatest groups of people and the level of care they have for the grounds and it’s visitors is 10/10. Strongly recommend!

The site was clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly. Nice place to get away for Memorial Day weekend. Restrooms were clean and in working order. Overall, very impressed. I guess you could say I’m a happy camper!

I just needed a place to shower, spend the night and recharge my batteries (literally). I arrived late and was out by 5 AM so didn't even set up a tent! I just ptched my sleeping bag on the small patch of faux lawn and stared up at the open sky. The place seemed well maintained and the camp itself was quiet after hours, except for some truck noise from the nearby highway.

Nice, courteous staff. The bathroom and shower area is nice. The area is very clean and pretty. The showers definitely need curtains. Help to stop mist getting on clothes and would help so people outside the stall couldn't see in.

Overall a nice campground. About an hour from Arches, Canyonlands, and Goblin Valley. Feels more remote and quiet compared to Moab and closer to interesting places in the “Swell”. Stayed 4 nights in 2 adjacent camping cabins. The cabins were clean and the beds were comfortable. The mattresses on the full beds looked new. The staff were friendly and responsive to issues that popped up even after hours. The thermostat on our heater broke and a new one was placed in our cabin the next day. Unfortunately, there was no hot water one of the nights because the gas company damaged the gas line at the campground. Not the fault of the campground but a few dollars off one night would have been nice. Went to bed dirty but not a big deal since we were camping anyway. The campground is undergoing upgrades with a new shower house on the way. Currently, they still use the one by the office which is dated but clean. The playground was removed for the construction, but the city playground is just minutes away. There was more to do in the area than we had time for and we would definitely stay here again.
