In 5 - 6 years since the last time we were at KOA Great Falls it has turned into a wonderful place to stay. The amenities are great, the morning breakfast of pancakes amazing, Sites are well looked after, the pull through sites for big rigs are great.

Some spots are a little tight for even a small camper, low hanging branches. Could not avoid since the roads were one way. Some scratches on my camper down the sides, just be careful. The pool and hot tubs were excellent and the ice cream was great, pancake breakfast was even better. Nice place to stay.

The entrance off of the main road is tight if a vehicle is leaving at the same time. The park is great and and lots of excellent big rig pads.

The area is pretty but they have let the trees grow to overhang the driving areas, so it scraped on the top and both side of my RV. It wouldn’t take much to trim the trees without loosing the pretty looks.

We only stayed for one night, but the area was very nice. The pull throughs were roomy and it appeared there were a lot of activities for kids and adults alike. We’d definitely book this KOA location again.

We have stayed in many KOA locations over the years (check out our membership to get an idea) and this location rates the best. The pride displayed in the property is obvious. A very clean well managed campground!

We arrived at 7:30pm and needed to leave first thing in the morning. I was very disappointed that there was t a hot tub open past 8pm. Adult hot tub time from 8-11pm would be so nice! We loved all the trees, greenery, and privacy shrubs. Some trees need trimming along the road. Friendly service and very nice, clean shower room. Dog park could use a bench inside for owners. This is a great place to stay!!!! Clean, organized and great staff. Not only that - free pancakes!!!!! The park is a beautiful setting full of trees and plenty of space between spaces. One of the best KOA's that we have visited

Cons. High priced for the condition of the grounds. Unlevel setting area with irrigation pipes sticking out of the ground. Pancake breakfast a nice idea but was cold. And did not offer a cup of free coffee. About 30% over priced for condition of the sites. PROS Staff was very friendly and helpful. Office and Store, were clean and well organized. Restrooms were clean. Water par great spot for kid

There were a ton of bees, and a lot of watering hose issues. The staff was great, and beyond all the bees/hose issues, this location is great. Just needs some polishing up.

Friendly staff. The sink in our camper wasn’t working and the lady in the office told us about the kitchen area where we could do dishes….. LIFESAVER! The grounds are well maintained, very clean. It’s a nice little camping getaway when you don’t want to go too far. We be back!

As an overnight stay it was fine, we were disappointed that the govarts had to be paid for whereas they are free at other KOA's. The wifi didn't reach the part of the park we stayed at and the bathrooms were too far away for comfort . I understand a new block is being built, but for us it didn't work this occasion .

The cabin we stayed in was very dirty, and site around cabin really could have used some clean up. Weeds and dead fall are taking over. The non RV side really could use some TLC in this KOA.

Generally I like the campground but the continuing problem with internet service is very troubling. This same thing happened last month when we stayed there but was fixed in a couple of hours this time it was out for most of our 3 day stay.. Both times it was described as a software issue that the internet provider. was trying to fix.

Chelsea and her colleagues were so very helpful with our reservation and extending our length of stay. Chelsea was very informative, not only about all the programs and activities at the Great Falls KOA, and there were many, but also about the local historic sites.

Good location. Bad check in and check out times. Check in at 3 and out at 10 or 11 so you don’t even get a full day. If check in is at 3, check out should be 3 or don’t charge the same full rate, which is high for what you get anyway.

reserving via one’s phone not practical. Hanna helped move me from glamping to a 2 room no facilities cabin. I was pretty good up until before check out. After 8 AM I went to the pancake breakfast, packed up except for my lunch & root beer, 6-8 oz cans. I ran to Base legal, went to get some tea (Decaf) Returned at 10am and my food/bev GONE! Assumed I checked out $ left, I had the key. $35

It was nice as an RV park but I booked a tent site and was directly next to an RV. Not like the camping that I’m used to but if you want amenities with a family then it’s probably a good place. Just not a wilderness camping experience.

This is an older location. Would be good for families with children. TV, WiFi, Water, power all worked good
