Most of the staff was nice, though one did swear loudly in front of the kids. The sites were nice and the coffee bar was great. The pool was cloudy. Plenty for the kids to do, movies, bikes etc. It was close to lots of things to do and the campground was kept up nicely.

It's all about location here. Pool is dirty, not many amenities and the staff is indifferent but the site was nicely laid out and it serves as a nice base camp between Sedona and the Grand Canyon.

The campground is fine, facilities are OK, but system with combined showers, basins and toilets leads to long waiting times, while the throughput is too low in this way. Desk reception on arrival was unkind to unpleasant, without explaining the facilities.

I always found that all KOA campgrounds don't have enough shade, this one was no exception. Other than that the staff was helpful and friendly.

I can't believe there are two (2!) KOA's in Williams AZ. That threw me for a loop. Plus my Good Sam GPS didn't know how to get here, nevertheless the welcome email I received gave me the directions. We enjoyed our 2 night stay.

not my favourite KOA, staff not very helpfull, bathroom not clean

Disappointed. Our other KOA sites lived up to expectations, but we bugged out early on this one. It was OK but lacked something ...

This campground is very nice, well kept, and quiet.

Our visit to this KOA was so-so. The staff were helpful and friendly and the site was very nice. The proximity to the Grand Canyon was good. Our only problem was with the total disregard of the "quiet time" rules. Seems like the staff did not ensure that our European visitors understood the meaning of quite time.

The area was nice. Staff friendly. But the biggest problem was the bathrooms. They're single bathrooms which are nice but because this specific location is so busy, the bathrooms are almost always full. I suggest a bathroom stall location. Some of the bathrooms have showers, so you end up waiting a while. The "15 minute rule" is not enforced. There was almost an "accident" or two.

Beautiful area. There is absolutely no phone or internet service. Arrived after 5 pm and received the furthest site from facilities. The red rock in the park sticks to feet and shoes and gets tracked all over. If you are into camping outside it is a great spot to stay for the view, but if you need to make calls or use the internet for anything I recommend staying in town.

I just want to say that I was really surprised at the experience we had. I almost didn't want to leave. Wilt and Kat were great. They made the stay even better.

We arrived late and staff was not attentive at that time. I just felt like I was in the middle of the desert. It was good for sleeping only. The price we paid for our stay was not worth it. We loved the KOA on 167 where we stayed the night before, so when we arrived at his this site, we were disappointed.

We liked the proximity to the Grand Canyon and Sedona. Clean facilities.

Great place, close to the Great town of Williams! Nice sites, clean showers and toilets, and friendly staff. Would stay here again!

We were well taken care of including changing to a site closer to the facilities for my wife. We would stay at this KOA again when traveling to the Grand Canyon.
