Tv cable was out at our site but the stay was pleasant and the staff was great.

Nice enough RV park. Very friendly and helpful staff. But, our stay ended on a sour note as we wanted to leave early only to find the dump station locked. We have RV'd a lot over the years and have never encountered a locked dump site. Rather than wait around for the office to open, I scouted around and found an empty pull-through with sewer access and took care of the problem that way.

Very nice and well off the freeway. Has everything you need if making it your vacation spot although we just stayed overnight. From SC to PA this is our stopover.

This is a very nice campground. It's clean, it has easy access to I-95, and is not too far from Washington, DC. All the staff that I talked to were very friendly.

About 6 miles off of I 95 in Fredericksburg. Friendly staff, camp was clean and quiet and not overpriced.

Staff was great, but laundry had 2 out of 4 machines out of order. Pool was murky and site was ok. The campground is off a narrow winding road, a bit nerve wracking for a larger 5er. Stayed for two nights along our route.

Beautiful place, but something has to be done about the goose defecation all over the campsites. Each site should come with a pooper scooper. I would highly recommend if the sites were cleaned up.

The place was clean. The spot we had for tent camping was nothing but rocks. They people partying past 10 and making alot of noise. Then when I went to bathroom at 230 in the morning there was campers hanging out in the bath house. The staff was great.

This was my first KOA campsite and we loved it so much we are now looking into purchasing an RV!!! We tent camp and that was great but who doesn't want to travel the US with an RV and great KOA locations. Highly recommend!!!

The stay was great. Wonderful staff. We were late checking in but they made check in so easy for us. The camp ground is very clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the campground and sites. Will definitely stay again. They only thing we didn’t like was the sewer connection at site 104. We had a smaller camper, so we pulled closer to patio. But with sewer connection being high made dumping tanks not fun. Had to lift sewer hose to persuade dumping every time. I don’t think it would’ve been a problem if we had a 35’ camper.

Was a very quiet overnight stay. But the road coming in needs alot of improvement for larger RV'S.

It was our first time staying there. We live locally but wanted to take our younger kids out for a “camping” experience. We got a cabin which worked great for a toddler. Everybody was very nice and welcoming. The amenities were great and my kids had a blast. Great place for a quick get away. We definitely plan on coming again.

The site we were assigned to was ridiculous. We did not have enough leveling blocks to come even close to being level. We have a small class c (24') and the site couldn't accommodate it. The location is not as convenient as other KOA with turning, sight-limited roads. Aside from that, the environment was nice - a good deal of space between sites and a pleasant staff.

The staff members are very friendly and the bathrooms/restrooms are very clean. The pool could use some cleaning, but the kids still love it. The general store has everything you need and the prices are very reasonable. Restaurants are nearby and some can deliver too, if you run out of food or simply don’t want to cook.

We had a lovely stay at the Fredericksburg KOA! We have stayed at many, many KOA’s in the past, and have had mixed experiences. We loved all of the amenities at this campground— spacious tent sites, clean bath house, large and well-stocked camp store, pool, cool playground, laundry facilities and more. This campground had such a good vibe and we had a good night’s sleep in our tent!

Clean bathrooms, clean camp site, firewood was expensive for five pieces of wood at $7.55, very friendly staff! We will stay there again for a 4th time.

Nice quiet campground. Very friendly staff. Two of the four dryers in the laundry room were out of order. Very old appliances. We still enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. Nice setting a beautiful pond.

Always a pleasure to wake up in the woods…love that my cat is welcome…as a snowbird, KOA is my go-to overnight cabin happiness � regardless of the route I take they are within reach and worth the backroads adventure…

I made my reservation a few days before my arrival and stated that I would like to use my $25 in KOA rewards. I was told in a very rude manner by the manager that they do not do things that way and I would have to redeem my rewards during a future stay. After having stayed there several times over the past 25 years never having experienced a problem before, I will never stay there again.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Camp ground amenities not as advertised. Cable tv does not work. Management tells you to use Wi-Fi, not everyone has streaming services. Pool not opened on may 24, advertised as may 15.

Excellently maintained campground. Lots to do for families. Bathrooms, showers and laundry clean. Nice lake with fishing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again. We even extended our stay another day.

Lovely, wooded , peacefully quiet setting. Great paved roads within park, gravel FHU with 50 amp sites. Immaculately clean spacious bathrooms & showers. Many of each. Exceptionally friendly & helpful staff. However, poor signage off Hwy. , extremely confusing direction after exit 118. Hwy. 1 not posted. Roads off Hwy. 1 to park are hairpin blind turns, no shoulders & drop offs. $81 overnight, bit high but close to east coast & our Nations Capital

Ran into truck trouble on 95 on a Thursday before Easter. We needed to find something very quickly and close to a dealership to have the truck fixed. Luck was on our side when we saw a KOA 10 miles from the dealer. I tend to over research before picking where to stay, however, we had no time. I booked a site literally 5 minutes before arriving. The grounds are beautiful, shady and tucked into the woods. Plenty of room to walk and for my son to ride his bike. A great playground which he loved as well. There is also a pond on site which adds to the charm. The general store/office was nicely stocked. They did not have milk or butter but had a couple of grocery items such as eggs and hot dogs. It had rained a lot the night before so the grassy areas were pretty soggy but the staff were actively trying to get any sitting water off the sites and roadways. The staff were super friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. If our travels bring us back to this area, we would definitely book again.

Stayed at this campground many times. Great location. This is the first time they charged extra for pets. Not sure why they need to do this. Maybe they charge extra for kids too. Campground prices are high enough without adding extra charges.
