Located midway between two I-95 exits. If traveling southbound take Exit 126, south 4 miles on US 1, left 607. Northbound Exit 118, left to US 1, north 4 miles on US 1, right on 607. We are located 2.5 miles south on 607.
Campground was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful, so we enjoyed most of our stay. However, the tent site area has extremely bright street lamps that made it nearly impossible for us to sleep. Sadly, because of that, we won't be back.

I loved this little campground. Large enough to have everything we needed and small enough to feel friendly and intimate!

My family stays at KOA Fredericksburg at least once a year and have never had a bad experience with the campground or employees. They are always helpful, nice and extremely approachable about anything. Definitely would recommend if someones needs a nice quiet place to camp and relax but is not that far from civilization.

We loved the setting in the woods and especially enjoyed the 2-seater wooden swing by the pond. The bathrooms were clean, bright and centrally located. We both enjoyed our first camping experience! Thank you, KOA!

Very nice but one of our sites did not have the sand pit for the tent base.

Overall nice campground, but if you're staying in a tent, look else ware. The tent sites are small, packed in on top of one and other and poorly graded. When it rained all of the tent sites became waterloggedannd roads by the sites were just mud pits.

Love the camp ground. Would like it if the pool had a kid free time. Very hard for adults without kids to enjoy the pool.

Facilities were spacious and clean. Had to pay to use paddle boats and bikes, $5 an hour. Also had to pay $3 per person who came to visit over an hour long. The staff were friendly, informative and professional.

This was our first trip of the season and we really enjoyed it. My kids loved the fishing pond and the pool. It was a very quiet and relaxing trip for us.

Nicely kept, clean wash rooms and camp sites. The one very disappointing thing was the amount of kid activities. Only a pool and a pond, other KOA's have a jump pillow, arcade room for older kids with fooseball and air hockey table. The adults had a great time, the kids didn't have a memorable time but, overall they had fun.

My cub scouts and their families stayed here for our final ceremony and campout of the year. It was great, the group site was perfect for all the things we needed to do. We will be back next year.

This was our first camping experience and we had a great time. We got a great spot overlooking the pond. The grounds are well kept and we loved the amenities. The building where the bathrooms and shower are is well lit, which is nice if you have to make a late night trip over to them. I would definitely recommend this place to others and I am pretty sure we will be going back soon.

The only thing you could improve is to have more secluded tent sites. I had a wonderful time!! Thanks!

First time as a family with our 3 young kids. Wanted to "rough it" in a tent with no hook-ups, but some note should've been posted online. The land was flooded a day before. We camped out in a mud pit. Glad I packed flip flops. All of our sneakers were soaked 30 min after arriving. No picnic table at our site. We had to take one from an unoccupied site. Staff-Ron & Mitch, were helpful & friendly.

Not many tent campers in March but still great location only hour from D. C. Showers were very clean and looked new. A little off highway but worth the stop

Very friendly and accomodating staff. I only stayed for about 7 hours and felt very welcome. Will be back if/when I'm in the area.
