I had a very enjoyable stay, the staff was very kind, the campus was very clean and well kept. The cabin was nice but my only complaint would be that the bed was very uncomfortable in cabin k3 and the hot water didn’t get very hot in the shower but other than that it was a great place to stay while I was visiting the beautiful city of Fort Collins, I will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

This KOA is one of the best in the country based on our experiences. The staff is so easy to communicate with via text or phone. The facilities are always clean and well kept. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We appreciate our twice a year weekly stays and we'll see you again next season.

Great park! Well maintained! Super friendly staff! Would stay here again. Only complaint is that the park is big, and only 1 dog area. So if you are away from the dog area, you will have a good walk to get to it. Other than that, beautiful park, with a lake area to walk around.

We have stayed many times and it’s been all seasons except winter. Everything worked well and we were out late a couple of nights but there are very few working lights coming down the entrance. Thanks so moving us because of the tree. We did ask not to have tree that would block our satellite. Also the internet was terrific !!

The first time we stayed here beautiful views we stayed for just the one night I would stay here again I’m not sure about and extended stay definitely over night. The host were great so helpful and definitely just because of the people.

A great place. Clean. Nice sites. Lots of amenities. Private bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet. No locker room type bath house here. Great communication before and during stay. Very nice staff. I highly recommend and am looking forward to staying again.

This was the first ever stay in our new RV. It went pretty smoothly and our site was perfect. My granddaughter had fun on the playground and playing mini golf!

Our stay was nice but we did notice some permanent or semi permanent residents that had a lot of junk around their sites. Not a huge deal, the staff was very nice and overall not a bad experience.

I got in late but the office called ahead to make sure I found the right spot - I loved the gift shop and friendly staff! My campsite was right on the lake and the dog park was perfectly placed! I highly recommend the KOA here - I only wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a late check in and finding out cabin wasn't the easiest to find. Our cabin floor didn't seem to have been swept at all before our arrival I even found someone's finger nail on the ground on our last night there. The mattress was uncomfortable and felt sloped to one side. Every employee was so nice and we didn't bring these concerns up in person.

We have stayed at the FC/Lakeside KOA a few times. The staff and facilities have always been great. Our most recent stay we were located near the bathhouse on Kingfisher. It was not as clean or updated as we’ve come to expect. Otherwise our stay was great.

My kids were on spring break so we drove up from Thornton with our camper and stayed 3 nights. We enjoyed the lake, fishing, and we rented the bikes a couple times. The site was clean and comfortable. Thank you!

The people here are so nice and the spot is amazing. For a resort and how little people that were there the bathrooms were just filthy. Honestly it was gross and this was the most expensive RV park. Again wonderful people though.

On our way back to Alberta. Required an overnight stay with full hookups at a reasonable rate. Pull thru ratewas a little heavy on the wallet. We were accommodated with a back in site which was big enough that unhooking was not necessary. More wallet friendly cost and was very much appreciated. Will not hesitate to recommend or stop there in the future.

Difficult to find. Your signs are too small. Even when we found the right road, we would have tried the road thru a gate had the policeman not been there. The back in slots are hard to back into. They could have been more angled for easier access

We stayed in a cabin. Mattress needs replaced badly. Was clean and functional. Gene is a great asset to the venue. Plenty of activities. Lake needs fish. Stayed 6 days should have been able to get more coffee and dish soap and toilet paper without paying. Picturesque. Very clean and well landscaped. Looks like owners really care about the property and guests.

We always love staying by the lake because it gives a peaceful atmosphere. The friendly and helpful staff is another big reason we chose to stay at KOA!

The campsite was super clean, lots of bathrooms and very accessible water and power. The tent areas are in a bed of sand, so you don't have to worry about water seeping up in the night! The staff was very friendly and there are TONS of family activities you can do on site as well. (Bounce mat, fishing, mini golf, hangout room with TV and games, pool, playground, and more)

I didn't stay here, but was visiting friends. It's a spacious, well maintained KOA RV Park. Appears to have nice amenities & family activities. Dog friendly, too.
