Stay was fine. I like the location but the spaces are way too small and very limited parking. Had a full hook up site and it was fine. Cable didn’t work. Bathrooms are down the hill if you have a site up top and couldn’t use them because of that. Sites so small you cant have your awning out. If it wasn’t for the location we wouldn’t come back.

We love all of the updates you have made. Been coming since 1999.

We’ll managed, clean, and we’ll-equipped camp site.

Last minute stop in Estes. Rediculous to pay $30 extra just so my kids could sleep. Also not being able to park tow vehicle with camper was a huge inconvenience. Would not recommend this or any other koa. Staff was very friendly

The manager, Henry, and all the employees were super helpful and accommodating which made the stay even more enjoyable.Highly recommend this KOA. They send out texts in the evening and in the morning to keep you informed. Very clean KOA. Little store is well stocked for any RV/camping needs. We will plan on staying again if we get back to Estes. Really makes your RVing/camping experience enjoyab

Always great! Clean, fun, friendly staff.

Great location in Estes Park near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, a grocery store, and other attractions. Our only frustration was our campsite felt like an after thought. The black line had to be slanted up and over a log to dump at our site…which didn’t work, so at the end of our stay, we had to unhook and dump at the dump station at the entrance of the campground. We paid full

Owner and staff are incredible. Friendliest and cleanest place I stayed as part of a 5000 mile road trip. The property is tight but well appointed and thought out.

great staff, great location, lots of activities, makes us feel like we are home

We stay at KOA Estes Park 2 to 3 times a year and love the view, the space we stay in, the personnel (very friendly and helpful) very clean and updated. This park is the best overall park we have stay at. The owner, Gregg is our very good friend and has done a lot to update the park since he purchased.

All you can eat pancakes!!! Karaoke on Saturday!!! This KOA is always the best. We feel at home when we are there.

Very friendly and helpful staff, fun activities for the kids, good location. I hope you like your neighbors because they pack in way too many sites into the space which leaves you and your neighbor parking in each others’ spaces, if you can even attempt to park at your spot

Of course being in Estes Park and on a mountain this park is small and tightly packed. But the staff go out of their way to help you settle in and they make it work seamlessly. I had a very pleasant stay for two days.

Very pretty area. Elk walk right through the park. Very helpful staff.

Even though this campground is on a hill with sites very close together, the crew there does a great job of getting all sized rigs in and out. All the crew was very friendly and helpful. One even came to our site to help diagnose an A/C problem. Their communication with all campers by text was an excellent way to let everyone know what was going on in the campground. Best KOA we've stayed at!

Great KOA. Very helpful staff and owners. Close to the Rocky Mountain Park and the downtown Estes Park.

People running the Estes Park KOA are very welcoming and helpful. I like the lake and walking trail right across the street and the convenience of getting to town and to 2 different entrances to Rocky Mt. Natl Park. I did not like the noise from the busy highway that this KOA is located on. I also didn’t like how many campsites are packed into such a small area.

Loved the location! Everyone was super nice and helpful. So convenient to the 4 mile biking/walking path and the free shuttles. Also enjoyed the cowboy brad music performance. It was a great experience!

Friendly staff

Excellent location and super friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is the RV sites are super tight and you essentially have to set up camp behind your rig, which has no shade. They have more camping cabins than RV sites from the looks of it.

Wonderful staff. Park is very tight on space, and the parking situation for your vehicle is terrible if the park is somewhat full.

Outstanding staff and campground!

Awesome park. Stayed here before. Same great people.

Very clean and nice

We were able to reserve a premium site for one night and were so impressed! The site had a raised deck, patio set and propane heater, and a beautiful view of the mountains. The campground was full but clean and quiet. The owners were there and were very helpful. We even saw some elk about 20’ from our site!

Beautiful location and fun activities for families; however, they jam you in so tightly! Each spot is ridiculously tiny and you can’t even park your vehicle next to your trailer. They really need to resign these camp spots because we will not camp there again and will not recommend them to anyone.

Beautiful views, friendly staff. Very clean

Very nice, clean and friendly staff!! Beautiful views too !!

Sites are WAY TOO tight and close together. Access road is also too tight in the turns. No RV over 25' should be allowed. Most site do not allow for tow vehicle parking. Needs additional SECURE parking area for tow vehicles.
Aug 27, 2022
Everything clean and organized, people friendly, looking to make your stay better; thanks for a great time!
Aug 25, 2022
There is very limited parking. The price per night is getting really expensive.
Aug 25, 2022
Awesome. And the city bus service came in very handy. It was the only covered bus stop I saw on the route I took.
Aug 25, 2022
Enjoyed the stay the staff was very helpful and kind. The site was not the best for staying 7 nights had to set up everything in front of the camper by the hitch. Was not able to open the awning also did no have cable tv.

The sites are tight - but we had enough room and privacy. Back in site with picnic table deck in rear. Showers were pristine. Great park across the street - trail around the lake to walk or bike. Trail also goes downtown (need to park bikes and walk once in town) - lovely area coffee, shops, restaurants next to the river. Five miles from RMNP.

There are a 1000 reasons to stay here. Henry and Lynette, the managers are THE BEST. The staff are THE BEST. The owners, Greg and Perry are THE BEST. Clean..spotless. So well managed and attended to. We've stayed in a lot of parks, and a lot of good parks. This one is the best we've experienced. They ONLY thing they can't do anything about - is the weather :-). Seriously - awesome place to stay.

I can't say enough GREAT things about Estes Park KOA!!! Henry and Lynette are the managers and they are simply the best. They run a tight ship meaning the park is spotless, facilities are spotless and if you need ANYTHING, they are on it! Greg and Perry are the owners and they live up the hill and are ACTIVE owners which means they care. This is the RV Park in Estes Park! We will be back!

Just an overnight but the staff were super friendly and helpful, the bathroom and showers were very clean with an extra touch of attention to details

We stayed at T17. There are horses right next door and when the wind shifts you get blasted with their lovely smell. Other than that camp was clean and staff was friendly. After BLM and primitive National Park camping for 2 days it was nice to have warm showers and electricity. The sites are small and cramped, but it's KOA camping. If you want private there's plenty of wide open space in the National Parks and BLM lands where you can also pack out your poop. Sometimes you trade privacy for flushing toilets and warm showers so don't let the negative reviews on it being cramped sway your decisions. If you're looking for a place to clean up, recharge devices and enjoy a warm shower this place is perfect.

The most tightly packed spaces of any KOA site we stayed in. Fantastic wi-fi coverage for a change. The shop is small and does not stay open late. If you're European, it's a nice walk into town along the edge of Estes Lake, where you might encounter an elk or two.
