We stayed for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The park was clean and we love that they are dog friendly. We always enjoy our stay here.

Friendly staff, access to the campground was limited to a one way street, narrow entrance and the entrance to the campground and sign was not lit, so it was very easy to pass up. Our campsite was nice with a nice picnic area.

Glad you enjyed your site! The street sign actualy had an issue that took quite some time to have contractors repair, but we are all lit up now.

Internet would never work; neither of the two days we stayed. Customer service less than helpful. No cap on sewer inlet and it was cracked so sewer fluid ran on ground

It was quiet, clean, and well maintained. There were hosts driving around at almost every hour, it made us feel safe.

Surpringly quiet despite the fact it was so close to a major road! I slept great with no load intrusions. Very nice lay out and friendly staff! I only stayed 2 days but would definitely return if I were in the area. The only issue I had was arriving after dark, it seemed the lighting could have been better but overall great place!

The campground is well kept, the staff helpful, and fun. Water pressure is excellent; the sites are level. Extremely busy part of town, with heavy traffic. All types of shopping are close by. We stayed four days in our fithwheel.

Thank you for your feedback. We have begun trimming to raise the canopy to 16 foot instead of the traditianal standard of 14 foot since RV's are getting not only longer but higher as well.

Very nice resrt. Beautiful pool. Big clean showers. Level cement sites. Close to restaurants and shops. Close to the Stockyards.

Rating reflects experience with checkin process staff. I never experienced such a surly, rude, negative welcome at a site. I had email with $108 ARLINGTON KOA, but no reservation number. She made it very clear it was my problem. KOA has no human to speak to. She gave me another number, Franchise Support, who could not help. She didn’t even tell me the gate code was on a sticker. Once inside, the campground was lovely and the staff very friendly. I didn't use the facilities, but the staff kept the sites very clean and the trash pick up was very timely. The only downside is that it was hard to see the KOA sign from the road and it was easy to miss. It could also be a little tricky for those with campers larger than ours.

This was our 2nd stay and we will certainly return when the area. Grounds were clean. We loved the pool! Our only complaint is for the people who use the big dog enclosure and don't pick up their dogs poop. I don't understand how people can leave their dogs poop when bags and trash cans are provided. It's a dirty job, but we should all be responsible and do it!

We had an awesome time with our grandbabies at this KOA. So many different things to enjoy. They rode bikes, swam in the pool, loved snacks in the store, but loved the swings and jump pad the best! They are 3 and 5.

We stay here every time we're in the DFW area for an event. The park is beautiful and in a perfect location to attend events in Dallas, Fort Worth, or Arlington. The staff is super-friendly and goes out of their way to help with whatever you need.

The pool area and the restrooms were lovely and clean. The sites are all on a big incline and impossible to get level. We weren’t given much info when we arrived, just our map and the code to the gate and we had to figure everything else out ourselves.

The location was convenient to the highway. The staff were all very nice and I thought the campground was well kept. The entry to the campground came up on us pretty quickly. If you have a long RV like us, you'll need to be partially in the second lane from the right. Our only complaint has to do with the people camping next to us as they ignored quiet hours. We would stay here again.

Thank you! Please, anytime you are in a KOA and have any issue (except a 911 emergency) after hours do not hesitate to call the after hours phone. The night host will come to the rescue right away.

Only thing bring lots of sewer hose and power cord and water hose. Sewer outlet is at least 25’ from power/water pole. Park is quiet and well maintained. Didn’t meet hosts but were swift in reservations.

We didn't get the opportunity to meet the staff but our daughter said they were wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, it's big and oh so clean! The bathrooms were super clean and the camp spots are very nice. The tent spots where our daughters were are amazing, nice and roomy with plenty of space in between.

The sites were clean, cabins were cute and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. The location is close to AT&T Stadium and lots of restaurants and shopping without having to drive back into Dallas. I would highly recommend this KOA.

Nice place, right in the middle of everything and very close to interstate 20. We almost missed the turn because the camp store blends right in with the neighboring businesses like a regular shopping center. It was relatively quiet, despite the location and the grounds were well kept. The cabins looked new and the sites were all a great size. We had the deluxe patio sites which are right up front, but they have a propane grill and firepit with campfire seating, umbrella table and chairs and a lounge chair rocker. Staff is very friendly, helpful and patient and kind with children. There are a great variety of plants and trees planted throughout. There is a nice little "stream" for flood control that has ducks and a foot bridge, it's a bit stinky but it is very pretty. Would definitely recommend and the kids want to go back.

Beautiful, quiet an oasis in the middle of the city! Very impressed. My relatives from Colorado would have extended their stay if they didn't have a schedule to keep!
