We enjoyed the pool, the playground and how much shade there was at our campsite. I made it known in the registration notes that my wife is in a wheelchair. I think we had the most difficult site possible for her. I payed extra for a 50 amp space that should accommodate a larger rig than mine but it was tight. Then every shower in the place worked except the ADA shower in the women's restroom.

Very poor customer service. Office closes early around 3pm, sucks if you arrive late. Bathrooms are very very filthy, trash all over. Take your own seat covers and lots sanitizer. And never gave me a receipt for the amount charged, be careful this place might charge extra.

Overall was great, would of given 5 stars but we were dissapointed that the game room/arcade was closed and that movie night has been cancelled aka wasnt happening.

The price was too high…spa was closed… miniature golf course was closed and over grown…too far from highway for a one night stay! The employees were nice just did not make up for the care that is needed to maintain the property..

Loved the park it was in a beautiful area and everyone was very kind. Lots of amenities still closed but the pool was open and wonderful definitely be going back

Great location. Roomy sites, long and wide. Great shade on sites 6 and 7 where we stayed. The pool was busy during the hot weekend but people were good natured and well behaving. Very quiet at night.

We had a wonderful family trip yet again. The yellow jackets were a bit much, but we hung our own traps and went out and bought a $150 netted canopy which allowed us to eat without the yellow jackets swarming around us. Our first dinner was a literal nightmare with the yellow jackets. Over all we had a wonderful time and will be back, just not in August.

The property itself is great however the management not so good. No flexibility on given sites even tho park was relatively empty upon arrival . We are currently KOA camp members but based on this stay and all the issues involved we will be taking a hard look at joining a different camp club. we are also contacting the KOA headquarters in regards to this stay.

I thought this KOA was maintained well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, some of the amenities were closed (due to Covid?) such as the spa and game room. And one thing I didn’t like was that the pool was closed until noon. That seemed pretty late especially when the temps were reaching 100°. But I would definitely stay here again & it’s great for a quick getaway.

Grounds and facilities clean and functioning. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside is in certain areas they pack sites in so tight you have to move cars so people can get into their spot next to us.

Spaces are a bit tight but we loved the pool. Compared to the Manchester KOA, the bathrooms could use a remodel. A bit sad to see the mini golf course being abandoned. Nice little pond to walk around.

Pam the manager gave our cabin that was assigned to me in the area of where my entire family was staying to a last minute employee that wanted to take his family camping. I was given a cabin on a hill with a flight of steep stairs to carry my 5 month old up and down from each time we went somewhere! Pamela was very inconsiderate and very disrespectful. I felt discriminated against it was awful.

Returning customers. It’s not like the other KOA’s we’ve been to. It’s more of an outdoor experience than the Petaluma location. A little run down but that’s why we LOVE it! It forces us to tap into our outdoor skills, or lack thereof. LOL!

Campground and site was very nice. However one person on staff (pool man) was very rude. We went to swim in the evening and he kicked us out a half hour before the listed time on the official paper. We tried to clarify the time and all he said was “I don’t care” and proceeded to try and intimidate us by asking our site # and saying he was going to report us to the owners.

This campground has potential but is very poorly ran. The positive first the views from the hill side is really nice. Site size are not bad. Now the negative. Good luck getting through to anyone on the phone during normal business hours. Messages are seldom returned. Don’t count on getting the site you reserved. We showed up to people in our sites and got nothing in return for our inconvenience.

We did not get pull thru we reserved, had to disconnect and park on unlevel reserve lot, which was all they had left. Error happened when I changed from 2night stay to only 1 night. Luckily, I wrote down who I made change with and confirmed it, but turns out she was not a nice friendly manager. She asked what I wanted her to do, I asked for partial refund. She grudgingly took off $5.Nasty attitude

The location itself is incredible. However, the management is clearly only doing the bare minimum to stay open - general maitenance and cleaning is not being done. The bathrooms were not cleaned. Wasp traps were not being maintained. The wasps were so bad we couldn't eat outside. I love the area, but we won't stay at this KOA again or recommend it.

Horrible! Thought we'd give it a 2nd try after a mediocre 1st stay, with terribly uneven, off camber site. 2nd stay, again on a totally unacceptable sloped site with a tree stump and pot holes right at the exit point. Could not adjust parking location due to having to run power, water & sewer under the rv across the seating/cooking area to a hook up designed for pull in! Sewer stench all day!

Nice park but a few things\ RVs are parked too close to each other No grass for dogs or people No lights--if you pull in after dark there is no way you can see how you pull in--and since some of the spots are so close to the edge of the canyon and road--you could easily go too far

Cabin 6 campfire area had an absolutely foul smell liked traced back to the septic tank exhaust. We could not bear it. Luckily, our friends were staying in a nearby space and we relocated there.

Bad customer service. The owner doesn't return phone calls or emails, or needs help with returning them apparently. Our site we rented had water and electric. The electric panel does not work, apparently needs to be upgraded its so old. We had to drive to the campsit the weekend before to ask questions that were not on the website. Owner needs more help. Otherwise a beautiful family campground.

I had to cancel my trip 24 hours prior to being their due to becoming sick and could not get ahold of anyone. I called and emailed multiple times. I finally got an email that said sorry you cannot camp and that was it. I tried asking about a refund and still no one will respond. I have called multiple days at different times and left multiple messages and no one will answer or return my calls.

Beautiful spot, even in the heat and some smoke. 30' 5th wheel. Stayed in RV3 spot. Beautiful view. Had a little trouble fitting in due to foliage. A call for help brought a quick response from friendly staff who took care of it in short order. Pad was pretty level, but a bit narrow, so had to improvise an extension for the steps. Not a big deal. Staff fixed electrical issue right away.

Very disappointed! First thing, communications lacking. No one in office or on phone 11-3. Couldn’t ask questions. If communication was available we would not been instructed by there site to take a one lane gravel road for miles. Second, arrived to a closed office and no one available for 4hrs. Beautiful campground in a beautiful, peaceful location. We absolutely loved the little lake. Nice and clean, well maintained, spacious sites. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very close to lots of wineries. The slow wifi was the only disappointment.

We had a great stay! We stayed in a deluxe cabin that had AC, shower, and kitchen. This was awesome considering it was a hot day. The views over Alexander Valley were really nice and the fishing pond was a great place to introduce my girl to fishing. The place was extremely quiet at night.

One night stay was expensive relative to other KOAs. Bathrooms and showers were old and dirty. Would not stay there again.

This place is great! I had a short stay I one of the basic cabins. The cabin was clean and cozy. The property itself is beautiful!! They have a nice little pond in the middle that can be fished in. There are plenty of tent, trailer, and cabin sites to choose from. The restrooms, showers and laundry rooms were very clean. They also have a pool, and lounge/ eating area. The staff are really nice and helpful
