The facility is adequate, the people were very nice and the location was a convenient. It is on the flight path to the airport so there is a lot of aircraft and traffic noise. The mobile home park on the road to the entrance is not very well kept so my initial impression was not great but the area that the campground occupies was well cared for and we had a pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our time at the KOA and even though it is farther away from our son’s house, the drive there wasn’t bad. Thank you for a pleasant visit!

We have stayed at this location a couple of times a year for the past 8 yrs. We have been happy with most of the changes and improvements. Although your new, or at least new to us, is you policy on puppy fences. We travel in our RV because we take our puppies with us. Not being able to leave our 2 ft high puppy fence up for the duration of our stay is a problem. Please rethink this change.

Nice clean park, friendly staff, and clean sites. Wifi towers throughout the park. Good daily rates. Clean pool and restrooms. The local police department parks and drivers through this KOA at night.

We stayed here for a little over a month and they were awesome the park was always quiet and clean they were always taking care of something and the customer service was fantastic as well

We drove past a bunch of nice, grassy sites only to arrive at our site which was completely dirt. I assume this is because we reserved a site for pets. If this is how the park wants to manage their space they should discount these dirt lots for travelers with pets. I hope this isn’t a KOA standard because it will change how we manage a two month trip we’re leaving for on Tuesday.

Staff was very nice, however the park was dirty. We were in spot A15, it was muddy and there was trash in the firepit and on the ground. A15 backs up to an open field and the road. Didn’t feel particularly safe and the noise from the road was bad. The restroom/showers and pool were good and clean tho.

We had a cemented pull through site, no problems, everything worked fine. We picked this location as wanted to be near Capital One stadium. Would have stayed at the other Charleston KOA if was more interested in touring the city.

Staff very helpful and friendly, clean laundry room. Landscaping in front entrance needs some improvement and game room needs some work but we will be back great location to Charleston

Nice campground except first evening we were there, we left to watch football game and came back and one of our bikes was stolen. Campground told my husband they had no cameras at the end where we were. The Campground is not secured by any fences. Anyone can come and go and they don't know.

Was there during the last hurricane/tropical storm and was not told if a tornado were to shelter at. The place closed at 3pm but no-one checked on the campers at all besides a letter on the rv the day before. Then I woke up to fire ants all over in the rv and found a huge mound of then under my rv. Was told they could not do nothing? What an infestation.Called the after hours and was not friendly

Our only interaction with the staff was upon check-in. We are not needy people, so that is the way most of our stays at campgrounds are. However, the staff was very pleasant and nice. We felt as if they were happy to help us.

Loved the 8.5 feet deep pool. Loved lot B-10, it was shaded under a beautiful oak tree. Convenient to I-26 and the local grocery store. Staff was friendly and the weather was great.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We left a day early due to weather and they refunded our money for that night. The only reason for the less than perfect is the washing machines weren’t all working. Plus beware of the squirrels who will tear up your trash before pickup.

We had a premium spot...not so much. the only premium was the swing a few chairs and fire pit. The paver pad was (is) completed with a layer of weeds, although it did make the ground softer, lol. Mold actively growing in the pool. The dog park grass was so overgrown it was difficult to find the poop. Dumpsters by the dog park overflowing with garbage and it stunk!

Very expensive. Very unfriendly lady at the office. And no leveled place. Hard the get to sleep wen you lay not comfortable in your bed.

This was a very convenient location to Charleston with many eateries near by. Staff was super nice on check in! Downsides are spaces are close and for big rigs not exactly easy to get out of your space.
