Welcome Back Weekend
We can't wait to welcome everyone back to the campground for the first camping weekend of the year. Our favorites activities are scheduled- crafts, bingo and ice cream social as well as a few new ones to start the year off right. Hope you can join us.
Mother's Day/KOA Care Camps
Join us in honoring all of the mothers who are camping with us this weekend. Make her a special gift during craft time, challenge her during our fun activities and treat her to breakfast on Sunday morning.
NOTE: This is also "The Big Weekend" in support of KOA Care Camps which raises money to send kids with cancer to camp. Stay Friday night and receive Saturday for a rental fee of $10 plus taxes.
Victoria Day Weekend
Celebrate our first long weekend of the camping season and enjoy two full days of activities highlighted by our famous fireworks on Saturday night!
Dan will be cooking up something fantastic for our pot luck so make sure you bring enough food for you, your family and five of your closest friends and enjoy the great company.
Cardinal KOA Olympics
Come and join us for a test of your skills, power and endurance as you compete in the KOA Olympics in hopes of getting a gold metal. Games, challenges and races.
Creepy Critters Weekend
Visit with Little Ray's Reptile and join in the fun with activities focused on things that slither and creep.
Cardinal's Got Talent
Sing, Dance or Joke your way to the top in our own Cardinal' s Got Talent contest. Weekend activities revolve around showcasing everyone's talents, from young to old, there is an opportunity to show off what you can do here.
Bring your bikes and join the Mardi Gras parade! Kozzy Bear leads our campground parade filled with decorated bikes and golf carts...and of course plenty of Mardi Gras beads and coins. Also make a Mardi Gras mask to wear at the parade.
Father's Day Weekend
Celebrate Dad! Plenty of fun for the whole family including father's day craft, kids vs. dads competitions and a Father's Day breakfast on Sunday morning.
Canada Day Weekend
Bring your Canada spirit and celebrate the great country that we live in.
Make your own red and white tie-dye T-shirts then join us for a pot luck dinner and a spectacular fireworks display.
For our pot-luck dinner we supply the main entree and you need to bring a side dish in an amount equivalent to what you, your family and five of your closest friends would eat at dinner time. You also need to bring your cutlery and drinks.
Wet & Wacky
Join us for some wet and wacky fun with pool games and free waterslide (weather permitting).
Bring your water guns for the biggest water fight of the season.
Ahoy, mateys! This weekend is one of our favorite events - join the Cardinal pirates for a pirate craft, a treasure hunt, a sword fight and more!
The place to be this weekend is at our pool paradise. Enjoy tropical drinks, music and a variety of island games...like limbo. Aloha!
Christmas in July Week
Christmas comes to the campground early! Visit with Santa, enjoy a wagon ride and indulge in Dan's famous turkey dinner with all the trimmings. Decorate your rig and join in our camper-voted competition for the most festive site!
KOA Care Camps -Civic Holiday/Pot Luck
Join us for another great weekend of camping fun and help us raise money for KOA Care Camps. We will hold all our regular events as well as hosting a live auction for KOA Care Camps to raise money to send kids with cancer to camp. NOTE: If you have an item that you would like to donate to the auction please bring it to the event.
For the Pot Luck- we supply the main entree and you bring a side dish in an amount equivalent to what you, your family and five of your closest friends would eat for dinner. You also need to bring your cutlery and drinks.
Wild West Week
Giddy-up for a cowboy good time! Dress in western wear and participate in our rodeo. Visit with the animals at the petting zoo and go for a pony ride.
Games, clowns, and cotton candy...oh my! Our Carnival Weekend is fun for everyone!
Once Upon A Time
Join us for a weekend full of magical fun. Dress like your favorite story book character and travel with us on an adventure to far away lands.
Come join us for some redneck fun. Bring your hillbilly costume and join in the competitions including hillbilly horseshoes.
Last blast before back to school! Spend Labour Day with us and enjoy a potluck dinner and fireworks. Fun for the whole family all weekend long!

The perfect weekend for choco-holics! Join us for chocolate bar bingo and a chocolate buffet.
Come celebrate with Kozzy the Bear! Share cake with our resident mascot as he celebrates his birthday. Enjoy fun birthday activities all weekend long!
Our spook-tacular weekends begin! Wander through our haunted house if you dare and visit the magical pumpkin walk.
Decorate your site to join in the fun and dress up for our costume party and trick or treating.
We will also be doing pumpkin carvings.

On the last long weekend of the year we have spooktacular fun planned- pumpkin carving, halloween crafts, haunted house, trick or treating, costume party, a magical pumpkin walk and lots of ghosts and goblins.
We will also be giving thanks for all of our family and friends that join us for our traditional turkey potluck dinner.

After pot luck join us for an exciting live auction, all proceeds to KOA Care Camps (to raise money to send kids with cancer to camps). If you have something you would like to donate to the auction bring it with you to the event.
Pancakes and Pyjamas
Bring your flannel pyjamas and wear them all weekend long to stay warm (no birthday suits please!). Saturday morning join us for a pancake breakfast and take part in activities to keep you toasty.
