This is the second time we stayed here and it's fantastic. The staff is super friendly and ready to take care of you whenever you need it. The campground also has everything you would be looking for - arcade, playgrounds, basketball/pickleball, cafe, office, pool for the summer, etc. It's also a great location in being close to the finger lakes, while also a relatively short drive to Rochester.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were amazingly clean! The showers were clean and there was plenty of hot water.

Just wonderful. Clean, friendly, accommodating, advice on local area. Great for kids. Prices for extra like ice cream and game room are fair and reasonable .

The deluxe cabin was wonderful, clean and warm. We had a cold couple days and no discomfort at all! Owners very friendly and accommodating. This was our second stay at this KOA. Would certainly consider a third!

I’ve stayed at KOA’s all across the country and this one was easily the cleanest and most modern without losing that rural camping feeling. So much to do at the site alone and super helpful staff!

Staff was so welcoming and helpful. WE had booked a pull thru site, but were offered a back end one with a grassy surface for our tent which was much better. The couple that ran the cafe were so friendly and caring.

Lots are very wet not well drain leaves not picked up lots mud around water line and electrical, not up to par for a KOA We are used to better than this , and that’s why we choose KOA when we travel

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We offered you a nice big rig patio site for your 37' trailer but you declined. With 5' of bikes on the rear you were almost 60' long. Even after over 4" of rain the regular back-in site you chose had plenty of stone for the truck and RV & no standing water on the site. Happy Kamping.

The staff was very helpful. They even lent us a power cable when ours proved to not be long enough. The property was well kept. We will stay there again.

The facilities were 1st rate. Bathrooms are modern and very clean, cafe has excellent food, store is well stocked ant the personnel were helpful, friendly and always available. We are already planning to return to the NY regionnext year --- we will be staying at this KOA location again.

Everyone on staff was helpful and friendly. The place was clean and very appealing to the eye with lots of options for activities. I love the little cafe-hours were perfect and the food was tasty. If I need a campground in the same area again it would be this one.

First time at KOA anywhere. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Grounds are immaculate and the services for food, firewood, and other convenience items are easy to use. We are staying 4 more nights and enjoying it!

The manager was so helpful. We are new RVs and he kindly guided us into our spot. The view was beautiful. It was so peaceful there.

Great hosts. Campground infrastructure really sound. Bathrooms / showers were spotless. Really great attitude all the way around with every employee.

We were only there for two nights but the campground is beautifully kept and the bathrooms were very clean! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay!

This was a really lovely KOA and they did such a great job handling a lot of people for a special event (solar eclipse.) Everything was clean and they had great amenities. We used the jumping pillow, mini golf, and shuffle board which were all good. The only things I would change are adding another dish sink (this would be my #1 change) and some more clothes washers and driers.

We enjoyed our stay April 2024, 3 nights. I was traveling with my teenage children and my parents who are in their 80's. At the KOA, everyone had something to do AND we all enjoyed time together. I even got to show my children how good I am at arcade games, they were impressed! Thank You.

Wonderful quiet location, really clean, and well maintained. Great amenities, pond, walking/bike trails. We had hookups, but the Campground bathrooms and showers were modern and clean.

We had a blast as always! It was sad it was our last trip for the season. We had great weather for October! The service wa fantastic as always, plenty for the kids to do even the last week of October. Highly reccomend this property, we will be back in April.

We have a very simple rules for happy kamping, but yes we expect those rules to be followed. Most are common courtesies that allow everyone to enjoy the campground together. Happy Kamping.

Highly recommend this campground. We've stayed here twice now and both times were great. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The facilities are great too, anything you would want for both adults and kids. We would stay here anytime we're looking for a place in the area.

Updating my review to include the new Hunt's Pizza offering in the Cafe. It's a great addition and very tasty, they have a thin crust option which is perfect and a very good breakfast pizza! The pizza/wings only take about 6-7 minutes to cook and taste very fresh. Nice to have this on-site and not have to drive or wait an hour for delivery, saves gas and time! I've stayed at hundreds campgrounds and KOA's over the past 30 years and this is by far my favorite, it's a gem in the camping world. The facilities and grounds are exceptionally clean and well maintained. The campground is a nice size, everything is within walking distance. They installed a huge new pool this year and it is fantastic! The staff is all friendly, family owned and the workers appear to be campers themselves. I've always had positive interactions and it's impressive how much staff is around to help. They are very upbeat and make you feel good with every interaction. The 10 pm quite hour is enforced and staff patrol around the clock to maintain quite and help with anything you might need. The camp store is well supplied with goodies and camping essentials in case you need something critical ( I seem to every trip!). The pond is really nice and I always see people enjoying the fishing and boats. They have a Cafe with great pancake breakfasts (the blueberry pancakes are fantastic!). They also have pizza, burgers, ect. We especially love the fresh fries and onion rings, we usually grab some to have with whatever we might be grilling at the site. Probably the most family friendly campground we've been to. While my wife and I were playing bingo there was a group of kids and family playing kickball in a field and a bunch of kids jumping on some giant pillow thing, nice to see so many people having fun, even during these trying times. This is the only Campground where I've been able to get a solid wifi connection, important for me as I can do a work zoom meeting remotely. We were also able to stream directly to our smart tv from our home services. No need for cable or a satellite! There is a lot to do in the area, horse track and casino less than 5 miles away and a water park nearby. This is a great place to stay while touring the local wineries or going to Watkins Glen (I've stayed at the KOA in Watkins, it is huge and the most expensive one I've stayed at in the Northeast). I wish I had discovered this KOA years ago, it's a perfect escape from home (Syracuse NY) and less than an hour away if my wife is driving :). I recently read that RV sales are up 30% this year, last time that happened was 9/11. Campgrounds booked very quickly and I'm certain that'll happen again. I'd book a year in advance if you can't get in now, I learned the hard way. This is a great place to book a Monday-Friday if you can't get in a full week. Enjoy your stay, it's hard not to! Ps. Don't miss the Happy Camper Breakfast in the cafe!
