Friendly staff. Wonderful, clean bathrooms. Like a private bath, close the door and you could be home, nice big hot shower. Welcome to a traveler.

A positive for us is that it is close to downtown. The negative is that our site was pretty much nothing but dirt. Very messy and did not appreciate all the mess that tracked into our motor home. Not worth the price.

Received a threatening text from owner/manager following our stay about dogs in the park. He could learn something about communication with customers. Customer service was terrible. Facilities were okay. Nothing to write home about.

We only stayed for one night at the end of the season so it wasn’t very full. We were very pleased with our stay. Easy pull through for our 5th wheel with 50 amp hookup.

Just stayed one night but the site was reasonable. Just dragged dirt into to moterhome from the gravel site

The owner/operators are the most friendly people I have met in a very long time. I will definitely make this our Montana stop for years to come.

Although a Journey KOA we very much enjoyed our stay. We experienced vehicle problems so ended up staying much longer than expected. Owners/staff were courteous and friendly. The area surrounding the KOA has trails along the river and a visitor center right next to it. Butte may be a small town; but it has everything!

We like staying in Butte Koa because of proximity to my cousins and town. will we be back yes. What we didn't like was the stump just in front of the motorhome door in space 311, hope it will be removed in your long term Reno of the park you was telling us about. Also it would be nice if the breakfast lasted to maybe 11:00 for the late risers. The WIFI was the best we have ever had in ANY park.

Campground has been updated since our stay 2 years ago. Helpful staff. Ongoing improvements are good. Some sites could use more gravel. Main negative is that it has a Interstate with lots of traffic on one side and railroad on other side.

The RV park was clean and so were the facilities. Check-in was easy and included an escort to our site. You do get some highway noise but running a fan blocks it out. Nice trail along the creek for dog walking or taking a stroll. Highly recommend the World Museum of Mining which is a short drive from the park.

I called from the road and was greeted by “Tyler” who was so kind and professional. I explained that we would be arriving late and he assured me that all would be easy. It was and I enjoyed the ease of locating my campsite. The location is ideal and easy to navigate. The next morning, I met Kathryn who was very nice and had a wonderful welcome continental breakfast for all to enjoy…Great

Everything we needed, spaces were close together, but okay. Disappointed pool was closed. Nice location to visitors center and MT Tech campus. Nice morning offerings of coffee, pastries, fruit & yogurt.

The campground is mostly dirt/gravel but the sites were level and the bathrooms were clean. We just stayed one nite so was nice for that. As we were leaving we did get a text about someone leaving trash and I assumed the text went out to all who had camped that nite just seemed a little unprofessional. I did not leave trash and do not want to be scolded.

We enjoyed our stay at Butte KOA. Clean and well-managed campground. Particularly enjoyed the communication received from the campground staff. They sent several text messages, giving information and letting us know that they were looking forward to our visit. They were very friendly and courteous. I liked that personal attention.

This was a quick overnight stay for us; we received ample info & contact from the owners (via text) who made our after-hours check-in/early departure an absolute breeze. Site was level & gravel; bathrooms were clean & easily accessible (a unisex option was available & private). Easy to get to off the highway; definitely recommend & would visit again!

The campground was very near the visitor center which was extremely helpful. It was also convient to all the historical places we were there to visit. The staff was great and the restrooms were clean. We could not have stayed at a better place. Many thanks to the hosts.

We made the reservation on line and did not get sewer hookup. That was my mistake, the were able to fix my mistake, I appreciate that. We really like the showers, they are family showers not male or female. Great place �

This is our second time to camped and i would say: my family feels at home! Because everything we need for my furry friend and my daughter Nikka are here conveniently within the community and most important is safe! Thank you KOA Butte!

Close to everything. The management went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Great spots for big rigs. They even brought us out a couple adorable rocking chairs and a fire pit to our site!!! Thank you so much for a great stay!!! We'll be back
