Campground Activities
Our campground activities begin on Memorial Weekend. We'll have weekend schedules as you arrive and surprise activities during the week. Sway is always available for a visit!
Visiting with Sway
Sway looks forward to visits from campers of all ages. On weekend mornings we have supervised time in her play area where you can pet her and feed her a carrot.
Free Saturday night ice cream socials
Top your own ice cream with chocolate or butterscotch sauces, sprinkles, and bits of candy. Enjoy the treat by the community campfire and meet other guests. Some nights we have wacky games or a few selections from Justin's classical repertoire.
Arts and Crafts - Like Tie Dye
On all holiday and many summer weekends we offer an afternoon arts and crafts activity. The activities we enjoy include jewelry and decoration kits, tie-dye T-shirts, and even churning home made ice cream.
Pancake breakfasts with real Vermont maple syrup
Some Sunday mornings in the season we serve a great breakfast of pancakes, sausages, juice, and coffee/tea. Of course our syrup is 100% pure Vermont maple sugared right here in Dummerston during the months of February and March.
Kids' Games
Justin looks forward to leading kids in outdoor games like kick ball, volleyball, water games, badminton, frisbee, and capture the flag. Towards nightfall you may be asked to play manhunt.

2013 Vintage Camper Rallies July 19-21 and September 27-29

We have sites blocked near each other so please call to make your reservation. One half are already booked! At the end of September, 27-29, we will once again be participating in the Tin Can Tourists National TCT Camping Weekend. The agendas will include Friday night meet and greet, Saturday seminars, open house, pot luck dinner, and Sunday morning farewell event.
Vintage campers get a special rate but all campers are welcome.

TCT National Vintage Camper Rally September 28-29
In support of the Tin Can Tourists National Rally Weekend we invite all vintage campers/converted vans/classic cars for a great weekend, including a rate of 50% off the second day. Local enthusiasts are also welcome for the free open house on September 29th.
The weekend will include a pot luck supper, open house, and ice cream social. The Vermont foliage should be vibrant!

Ten Additional Sewer Sites Available in 2013!
We converted nine existing sites to full hook-up so we have a total of 21 full service pull-through sites. The sites are C36,37,38, B27,28,29, 30 and E43,44,45. C37 and 38 and E43 and 44 will be 'buddy' sites which will allow awning to awning set up!
Existing reservation fees will not be increased for the new amenity, unless guests choose to use it.
Meet Your Hosts
"Sway says Visit Us Soon!"
We believe camping should be more than a few days away from work or just a place to sleep when visiting a new or favorite area. It should be a peaceful, happy, and memorable time whether alone or with loved ones. We enjoy giving our guests an experience that makes it easy to live in the moment while creating fond memories for the future.
