The site was excellent. The Camp was clean and quiet. The people were friendly and very helpful. The provided us with a lot of information about local attraction.

KOA needs to update this site. There are old water slides, etc. that need to be removed. No problem with cleanliness or management.

Our spot was perfect! Quiet and shaded.

I was ok with the train noise. We were able to run the air in the cabin to help it not be as much of an issue. I do believe the cabin needed to be cleaner and that the door needs a better seal. You can see outside when it is closed and so there were several spiders in the cabin. There wasn't anywhere to eat around here at 8pm except a gas stat. Amy was nice but was focused on leaving and winning

The place is nice and clean with nice people working there. The only problem is the train noise, but nothing they can do about that.

Very run down and no T V.

I've never been to a koa that I needed a key to use the bathroom/shower room. The trians at night made it hard to sleep. We will not be going back!

The staff was very nice. It is conveniently located off the interstate.

We enjoyed our stay. The jumping pillow was super fun for the kids. The hot tub is in a room inside with no windows and closed early (7:30pm I believe). I thougt pancake breakfasts were a KOA staple (which I now know isn't the case!) so they do not have that which was a little disappointing. Overall it was just a decent experience.

The campground is too close to the freeway.

Very pretty campground I love the trees and serene feeling it had. The trains that everyone complains about are not the fault of the KOA they didn't build the train tracks after all. Honestly, its wasn't that bothersome I think my friend snores louder anyways. :) We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Nice Campground, Friendly staff. Close to the highway, with frequent trains. Our biggest difficulty was the cottonwood--with allergies, we had to stay in our rig and couldn't take advantage of any of the outdoor amenities. We realize this is a seasonal issue and not under the control of the staff.

Very nice and friendly campgrounds. Most of all laundry was open 24 hours. Most KOA's close at 8-9 at night. Thank you and will see you again

Great stay Payton was a wonderful and very helpful

We have stayed at many KOA campgrounds and felt as if this one might be a newly formed KOA? For example, dated restroom/showers, staff not as friendly as usual KOA's.

Ok for over night stay. No digital reception, so no TV. Train noise, but was able to sleep. Needs to be cleaner, our spot had discarded old shoes on it.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

sorry about the shoes. The owner did call for them

Friendly staff, late night arrival, right beside interstate, stayed in a cabin, had spiders.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

I did not know that we were having any spider trouble. We are in a lot of trees and that could be part of the problem, but we are having them sprayed today. Please try us again

We loved the jumping pillow i

Nice & shady for place when it's hot! Staff is friendly
Jun 11, 2017
Grounds were not maintained.
Jun 09, 2017
The "lodge" that we were staying in looked like a storage shed with hastily added touches, not yet complete, the lack of sink and storage by the microwave and the too-small table with only 2 chairs made things a bit difficult. There was also no actual parking spot for this site. The bed was low to the ground with a very thin mattress. I was disappointed, given our experiences at other KOAs.

Friendly staff

This was not a very nice KOA and very costly for the park. I would not ever stay at this park if we were passing by. This women at the desk was kind of snippy and harsh. Not a pleasant place to stop.
Jun 08, 2017
Other than train which only blew the horns between 430am and 1030 pm were no worst than other KOAs. The park is nice and clean lots of trees.
Jun 07, 2017
The male employee on the phone was not helpful - the manager was not friendly. The prices are too high and the location is near the interstate so hard to sleep with all the noise.

We had a great experience at this KOA. The pool and the Jumping Pillow were so much fun for the kids. We stayed under the great canopy of trees and stayed cool all day. The bathrooms and showers were spotless. Laundry was nice. Well stocked grocery store inside and the staff was very nice. FANTASTIC STAY!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

WE ENJOYED HAVING YOU AS OUR GUESTS AND HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN.

This is a beautiful park to stay in. GPS system couldn't find it so be careful. No T,V, if you don't have Satellite. Ear plugs are mandatory due to all night trains. I would stay here again understanding the above.
Jun 03, 2017
Stay far from highway and trains and you'll enjoy your stay.
Jun 01, 2017
Loved the hot tub. Everything was clean and the service was good.

During check-in signs inside the office warn of train noise. The campground, bathrooms, and showers were clean, and the stay was for the most part enjoyable. KOA should make campers aware of train noise prior to their arrival. Trains pass hourly and a nearby rail crossing requires 2 long, 1 short and 1 long blast. As you can imagine, this can affect a nights sleep. The office offers earplugs!

Sites and access is narrow. Our site was plenty long for our 67' of coach and trailer but we were driving over the lawn trying to get in and out. Well kept grounds and plenty to do make this a worthwhile stop.
May 30, 2017
Will not stay at this KOA again. The owner/ manager was rude and condescending .There were no heaters in the cabins which made the night time extremely cold, there were no fire pits.
May 29, 2017
Very grouchy staff upon check in, paired with dingy facilities and a playground of questionable safety. The train noise is not the fault of the KOA, but it runs all night long, is right across the street, and is certainly something to consider if you want a sound night's sleep.
May 29, 2017
The campground itself was fine, kids enjoyed the playground, jumping pillow, and the game room. Train and traffic noise were a problem.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

WE ARE VERY SORRY ABOUT THE NOISE
May 28, 2017
train noise, lack of hot water and lack of water pressure in showers
May 28, 2017
It was okay, in the showers were bugs and a lot of hair and the campgroun is next to traintacks. The train honks in the night so it's not quiet at all. Also the staff seemed bored besides the boy who showed us our site.
May 27, 2017
The Grounds were very nice and well taken care of. The one issues is you are very close to a train crossing so you hear the horns about every hour. Very Difficult to get a good night sleep
May 27, 2017
Nice campground. Train noise but don't hear it when sleeping 😌. Friendly staff. Nice long site for big rig. Easy access.
