Clean and quiet campground! Conveniently located!

We had an adjoining site with our daughter. Us, in a Class A motorhome, she has an A-Liner pop up. We had a common area which gave us two pinic tables one shaded in the morning, the other shaded in the afternoon. The campground was clean and the site was level which in our 5 week travels and using other KOA's, we didn't always get a level site.

prices have increased to the point we can rent a whole house instead of staying at the KOA. Since Corporate took over there are fees for everything. After 10 years don't know if we will be back next year, we did not make any reservations. WiFi was out day one and power was out the next day.

We had such a fun stay! There was tons for everyone to do, it was quiet, and the staff was all very friendly! We will be back.

As ussuall it was perfect , Joanne is the best , she is very much on top of things and helpful . Beh , Mike and Elly were awsum all so . This KOA is the cleanest and best kept campground .

Unhappy about “grassy sites” that were just dirt. Seen other areas being watered and maintained. Understand we’re in a drought, but even one to two weekly watering would not kill all the grass and creat just dirt. Other then that the facility was clean and our kids enjoyed the activities.

We did not like it at all! The sites and cabins are wall to wall. No privacy at all! Very little room to breathe. We stayed in a trailer and our doors faced the other trailer doors right in front of us. Picnic tables were also right next to each other.

This was our second year staying and we love it. The staff is all very nice and accommodating. We already have two stays booked for next summer! Thanks for being a part annual family tradition.

We had a great time but the water spigot leaked and we were missing a step stool to use the hot tub. All issues were addressed once we were in the queue. Management was very friendly!

Our space (85) was dry and the grass was dead. It was a very small strip of rock on one side and dead grass on the other. We had no picnic table. The signage was confusing and one person said we were in their space, but we were not. Other spaces looked a bit better. But most had dead dry grass. The staff however, were wonderful.

Great location, friendly staff, and can see improvements continuing. One suggestion, put a tank on the back of your golf carts and put a boom on it to water down the driveways. Lots of dust and this might help.

It was a very beautiful place but the showers were extremely difficult to actually get clean in and the bathrooms were very cramped.

The grounds were well cared for, but the showers needed to be cleaned more often, especially in the evenings. I felt like a sardine! Extremely tight campgrounds. My patio was in my neighbor's window. It was horrible. I thought it was very expensive and I probably wouldn't stay here again.

This was our 3rd visit to Bear Lake KOA. We went for a super site this time and loved it. It is super close to town and you can easily walk to the marina. Plus the raspberry shakes are amazing! I am sure we will visit again.

The biggest issue was the site. It was tiny. We got a corner and there was hardly any grass at all. It was like we got a 1/2 lot. This happened last year too, and when we asked if we could move we were told no. It’s hard to pay KOA prices to camp on a tiny patch of grass.

Terrible experience. It is under new management and it shows. All the grass is dead on your camp site and full of ants and bugs. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING!!!! Mold, stinky, not clean, hair everywhere, not maintained. The staff at the check in office is extremely rude. Not only to me but also the people they would talk to on the phone as well.

Great stay! My only feedback is the opportunity to put a new layer of dust reducer on some of the roads or gravel, it was pretty dusty!

We love coming to KOA at bear lake and have great experiences with all the employees. However this time, my mom was checking in and let them know the reservation name but they couldn’t find our reservation. The lady that was assisting my mom was very rude she kept interrupting us when we would tell her the reservation name. She told my mom to “stop talking” she was very rude and unprofession

Worst stay ever. We have been coming for years and have loved it. This year they were under new management and they were awful! We will not be returning and have already planned our new annual family summer trips for a new location. The staff was very rude. It’s stupid expensive now and extra activities have to be paid for. We paid $500 to stay there and then activities were more No thanks.

We’ve always enjoyed our stay there for the last couple of years. The only advice I’d give is if you have others from your family coming in for like a barbecue that they shouldn’t be charged.

All staff was incredibly helpful, kind and seemed to enjoy their job which makes our vacation great too. Sad that our sites had big thorny weeds and dead grass but most others green (hoping we just got a site needing maintenance. The new fire rings are ��� The grounds super clean. Dog barking issues always disrupt camping and if reported was taken care of immediately. Thank you all!

We enjoyed a Family Reunion there and loved it! Our “tent” family liked the clean bathrooms, the showers, and private tent areas. The grandkids loved the activities! We loved having full power hook ups as well. The lake was amazing and the staff was friendly and put up with us! JoAnn was a hoot!!! � Hahaha

Great people working at KOA. Problem and why not a five, enforcement of the speed limit and one way signs. Patrons can be ignorant. Had my grandchildren and had to be careful. Also, give the latrine team a raise. The ladies kept up on the large restroom in back. Herculean what they do. They should be paid a premium as people and their unobserved children can be nasty.

I love this KOA. The only thing I would suggest to update is the children’s playground. That playground has been the same for over 10 years.

Since you guys have been under new ownership. A lot of the workers are rude and very disrespectful. In specific there was a lady worker named Joey who was very rude and yelled at a lot of people. The price is way to expensive! Sorry won’t be staying here again. Terrible. I used to enjoy it, and loved staying there. Now I will gladly find a new place to stay.

To many loud people. Our neighbors had no respect for our peace and quiet. Your staff keeps driving by every two minutes kicking up dust. We walked our dogs the first night and they were attacked by an out of control dog and owner. I will never come back. Bear Lake is ruined!

This is one of the best KOAs we've ever been to. Super clean and many amenities for the whole family. Mini golf, playground, bikes, dog park, swimming pool, wifi, fire pits and very nice outdoor furniture.
