We did not care for the airstream we rented. The AC took a long time to catch up to the heat during the day. The shower was a trickle. My family stayed in a camp site in there own camper and their water pressure was good

Worst KOA experience I’ve ever had… don’t get me wrong, we had a decent time & there are parts of the campsite that did look fantastic… unfortunately, we sprung for a basic cabin, which was not good: Wifi did not work. Parking for cabins was off-site. (Never seen this) Bathrooms were extraordinarily far.

Great location but that's about it. We had a "deluxe cabin", there were fingernails in the bedroom, and the bathroom sink and faucet was so dirty. Kitchenware and utensils were also not clean. For the price we paid, wish it was at least clean.

we stayed 2 nights in a Camping Cabin. Being that we arrived late, it was nice that we didn't have to set up a tent. The Staff left our key in the Cabin & we arrived on our schedule.

Stay was great, real cool campground. It was a little difficult to find our reservation for the basic cabins. I wish there could be a shorter path to the restrooms. Cabin 17 had a rock in the path at the bottom of the steps that I would trip/roll my ankle on if wasn't looking for it. But overall this campground had so many cool amenities and great proximity to Acadia.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Great communication, even if the office was closed as we arrived after hours. Our deluxe cabin was very cozy and clean. It had amenities needed - pillows, bed sheets, towels, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. My family enjoyed the fire pit by the cabin, the enclosed porch, the bathroom in the cabin and the accessibility to water vistas.

The park location and sites were very nice. We stayed in a cabin with only a refrigerator and a full bed and bunk beds. It was super cute. Very unhappy with the cleanliness. It was very dirty and had dust and cobwebs all over the cabin. Did not want to unpack any of our things because it was just dirty!

The KOA staff were able to accommodate me 6 minutes after closing time because our tent was destroyed by hurricane Gianna and we were about to have to sleep in our car! Thank you to the staff who were super stressed out and annoyed but we're still very accommodating patient and kind I will never forget your kindness

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The campground was beautiful and the kids loved all the Halloween activities!

We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately there was heavy rain so it prevented some entertainment. We will visit again. There only complaint we had was the bathroom area had an offensive odor. Maybe because of the torrential rain? I do wish the camp store was open earlier on Sunday, would have liked to have checked it out before we left. Over all a great experience! Our cabin was cozy and comfortable.

We have stayed in a deluxe cabin for 5 years now and have always enjoyed the area and campground. All the associates are friendly and fulfill any needs promptly.

We have been camping here for many years, never an issue. Barb & Pat have been good to us, and Carolyn, we miss Carolyn. Mostly new staff this year, again no issues. We will be back next year.

We love staying at KOA but unfortunately this one wasn't our favorite. Pros: -Breath taking view of water , beautiful sunsets -Fridge and coffee maker in cabin -Clean bathroom and showers -Location Cons: - Hardly any activities for kids (no jump pad,pool,movie nights,game areas) -Dog hairs and dog bowls in the room, a real turn off -only 3 shower stalls, we always had to wait

We stayed in a rustic cabin. We had to cart all of our belongings to the cabin. We could not park near our cabin. I did not care for any of this at all. It was too difficult. I had to make five trips. The cabin was very dusty and dirty with cobwebs. Perhaps if I had stayed in the campground area, it would’ve been better.

Difficult check in process. Check in for cabins is between 4-5pm and by 350pm our cabin was not ready and we had other reservations so we had to check in at night. Staff was not overly friendly or helpful with this process. Solar lights along walk to bathroom are out by midnight- dangerous dark walk cabin to bathroom. Needs better, safer lighting at night.

We loved our stay at Bar Harbor KOA. Great location, beautiful and clean grounds, friendly staff and our cabin was great. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

It was very disappointing on how much I paid no pillows for the pull out sofa Brocken bowls and a knife. Need to put more trash bags in cabin when someone is staying for a week also, you need to put a recycling can in the cabin. It’s need a grill cleaning brush I had to go and buy one. Very good. I recommend a list of what the cabin has for renters. Ie with the kitchenette I assumed some plastic ware at least, but there was none.

This was our fist stay at a KOA and what was most disappointing was that we were denied a request to check-out at 11am instead of 10am despite other cabins being vacant. Had that request been granted we would have happily overlooked the filthy sock in our cabin, the 2" of standing water in the shower, or the shower liner being so long it floated in the standing water. Pros: location & dog friendly

All good except that we were expecting to be oceanfront (as described on the website). We were on the edge of a body of water (not ocean) and next to the busy roadway. This was disappointing.

Beautiful campground. The ladies in office gave exceptional KOA service. Rustic cabins well maintained, however, the lighting in that area was poor and uncomfortable for females walking to washroom. The KOA cafe was an amazing addition and provided meals to go. Would definitely return to this KOA.
