The staff was fantastic we were having electrical issues when we arrived and they helped us find mobile rv repair to come to campground and when we needed to extend our stay by a day it was no problem for them. We will stay again.

Couldn’t put a 0 so I put a 1 first off the discrimination is top notch here no one is safe especially older campers the Wi-Fi sucks, the pool was dirty, the bathrooms were updated but dirty and no hand soap, the only pleasant employee was the maintenance guy don’t speak to Austin he lacks everything! Don’t hold your breath on waiting for a call back cause that will never happen!

The Clubhouse was disgusting. Trash all over the floor, doesn't even look like it has been vacuumed.Pool table and Foosball was broken. We were supposed to be next to our friend but when we asked about it the lady up front kept telling us there was nothing she could do. Let alone I booked my site back in July where it was one price and I go to check in to find out its a different price.

The campground is tired and run down. Water spigot was broken, loose, stripped handle that I had to tighten. There were lots of run down sites, presumed long term residents, with trash and debris littering sites. No, not impressed. Okay for overnight. Not a destination.

Great experience. I really appreciated the staff and the maintenance they provided at the site. The bathrooms were super clean and the pool was cleaned and serviced everyday. Great spot. We will be back!

I woke up at three in the morning to see a man dumpster diving not too far from where I was parked while camping there. I think that was dangerous because that person could have easily stolen things are taken things from peoples campsites while they were sleeping. I watched him for a while as he jumped inside of the dumpster and was removing things. That was a little creepy.

We were pleasantly surprised that the pool water was very cool. So awesome. The campground was fairly clean. The restrooms were clean. People were allowed to break the rules though, like dogs in the pool area. Food and drinks in the clubhouses. Normally I wouldn’t care about that but kids were leaving quite a mess.

We were pleasantly surprised about this KOA. My Dad used to live in Banning and had no idea it was there. We stayed just over night, but it was clean, friendly, a nice pool, Camp K9 area. The flags coming in the driveway is a nice touch too! Like a celebration!

I have stayed here multiple times. It is getting grim. Dirty bathrooms over flowing trash cans, litter, unkept shrubbery. I paid for a “premium” spot that had huge dead trees, panel for elect was torn off, picnic table was filthy and the entire plaster was in disarray. When we arrived at the campground, there was no toilet paper in the women's bathroom - in any of the 3 stalls! The office was closed and wasn't going to open until 1:00pm the next day. Also, of the 3 toilet stalls 1 door did not have a lock on it. We had been camping for two weeks and found better maintenance in US Forest Service vault toilets than in this KOA. We expect better from KOA.

I've got a 28' trailer, so with tow vehicle I'm 50' long. My last 2 visits, I've been put in a campsite that is shorter than 50' so I stick out in the front or back (or both). When doing a 1 night stay, I usually want to stay hitched. Please consider this when taking 1 night booking, and you may need to review the details for your campsites to ensure they accurately reflect max trailer length.

Water charge is a joke.the grounds aren't kept up like they used to be, trees not trimmed and trash not picked up.

Storage area was locked early one day. Bad enough that it is closed on Mondays, but then to lock up early one day is not cool. My contract reads there is a combo lock and even lists a combo, but there is no combo lock A dog in the park likes to bark and is left tied up outside all day - even when no one is home. There is dog poo everywhere! I had to leave the dog park as there was so much poo!!

First time staying at this park. Stayed one night on way thru. This a a nice, clean park with easy access off and on to I-10 freeway. Will definitely stay again. Only negative, sites are a little short - we got a pull thru hoping to not have to disconnect our tow vehicle but we had to disconnect.

The campgrounds is one of the best manicured & cleanest we’ve stayed in. There were nice shade trees and white flowering bushes. We were only there one night but it was very kid friendly with lots of activities to do. In addition to the pool there was a nice volley ball court and other games available. I would have stayed in this park longer if our schedule would have allowed.

We paid for a grassy patio site. We were given a site with burnt grass that looked pitiful. Fortunately there was another site available.

Let me start with the positive first, the property is beautiful & the staff is polite. Price is fair. On the other hand the dog park is not maintained & has dangerous and unnecessary items. Also, I feel that the maintenance team could do a better job keeping walking paths lit and free & clear of wood planks that people can trip over on the dark walkway. Lots of sprinklers causing mud and slipping.

This place is a dream come true when you've done this long enough to know other parks aren't so clean and the neighbors. Oh my goodness I love them all. I'm kinda shocked at how everyone keeps to themselves it's perfect. Also why are the past people complaining about over vegetation. I wish all the trees and bushes could take over my trailer cause in the summer who cares about the ants. It's heat I'm worried about. Other than that I've been here long enough to know this is my home. No complaints.

Quiet out of the way and about a mile off of the 10 Fwy. Conveniently close to stores, fuel, etc. Most sites are pull-thru. Some have fire pits, raised bbq grills, gravel parking, grass on either side, with full hook-ups. There's a pool for the summer months. A child playground. A small fenced dog park. Frisbee golf, as well as horse shoes. The KOA store doesn't have a lot of food and drinks in it, but it does have some RV items if needed. We were here from Mon - Fri. The weather was nice in early April.

We had an emergency repair at our apartment that we unfortunately had to vacate for the duration of the repair; and my baby is getting over a cold so spreading germs somewhere indoors isn't cool. Plus tight budget so a hotel on such short notice would have been $$$$$. Fortunately; I discovered this place with a few minutes of googling. We were super excited and didn't realize check-in wasn't until 2PM, we arrived roughly before 11AM. The very friendly lady in the office was so accommodating and still allowed us access despite being 3 hours early, and assigned us to our space. Initial impression is that this place is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. We got comfortable pretty quickly and I would definitely visit here again just for fun! And the wifi was very stable and surprisingly fast, considering that it was free! PROS: Pet friendly, Playground, Dog run, Free wi-fi, Quiet, Very clean restrooms and shower area, Grounds well maintained, Fire pits, Plenty to do and explore, Located in a good area, Pool available during summer season! CONS: Honestly, nothing at all. We had no issue during our stay and everybody was very friendly.
