Mens bathroom was worn and dirty, with half smoked cigarettes, trash, out of order urinal, and flaking paintings on bench in shower. The campground looked worn as well. Location was good and the staff friendly.

I was in need of a RV park for a week while I was visiting in California. And I was pleased to actually find and book here a day in advance. I had full hookup and although the sites were close, there were shrubs separating each site for privacy. Staff was friendly and the park is well maintained.

Grounds seemed well kept at first but site very unlevel and tight for a fiver with slides. Hay on the site. Bushes overgrown Found doggy poo bag on our picnic table Pool looked good but did not explore further. Young girl who checked us in nice but not able to offer any area information for example, where to eat.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The sites are fairly close together with hedges for privacy. Everything was overgrown when we arrived and looked unkempt but during our stay they mowed and started trimming everything. The laundry room was always clean and everything in good working order. Sometimes, first impressions are not reliable. We look forward to our next stay.

Good K-9 Kamp area for my dog. Store was not supplied with much food or snacks. Doable for a one night stay.

This KOA is not as nice as most. The landscaping is not well maintained, and the trees need to be trimmed so they do not hit your RV's. Ok for a one night stay but that is all. Good location to the 10 Freeway.

Even with bad weather everything was clean. Tom, the handyman on site was awesome and helped with some things we needed right away! (Thank you, Tom)

I have stayed here before and enjoyed it. This stay however was different, it appears that maintenance has declined drastically. Grass and weeds very overgrown and the pool was green. I was told the ice maker was broke with no plan of repair or replacement. This is not what I have grown to expect from KOA campgrounds. It also appears that there is no minimum expectation of the long term residents.

We came as a trial run with our new setup. We’ve stayed at several KOA’s, but never Banning. Banning is local, easy to locate and easy to maneuver thru. Overall, the campground is a bit under kept. I noticed quite a bit of long term units with much debris out front. The playground was utilized, but we did not consider the pool due to weather/green coloration. Check in process unmanned but easy

It was quiet and parking was great. However, there is nothing there. No restaurant, no spa, pool wasn’t open and looked green. The dog park was nice except every time they went to the back by the bench they ended up foaming at the mouth and another person said that happens to all the dogs. The dogs seemed ok but weird and scary.

A lot of junk around the RV's that are there long term. Sites are extremely close together. Apparently mowing the grass is not a top priority with this camp ground.

All pull through full hookup gravel / level sites. Site 36 fire pit area is great with room for large party of 25 gathering. Club house 2 is spacious, round tables and kitchen with frig/freezer, stove/oven microwave, deep sink. Separate card and pool room. Plus bath rooms. We stayed overnight on March 10 and again on March 17. We got there after closing and left early before opening but our spot was easy to find. Love the “pull thru” roomy spaces. The ladies room was immaculately clean and everything functioned well. Would happily stay there again!

The campground has great bones. It is simply not kept up. The grass is so overgrown and some areas are so out of control that you cannot walk through them. But we were grateful to see grass.

Gravel on many sites was minimal. The grassy areas were mowed only after guests complained. It seemed the park rules only applied to the short-term guests. Shower mount was missing so you could only use the shower as a hand-held shower.

Check in office is very nice driveway and registration area is nice but the rest of the park forget it. Seen one tent camper had to mow his own lawn so he could sit up his tent.

It's an adequate KOA. Dog poop would probably be less of a problem is there were bags available in any of the dispensers.

Grass was very tall, needed to be cut badly. On our last night there something broke on the water access and water was shooting up at least 15 feet into the air. I thought it was storming and when I said something my husband sitting up front was confused because it wasn't raining. He looked outside. We called, texted and emailed the emergency number and email that was given. Called 911

NIce spot, quiet, friendly people. Good separation between sites. Bathrooms could use a little love, I know they were remodeled a couple of years ago. No hooks for clothing or towels in the ladies' shower areas. Those stick on hooks don't work. If no drilling in the tiles is allowed put up a wood strip with some wooden pegs on an exterior wall - those won't break.

We have a 43 ft 5th wheel and with all of the empty sites, you would think they could have put us into one that would fit our rv. Site was hard to maneuver around and electrical box and was barely wide enough for our slideouts.

A long time ago this place was nice however now it is not maintained. Definitely not for large rvs . Weeds everywhere etc. the people are nice but that’s about it.

Lovely background, hidden oasis after driving through Arizona all day. Beautiful bathroom/shower, but disappointed finding shower head’s missing in all but the ADA shower. I’m 5’11”, and had a hard time getting low enough to get under the water �. An easy fix, for sure. The staff did a great job taking my reservation and getting me checked in with text messages and maps. Easy set up.

Staff was very friendly but the site I got was so out of level that I could not come close to getting my RV level with my hydraulic jacks.

There seemed to be a lot of people who live there long term which is fine but their places should be cleaned up a little bit and not have so much stuff around them.

The staff we spoke to while making the reservation were nice and helpful. However, when we arrived, we were very disappointed. The campground was run down and not maintained. Grass hadn't been mowed in weeks. Peeling paint on buildings/signs. Definitely not up to KOA standards. The site we were in was not big enough even though we gave them our dimensions. Will not stay here again.

This place is a dream come true when you've done this long enough to know other parks aren't so clean and the neighbors. Oh my goodness I love them all. I'm kinda shocked at how everyone keeps to themselves it's perfect. Also why are the past people complaining about over vegetation. I wish all the trees and bushes could take over my trailer cause in the summer who cares about the ants. It's heat I'm worried about. Other than that I've been here long enough to know this is my home. No complaints.

Quiet out of the way and about a mile off of the 10 Fwy. Conveniently close to stores, fuel, etc. Most sites are pull-thru. Some have fire pits, raised bbq grills, gravel parking, grass on either side, with full hook-ups. There's a pool for the summer months. A child playground. A small fenced dog park. Frisbee golf, as well as horse shoes. The KOA store doesn't have a lot of food and drinks in it, but it does have some RV items if needed. We were here from Mon - Fri. The weather was nice in early April.

We had an emergency repair at our apartment that we unfortunately had to vacate for the duration of the repair; and my baby is getting over a cold so spreading germs somewhere indoors isn't cool. Plus tight budget so a hotel on such short notice would have been $$$$$. Fortunately; I discovered this place with a few minutes of googling. We were super excited and didn't realize check-in wasn't until 2PM, we arrived roughly before 11AM. The very friendly lady in the office was so accommodating and still allowed us access despite being 3 hours early, and assigned us to our space. Initial impression is that this place is very well maintained, clean, and quiet. We got comfortable pretty quickly and I would definitely visit here again just for fun! And the wifi was very stable and surprisingly fast, considering that it was free! PROS: Pet friendly, Playground, Dog run, Free wi-fi, Quiet, Very clean restrooms and shower area, Grounds well maintained, Fire pits, Plenty to do and explore, Located in a good area, Pool available during summer season! CONS: Honestly, nothing at all. We had no issue during our stay and everybody was very friendly.
