We only stayed one night, it was very convenient to the interstate. For that reason, you can definitely hear the interstate a good bit from your site but it was enough to be super bothersome. The facilities were nice and clean and the water nice and hot for the shower. We walked the trails with our dogs which was nice. The staff was very friendly. They took great care of the sites.

The staff here is excellent - very friendly and always helpful. The grounds are very well maintained. The cabin was really nice with a comfortable bed.

Super nice people!! Worked hard to accommodate our needs. Sights are a bit close to each other and the park is built on a hillside so I’m very glad I have auto level - still had to put blocks under downhill tires. Some trees could be maybe removed and some trimmed but with my dually and 41’ 5th wheel I was still able to negotiate all turns. Would stay here again.

Nothing Fancy. Easy access off the interstate. Good communication with staff on the road before we arrived and once we got there. Sites were not too crowded. I’d stay again

Enjoyed our stay. Plenty of walking areas for our dogs. Staff was helpful and friendly. Grounds cleanly maintained and moving done.

We only stayed a night, but it was a very nice stay. Our site was near the store, so the road noise wasn't an issue. A huge plus for me was ..it was raining when we got there. I really needed to take our dog to the dog park. I asked the lady in the store if they had any umbrellas for sell. She said no, but she said I could borrow one. What? How kind. I returned it the next am. How nice!!

Stayed for 1 night on way to a KOA in Tennessee. The staff went out of their way to be friendly. Bath house was spotless. Only improvements needed are maybe new gravel on sites. This was our 3rd stay at this KOA.

The KOA was in a great location, near Asheville. We were greeted upon arrival and we’re given help getting to our site as well as being shown the amenities of our site. The bathrooms were spotless and modern.

Stayed overnight, the only issue was no sewer dump at the space but I understand the complexity of installing that in that particular hilly area. The sewer dump at the bottom area was convenient to my space. It was a little too muddy in the space from the rain. A little more gravel in the back of the space would be helpful. In all it was a great stay. I loved the hiking trails.

We stayed in a cabin by the camping kitchen and there was little to no privacy, all of the cabins are right next to each other, also we didn't notice when we booked that we wouldn't have our own firepit, there is a shared firepit. That being said the cabin/campground/bathrooms were super clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. This cabin area would be good for a group.

Gave 4 stars ONLY because of the highway noise. Our site was maybe 100 yards from the highway. Other than that everything was fine

Staff was very helpful. Convenient location. Unfortunately the highway noise was a big drawback for myself, but my husband found it to be less of an issue.

Awesome staff! They dropped everything to help us with newbie RV traveler’s issues when we needed it - and so friendly in spite of the imposition. This is a great family-run campground.

First time not shown to site which would have been helpful since unfamiliar with water pump and had to seek out help. It is a convenient location, but wish it were friendlier.

We were in Asheville visiting our daughter and chose this KOA as it was close to her home. It has a walking path around the campground which is great for walking your dog. It was clean and the staff was very friendly

Very friendly and clean...dog park is really nice and larger than some. Yes it's off of i40 but they will offer ear plugs etc. But it really wasn't much of a problem for us...
