Very clean. Friendly, helpful, professional staff. UBER’d to places in Albuquerque was easy and inexpensive.

We checked in late and left early so we only interacted with the staff at Bernalillio KOA Journey over the phone. They were courteous and addressed our questions. The campsite and bathroom facilities were great and very clean! We enjoyed our brief winter time stay.

We had a vey comfy and quiet night but the fellow who filled our onboard propane tank just after we checked out, left it leaking/hissing. Later, an older male staffmember confronted me angrily at the dump station. First he accused me of using it as a non-guest without paying. Then when I showed him our tag, he shouted that we should have used the DS prior to checkout. "Checkout means YOU LEAVE."

This KOA is "Clean". The management is attentive and pro active to keep your stay the best it can be! They update the facilities before they get to anywhere close to a considered upgrade. We stayed the winter (just after the Balloon Festival thru mid February) and with more monthly occupants this is still the main daily stays for campers passing thru. Great Place and will stay again!!

Booked pull threw from 1/1/2 hours from this KOA. Staff had our paper work in the box ready as they would be off work when we arrived.Staff told on sight member to be on the look out for us that late evening. Staff member came out that evening meet us after hours and took us to our camp site.Great severe after normal business hours in the dark. First class service.A+

Very clean and very well maintained. Nice hookups and gravel pad next to picnic tables. Office opens at 9:00 a.m., a bit later than most. Friendly, professional service. I'll definitely stay here again.

I Was checking in late and was on the road, but the camp host made sure I had all necessary info to complete my checkin and find my campspot. Nice spot right off the interstate but very quiet. Will be staying again if I am traveling through this area. Thank you!

Nice Camp we’ve stayed in multiple times. It’s an older koa but staff keeps it up and was more neatly groomed than previous trips. Had minor electrical issue hooking up after dark and staff showed up quickly to resolve it. Many thanks! Shower house is recently upgraded - very nice now! Only issue is the very limited wifi service. Staff is also very helpful.

There was no wi-fi, but fortunately we have hot spots on our phones. We have stayed here twice and probably will again in the future. Thank you Debbie for your wonderful service!

Friendly, professional service at the front desk. Also, a KOA worker helped us with the water leak in the motor home. Next morning, he filled the propane tank for the motor home. Thank you for having propane at the Bernalillo KOA.

Just staying overnight on the way to Arizona. Clean, safe, location. The way in from the north is a bit of a pain since the off ramp from the interstate only goes right and so you have to find a way to make a U-turn.

The bathrooms are very nice and clean. the property is clean and secure. However, we would not stay in the full hookup, 50 amp slots again. They are far too tight. We felt like sardines in a can.

Second time staying here. It was only overnight but the staff was super nice and helpful. Park was clean and and well maintained.

KOA was clean but there was a rock next to the parking space that my friend and I both tripped over, the managers told her sorry and that was it.

Our site, which was supposedly a big rig friendly site, was so narrow we couldn’t put out one slide without infringing on our neighbors picnic table. The biggest issue is that the sewer line was backed up. We were only there one night and decided not to dump. The people in the front office were very friendly.

We appreciate your facility. The area is always clean, the sites are level, and the restrooms were spotless. Since we travel without water in the lines when we travel around the firsts of the year, to was really nice to have clean facilities.

Debbie was very helpful. Called and verified arrival time in case we came in after closing, gave us necessary instructions for check in. When going through Albuquerque we always stay there. Always has friendly staff and park and restrooms are clean.

The sites are extremely close to each other. I believe I would have struck the rig next to me if I had put out an awning.

From check in, and during our stay, was the smoothest and most enjoyable experience. Appearance was remarkably clean and well maintained. Workers were always present and attentive to the upkeep of the facility.

This was the most unfriendly park I’ve stayed at. They incorrectly booked my rig in a spot that was inappropriate for me and then harassed me repeatedly. A bad business practice for an RV park is to have the owners and employees living on the property and acting like they’re customers, they’re not. Preference should be given to the actual customers. The ownership needs some training.

Loved everything very much! Beautifully manicured and immaculately clean!!! Only problem was that the ladies shower did not have hot water! Beautiful facility!!!!

The KOA Albuquerque North/Bernalillo has super friendly staff, the park is clean and well maintained, and the bathrooms are clean and well-kept. We booked on-line and realized we had not reserved a pull-thru site. A quick call to the office resolved the issue immediately. Highly recommend this place.

We stayed here for 3 months while I had a contract job in Albuquerque. My husband and I had nothing but positive experiences at this KOA. Angie and Andrew (management), Debbie (front desk), Patrick, Greg, and Ryan (grounds/maintenance) were all great! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. You can tell the campground is well managed. The bathrooms are easily the nicest and cleanest of any rv park we've stayed at. There was one issue with an unruly camper while we were there, and management handled it swiftly and professionally. We always felt safe in the campground. I worked downtown at UNM, and my commute was 20mins easy. Great location to downtown while being out of town :) Also, super close to hiking trails! Our only critique would be that the picnic tables are a little too close to your neighbor's sewage. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it to travelers coming through Albuquerque.

It was a nice surprise! We did an impromptu stop, and this camp is pristine and well kept. Staff was fantastic. And there's a nice little brewery next door with food and drinks. We will come back for sure!

Great place to stay. Clean well kept good size spaces I stayed in a 25 foot camper, travel trailer with a dog and a cat.
