Le seul point négatif est le bruit de l'autoroute. J'avais demandé le site T13 car je savais que j'allais être à l'abri à cause la bute qui aurait pu atténuer un peu le bruit mais ce dernier était en réparation. Une cabine aurait peut être été mieux mais je n'avais pas le budget cette année pour mon séjour. J,ai bien aimé mon séjour à votre établissement.

Although we arrived5 minutes before closing, Nicholas was very welcoming. We weren't rushed and we were assigned a perfect site for our needs. See you next time. �

My only complaint was the pool not being open. There was severe heat warning and everyone would have enjoyed a wee dip.

Splendid..!! I had a two day car camping but ended up extending one more day due to the beauty of Quebec City. So booked a plot for my tent and car with water and electricity. Very close to the city and supermarkets. Firsttime KOA.

Great amenities. Excellent pool and slide for kids. Really liked the campground indoor kitchen in the recreation room when it was raining. It would be nice if the kitchen had a microwave - just a suggestion.

I absolutely loved the camping, my only deception is that the pool closes way too early (6pm) and we were never able to enjoy it as we had activities planned during the day. It would have been great to be able to enjoy the pool in the evenings.

We were only at the site for one night but our stay was exceptional. The facilities were clean and everything was quite modern looking, the kids liked the play area and the free pressed coffee in the morning was an unexpected treat. The pool was not open during our short stay however this did not bother us.

The People at the Quebec City KOA were very welcoming, and the amenities were very nice, with a clean, well maintained pool area, hot tub, and sitting area with a fire ring. We were tenting, and the site we were put in was quite small with little privacy, and there was a fair bit off traffic noise from the nearby highway.

This KOA provided everything we expect: Clean bathrooms, helpful staff. The location is good and you can be to old Québéc in less than 30 minutes. The location is lacking character, but its proximity to amenities makes up for it.

Caters to large RVs. I was car camping with a small tent. Very clean with helpful amenities (dog park, dishwashing station, convenience store) and located handily for someone travelling from NB to ON. But proximity to busy roadways means there is a constant drone of cars and trucks and no nearby trails for hiking/dog walking.

This was our first time staying at KOA Quebec City and we LOVED it! The staff were wondeful and the facilities exceeded our expectations. We camped in a private tent site that is surrounded by trees. We also loved the pool and hot tub area. It felt like we were at a resort. We will definitely stay at KOA Quebec City again.

We had a great time! My son enjoyed the chickens, treasure hunt, and pool. I loved how close it was to Quebec City. Thanks for a fun trip!

Mostly It frustrated me that they were cleaning the bathrooms at 9:30-10:00 am when everyone is getting ready before they pack up and leave. How about cleaning at noon when mostly everyone is gone….also tents should be closest to washrooms as they need them more than rvs…other than that everything was very clean and lovely

We had an excellent stay at the campground. Beautiful and clean swimming pool area. The ping pong table and indoor kitchen area were a bonus given the wet summer we are experiencing. Thank you for your invitation out. We enjoyed our time at the campsite.

The campground was easy to access. The place was quiet. The amenities were very good.The facility was large but not too much. I strongly recommend the Quebec City KOA, and I'am pretty sure we'll come back very soon.

Great stay, clean and friendly. We arrived after hours and the check-in was easy. Only complaint is that there is a fair bit of road noise (camped in a tent), but this is not unexpected for a city campground.

Stayed two nights with my tent. Have not camped many years. My brother who camps regularly, recommended your organization. I would too. Helped me on registration, recommended a great restaurant.. Went on to stay at Sussex KOA the next night. Thank you.

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
