Great stay and visit to Quebec City. Florence's assistance and friendship was exceptional and so appreciated. Our campground site was great, so easy to enter, set up, and depart.

Wonderful campsite however our only complaint is that our site was very close to our neighbors sewage pump. It was next to our picnic table and made our stay uncomfortable.

Outstanding KOA. Professional and helpful staff. Beautiful new pool and hot tub area. Excellent wifi in the campground. Very clean and tidy. Have propane available on site. Wonderful location. Close to Quebec City. And an RV retailer next door in case you need anything.

Nice and clean campground , however at $ 83.38 + Tax a night is expensive for someone on a fixed income .

Back washrooms, men’s, 3rd toilet, leaking from the tank and would not fill. Only issue i had while there. Customer service at front desk was impeccable.

Nice place. A bit saturated in the rain. But the crew is working hard to fix the sites that hold water.

I generally don't like RV camps and didn't have huge expectations. This camp is well maintained and clean. The staff if helpful and friendly, and it has a very nice hot tub and pool with 2 slides. I was pleasantly surprised and would gladly come back!

We enjoyed our stay but it could have been improved by having more information about the shuttle bus into Quebec (prices and time on website) and also not turning the electricity off at 11.30am on our day of departure - we were getting ready to leave and it made things difficult. It also made it feel very unfriendly - we had paid until 12 noon!!

stayed for second time so that tells you we like it here. Young lady inside very nice and very friendly greeting which is nice after a long drive. We will be back.

Wonderful as always. BBQ at the cabin we rented could use some upgrading. My daughter as always.wpuld.have liked to be able to feed and pet the chickens but the pool is great and she always has lots of fun on the jump pad. Kid friendly, clean and in close distance to all of the wonderful things Quebec city has to offer.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights at the KOA Quebec City, it did not disappoint. The washrooms & showers were very clear, the playground, pool and hot tub were great. The main store offers so many food & drink options and everyone spoke English that we encountered. Free coffee was an unexpected bonus. We hope to return again!!

Stay was okay. Wifi is terrible. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Especially when I compared it to my next stay at PEI provincial parks. Bathrooms were cleaner and wifi was super.

The check-in looks like a hotel lounge, clean and welcoming. The facilities are all well kept and the park itself is organized and neat, the pool is heated with waterslides and looks like a "resort". The end sites are tricky for services as the electric is on the opposite side/end to the water/sewer and using an extension chord didn't seem to work so we'd avoid those! Very nice campground!

The site was clean and very accessible. The staff was great. The rates were on the high side, but we acknowledge we did not use all the amenities available to us. The major reason we chose this KOA is the shuttle service running between it and Old Quebec City. If you plan to use this, you need to book it in person at the check in, and the shuttle leaves at 8:30 a.m., returning about 4:30 p.m.

Il a pleut presque tous les jours, déluge ! Sur 5 jours 1 jour et demi de beau temps.Je n'en veux pas à camping Koa, ce n'est pas de leur ressort les débordements de la météo. Je n'ai pas apprécié le trrain où nous étions, on nous avait donné un coin et la plupart passait sur notre terrain avec roulotte ou F.W. Mais pour la tranquilité des lieux...bravo!

The park was as expected - convenient close to town, great amenities for kids but our fire pit was full with 6inches of water. Not possible to make a fire, very disappointing on two cold nights.

The campsite was great and the kids loved it! We stayed in a little basic cabin. The park is awesome and we all really enjoyed the giant pillow. The pool is very fun for kids, with the two slides. The hot tub is delightful and surrounded by beautiful flowers. The free coffee is amazing and actually a decent americano! Wifi is weak, but not a huge deal. The road traffic is very loud at the entrance

Nice park. Nice staff. I was told I would get a one night refund for leaving early when I was called after a hard rain storm I never received. Seems a bit dishonest.

I feel that the overnight cost was quite high for somebody just wanting to be in for one night and not expecting to have a vacation there.

This KOA provided everything we expect: Clean bathrooms, helpful staff. The location is good and you can be to old Québéc in less than 30 minutes. The location is lacking character, but its proximity to amenities makes up for it.

I used this koa as a stop over on my way out to New Brunswick. I liked it so much that I booked a night on the return trip and I'm also thinking about stay here for a week sometime in the next year or so

The Quebec KOA Holiday was absolutely the best KOA we have been to. Very clean. Beautiful pool area. Large campsites. We definitely recommend it!

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
