Stayed here on our return trip. Park is excellent. Enjoyed using the hot tub after a days drive. Very relaxing. Park has good amenities and is close to Quebec City. Park store is well stocked and staff are very friendly. Great place to stay if visiting old Quebec City (hint drive to Levi and take the ferry over instead of driving into the city. Way easier to enjoy the day).

Other than the 30 hrs of rain it was awesome. Did what we could despite the rain. Clean, friendly and comfy.

The spot we had was very easy to enter and exit as we are 36 feet long plus towing a vehicle. As we were only staying one night, we didn’t even have to unhook the vehicle. The patio made the stay nicer as the grounds were wet from recent rains. Also, we really enjoyed the hot tub, the entire pool area is well done!

Beautiful campground with clean amenities. The garden and pool/ hot tub area were very relaxing. Staff is very friendly. I only gave 4 stars because the industrial area next door started with back up alarms at 6:15am! Next time I will ask for a site further away and also not near the street light (row L).

The staff were all so helpful, friendly, and competent. The campground facilities were spotless and well maintained. A first class facility.

All was good. Worth special mention was checkout. We had questions about the availability of sites. Melina took the necessary time to explain why, which was what we needed: to understand. Thank you, Merina. And then, to make our experience even better, Merina made me a double coffee to fill my coffee mug for the trip home. KOA Quebec will continue to be a favourite. Thank you, Merina.

This is another glorified RV parking lot. Sites are tiny. It's laughable when I look at the picture above on this survey, showing a spacious site with no other RVs in view, nice hardscape, a swing. HAH!!! The KOA we stayed at looks nothing like this! You don't have to be so greedy. Fill up the dog bags too, they were empty the whole five days.

We love the Quebec City KOA. It is so clean it blows my mind!!!! We stayed in the 'rustic cabin' for the 2nd time on way back from PEI and love having a clean, quiet place to rest after a long day of driving. We will definately be back!

We camped on a road trip, and it was conveniently located off the highway. Checkin was seamless, and the park was well laid out.

Le seul point négatif est le bruit de l'autoroute. J'avais demandé le site T13 car je savais que j'allais être à l'abri à cause la bute qui aurait pu atténuer un peu le bruit mais ce dernier était en réparation. Une cabine aurait peut être été mieux mais je n'avais pas le budget cette année pour mon séjour. J,ai bien aimé mon séjour à votre établissement.

Wonderful stay. Very helpful staff. Great facilities. Wished that pool was still open as September still has some good days, but totallty understand. Seems Labour Day is cutoff for everyone. We'll know for next year.

Great park and an easy drive into the city. We arrive on one of the hottest days of September. We booked KOA because of the great pool but we were told because there was no life guard the pool was closed but the hot tub was opened to use. Haven’t see a koa park that had a life guard at the pool. Anyways wished it was open

One of the nicest KOA's we've stayed. The staff was super friendly (spoke English) and very helpful. The park had lots to offer families with children. Everyone seemed to have a wonderful time. The dog park was the best ever!!! Thank you so much for dedicating such a lovely space for people and their dogs to enjoy. It made your trip so enjoyable having a place for our dogs. Would highly recommend this KOA. So close to Levis and and Old Quebec as well.

The stay had all the conveniences you needed. Pool and amenities are perfect and very clean. Unfortunately there was a incredibly strong smell of sewage for our stay. I did email the main office but apparently it was coming from a nearby factory and it happens a couple times a year It was very strong and nauseating. Very difficult to eat outside. It actually woke me up from sleep at 3am. Just be aware of this and perhaps don't travel there at this time.
