KOA Reservation/Cancellation Guidelines:

A deposit for your first night will be charged to your credit card when you make your reservation. You'll receive a confirmation email once you've completed your reservation.

Need to Cancel? Please call (800) 562-0805 before these deadlines to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. *All cancellations will incur a $10 cancellation fee:

Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancellations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.

• RV/Tent Sites: 48 hours required Notify your selected KOA by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
• Kamping Kabins: 7 days required Notify your selected KOA one week before your arrival scheduled arrival date.
• Specialty Lodging: These lodgings may have special deposit and cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA Kampground location when making your reservations.
• Holidays and Event Weekends: may have special deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Special conditions may apply during high-demand periods and special events. Please check with your selected KOA for details.

Campground Cancellation Policy: RESERVATION GUARANTEE POLICY: A credit card deposit equal to the total on charges for the nights stay will be required to guarantee a reservation The deposit will be charged at the time of reservation.

CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS FOR DEPOSIT REFUND:

If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel priorto these deposit refund cancellation deadlines: Sturgis Motorcycle Rally will be April 1st for Kabins and June 1st for sites. You will forfeit $220 of your deposit. After June 1st you will forfeit 100% no exceptions.Failureto notify us or just not show up, you WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL TOTAL OF YOUR RESERVATION
July 1 through 4th cancellation date will be June 1st. Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit. RV/Tent: 48 hours prior to arrival. Kabins: 7 days prior to your arrival by 4:00 p.m. During Special events cancellation policy will be noted at the time of reservation.
Cancellation charges:
A $10($10 canadian) cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations madeprior to deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit. Sturgis Rally is 100% of your deposit.

Pet Policy: Four-legged Campers Are Welcome!

Some visitors enjoy sharing the pleasures of camping with their dogs or cats. To ensure that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience, KOA has established some guidelines.

Before You Go:

• Call ahead. Check with the campground about its specific pet policies. Some don't allow pets in Kamping Kabins, for example, or may have limited pet units. Others don't accept particular breeds that insurance providers have identified as having a history of aggression.
• Bring your helper.Service dogs are welcomed at all KOA Kampgrounds. (Leash and aggressive behavior rules apply.)

When You Arrive:

• Good behavior is required. Dogs of any breed that are hostile or aggressive will be asked to leave the campground, along with their owners.
• Bring the leash. Dogs must be kept on leashes no longer than 6 feet when outside their owners' vehicles or rental units. Do not leave a tethered dog unattended.
• Remember manners. Constant barking bothers other campers. If your pet is too vocal, you'll need to find other accommodations.
