Port Huron KOA Receives President's Award

At the 2007 Annual KOA Convention, in Arizona, Port Huron KOA was honored with the President's Award.
This unique award was created for the KOA Kampgrounds that meet or exceed the Standards of the Quality Index Review.

Cancellation Charge Policy

Cancellation Charges: A $10 ($12 Canadian) cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to deadline. Cancellations after deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.

Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund

(If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must call and cancel prior to these deposit refund cancellation deadlines)

RV/Tent: 48 Hours -Please notify KOA by 4 p.m. two days prior to your scheduled arrival.

Kabin/Kottage/Lodge: 7 Days - Please notify KOA one week prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Reservations made after deadlines will require a non-refundable deposit.

Customer Appreciation Weekend

Each and every year, Port Huron KOA likes to give a little something back to our loyal customers. This year on September 12th-14th we will again celebrate our Customer Appreciation Weekend. As well as getting a "buy one get one free night" we will offer many discounts on our various activities and merchandise. All it takes to enjoy this weekend is to have stayed at Port Huron KOA for at least one night during the 2008 season. So hurry in and get your sites reserved today!!

Early season campground activities

A note to our early bird campers with children. Our campground opens nearly all of its activites on weekends begining May 11th and full time after June 14th. Most local schools release June 14th for summer vacation and we begin our full time daily activities all summer after that date, weather permitting.

So if your looking for all of our "FUN" things to be fully operational, come and see us after this date to guarantee fun for you and your family!!

FRIDAY NIGHT FUN NIGHTS!

Come and join us this summer and enjoy Sawmill City's Friday Night Fun Nights. For one low price all Children under 18 years of age can enjoy live music, contests, prizes and wristbands for all of our attractions from 6p.m. until 10 p.m. every Friday night from June 13th until August 29th. Also a great opportunity for Mom and Dad to get some time away and enjoy a Friday night again!

Notice to all of our Campers!!

Port Huron KOA is a family campground. And proud to keep the traditions of camping and good clean fun alive!

At Port Huron KOA we have introduced a family policy. This policy states: All persons in a party must be 21 years of age in order to register in our campground and/or must have a parent staying with the party the entire stay.

We appreciate your cooperation in the enforcement of this policy in our efforts to serve you better and create the ultimate camping experience.

Electric scooters & golf cart policies

Due to the high volume of traffic in our campground and our concern for safety we have elected to no longer allow personal golf carts or scooters to be brought into our campground. Thank you for caring as much as we do about our "little kampers"!

FREE WIFI

Port Huron KOA now offers free WIFI to all of our guests. Its another way for us to THANK all of our loyal guests!!

Firewood Policy!!

Port Huron KOA has a tremendous number of Ash trees in our campground. In an effort to preserve and protect them from the Emerald Ash Borer we can no longer permit any of our guests to bring their own firewood.Only the wood provided by Port Huron KOA(at a cost)can be burned in our park. The state of Michigan recomends no moving of firewood in the State and no outside wood brought into any campgrounds.
