It's more than just a business venture - it's a love of camping, enthusiasm for guests and a dedication to providing unmatched service. Bob & Helen Simpson of Louisville South KOA, have all of those qualities and more. Prior to joining KOA, they were both in customer service occupations; Bob being a service manager for an auto company, and Helen being in the real estate business. Because of these occupations, they understood the importance of having positive interaction with people, and their skills and abilities were well matched to the KOA philosophy. "We pride ourselves on making memories for our guests," Helen said. "We want them to have a GREAT experience and come back again with their friends and families." While providing great guest service remains their primary focus, Bob and Helen take pride in every aspect of the campground, from the ultra modern bathhouse to the brand new mini-golf with obstacles exclusive to Kentucky, such as a whiskey barrel, horse barn, and Conestoga wagon. "Both Bob and I are excited about the new features we have added this year," said Helen. "And we look forward to adding more improvements in the years ahead. In their off hours, Bob and Helen can be found walking with their English Springer, Bailey, and enjoying a campfire with friends.
