Oh, Savannah! Who hasn’t heard about this gracious Southern belle of a city, filled with history and made even more famous by novelists? Set up camp here, then set out to explore Savannah’s charming historic district. Ride in a horse-drawn carriage or pick up a walking tour brochure so you can marvel at the more than 1,400 restored buildings. Tybee, Jekyll and Hilton Head islands are all nearby with gorgeous sands, championship golf, deep-sea fishing and other opportunities for fun.
Then come back to the Southern charm of the Savannah South KOA. With its handy pull thrus, a coin-operated RV wash and plenty of recreation, you’ll be as content as the wide variety of waterfowl that flocks to the 35-acre fishing pond. Rent a boat here and join them for a relaxing float.
At the end of the day spend the night in one of our many spacious spaces, kabins (please, no pets in the kabins) or lodges. Our lodges are one bedroom and sleep up to four people. Lodges include, living and dining area with cable TV, kitchen with limited utensils, full bath and separate bedroom which are located on both the lake and lake views (a minimum 2 night stay is required, no pets allowed).
Come enjoy everything that Savannah has to offer!
