Although this was not our first time to stay at a KOA, this was our first time at the Williams, Arizona location. My husband, dog, and I came in on a Friday afternoon and stayed until Sunday. We had a great time! Our cabin and the bathrooms were very clean. Upon check-in, the staff was very friendly and escorted us to our cabin. The food at the Cate was delicious and the staff was super friendly.

very nice campground . staff was helpful and acomidating . A bit noisy from Highway , but location was great . Will definitely return to camp but will request different camp site because Our site was not very level ..

We enjoyed our stay, loved the many trees and also that the sites were not crowded together. Employees were always helpful!

Easy access from Hwy. Friendly staff. Outdoor eating at their cafe was a great relief when not in the mood for cooking. Loved that they have clean outdoor fire pits. Overall cleanliness of this place was excellent. Appreciated that they have plenty of washers and dryers. Great base camp for area sightseeing. Veteran friendly!

The cabin was warm & cozy. The people working there from the office to the cafe were very lovely and friendly. We will definitely return in the summer months to get out of the heat.

One of the nicer koa’s we have stayed at. Everything was wonderful. Wish the pool was warmer so it would be more usable.

Love this location! VERY friendly and there to help with anything you need. The store has everything you need, the little restaurant has delicious easy and quick hot & cold foods, the dog parks are clean and large, and the cabins are nice and cozy. Oh and the shower/bathroom trailer was immaculate! Jenny checked us in and was lovely.

We really loved the Williams KOA Park. It was beautiful. Staff was awesome and very friendly. All the amenities are great for family fun. We were surprised by the snow as we are not used to it. It was COLD! So many things to do in the area. If we ever drive through again we will definitely stay here. THANKS

Very nice campground. The laundry was very expensive but it was very clean and had gorgeous pine trees. The wifi was perfect! Best we’ve had out of all the KOAs in which we’ve stayed. It was a very expensive campground and the highest priced out of all that we stayed at on our vacation.

With so many spots open I wish I had been given a longer space and more level. We were there for a really short overnight stay and we barely fit while not unhooked truck and had to do a lot of leveling. Staff was great, laundry was great. Thanks

Denise, Christopher were very helpful and hospitable. The site tha t I was in was a little muddy due to the recent rain. i asked if some more gravel could be added to improve the situation. They promptly took care of the problem. Nice store and food restaurant. Would stay again.

We had a group stay, and it was amazing time. All staff was very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to see if we needed anything. The campground restrooms are clean. We loved the hike behind the campgrounds, the kids bouncer, and we didn’t they to rent bikes or use the heated indoor pool but will next time. Cafe has delicious food, laundromat is convenient. Absolutely loved my stay

Our site was very clean. We had a great wood deck with a patio table, umbrella, firepit and grill. We would stay here again.

Jenny was very helpful in locating a very nice spot for us to spend 2 nights at. The walking in the forest was absolutely peaceful and our dogs loved the free running. I took a picture of the benches by the movie theatre and shared it with our Family Chat group and asked who knows where this is? Our daughter said Circle Pines. I have had my children and grandchildren sit on those benches!

The spot we had (78) was little disappointing as we had a difficult time leveling our RV. This spot needs drastic improvements such as leveling, and a better angle to afford more space. We do love this KOA and have had much better sites on past visits.

Camp sites are a little tight but we have a very nice stay, was very clean and the host were awesome, we hope to be back soon!

All was great except leveling our motorhome. Sites should be graded and leveled better. Swimming pool area was not very inviting. Need to add some color on walls or something. Other than that staff was great.

Great stop to stage for Grand Canyon South Rim viewing. Close to Route 66 spots. Enjoyed the location.

Beautiful campground. Road and train noise could be an issue for people. Love the pine trees. If you go for the go karts make sure to find out when they start up for the season. Staff was friendly and professional.

Staff Very nice. Didn't really use facilities. Big rig 43ft... First spot they put us was short, tree in bad spot, uneven so couldn't get level. Not many people there... So we asked to move.... Told them to upgrade us if necessary we were fine to pay extra. She never said if that's what she did... But sent us to a spot further down that was longer and easier to get level. Was a little bit of breath holding getting out... So it is not really, in my opinion, easy in easy out for big rigs. But we managed it. Thanks for giving us a bigger spot though.. appreciate how quickly you found another. However you might check out the specs I fill out before coming in. You may have sent us to the second spot in the first place. These were drive throughs btw. But you all were great. Also both places there that we were in were very muddy which wasn't helping in all the trying to get level. But it can be part of camping. They had a water leak and had to turn off the water. Before they did they warned everyone via text and then kept us informed of progress. Appreciate that too!! So many times campgrounds have just suddenly turned the water off without saying a word. Anyway, a nice enough place. The staff is what makes it!

Great place, clean and well maintained, lots of amenities like pool and activities for kids. Prices are very good, ask for a discounts for your RV rental company

Right off the Hwy super convenient. We arrived after hours and an escort still took us to our site. Sites are huge we travel in a 45' coach and tow an H2. Love the pull through sites that you don't have to unhook for one night!
