We love it here, although we did have an incident on day 1 of this visit (5/17/24). My daughter was jumping on the pillow, fell & another child came up & landed on her arm, breaking her elbow so we got to spend the evening, into the early morning going from urgent cares, then to Flag to the ER. I would maybe recommend some presence of staff at that area of the park, as they tend to get crowded.

Employees are super friendly and helpful, spots are clean and well kept, the kiddo had a blast with all the activities. The only gripe is the traffic noise from the I-40 and the trains. They could use some trees and bushes between the freeway and the campground to help block the noise. Otherwise a great place to stay with your kiddos.

Beautiful stay. The only part that would have made our stay better is the dog areas. They were both pretty gross. They had lots of foxtails also. We couldn't bring the pups in there to play. If you have a nice place to play for human kids, you really should have a nice place to play for canine kids too! Other than that, the stay was great. The bathrooms were clean, too!

Extremely kid friendly RV resort. Kids had a blast with all the activities there were for them to do and all the other kids they got to meet and play with. It is right off the highway which makes it close and convenient, but also creates a little extra noise. Noise wasn't an issue for us, but I could see some people be bothered by it. If so, get a camp spot on the far side of the resort.

I have had great experience with this KOA facility. But that’s all been with RV sites with full hookups. This is the first time we rent a cabin and unfortunately the experience was not so great. Specially considering how much the over night cost was. We will definitely be back because we love the circle pines facility, we will just steer clear of the cabins and stick with RV sites.

It is a good location to see many sites of Arizona. You have good activities and amenities to make our vacation more enjoyable.

I built a nice wood pile to start a fire and make s'mores. I failed to bring matches or a lighter. The camp store was already closed. A KOA employee gave me a lighter from his personal effects. He saved the day!!

Rented a “deluxe “ cabin - told of kitchen and bathroom. The room was clean decent bathroom. The bed was a really rough sleeper with decent linens . Us and the cabin next door were expecting a minimum of kitchen supplies but what we got was a poor microwave, refrigerator and outdoor grill with no utensils. For the price I would go to a different hotel . I usually love a koa and this one is

Just absolutely a beautiful location between the pines and overlooking several Volcano/ Mtn ranges. The site itself was very cool and gave that rustic cabin feel. The staff were always super friendly and helpful. It was worth the experience and we’ll be back!

Friendly staff. Nice to have restaurant available. Have stayed here 2 times first time I didn’t bring blocks for my jacks, my bad. Jacks sunk in soft ground campground provided blocking, nice. This time brought blocks but not enough to level��.

This was just a stop on the way to back east...but we have been here 4 times before and always love it. One of our absolute favorite RV parks across the states.

Well the staff was wonderful but some of the other RV’s had too much stuff all over! Many of them were not too friendly! We are a gay couple and felt there were lots of TRUMPERS not friendly! Very clean tho! No fault of the park !

Nice rustic feeling campground filled with tall pines. Lots of activities available for kids and 3 separate large dog parks. Smiling friendly staff. Had an incredibly delicious breakfast and dinner at the Bear Trax Cafe at the park. Of course, visiting the Canyon, Bearizona, and the awesome town of Williams is the main attraction. All in all, a great place to spend a week.

The staff is great, got us checked in and escorted to our site quickly. Very clean with lots of stuff to do in the park, Williams is great all around a good experience. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the RV dump station. The placement is a problem as the trailer is pointing down hill, the garden hose does not have a male threaded end for flushing and the water pressure is very low.

First time staying at a KOA. We loved the scenery from the Circle Lines Koa of the forest. We stayed in a six person cabin (basic) and it was really nice. The staff was super friendly and helpful! The other campers were all very friendly! We were able to leave straight from the campground to explore off road trails and national sites. We'll be staying again!
