Great location. A resort type KOA. Friendly helpful staff. Facilities are clean. Have stayed here multiple times when passing thru and for visiting the Tucson area. Will stay again.

This is a *huge* park with lots of fun amenties... a great set of pickleball courts, two pools, a workout room (with rowing machines), and a friendly staff. Not a huge complaint, but it's near some air fields, so was a bit loud at times. Otherwise, we highly recommend it.

The campground is very clean, and we loved the daily curbside trash pickup offered at the resort. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The best KOA I have stayed in so far

Too expensive. We have been members for years, but will be letting our membership drop as the sites are not worth the price we pay.

Helpful staff. We enjoyed the peace and quiet we were seeking. Bathrooms and laundry room cleaner and better maintained than last year, but appear woefully outdated.

I’ve stayed here many times. There seems to be a lack of resources being applied. At various time up to 50% of washers and dryers were out of service - this as the rates went up! Showers were poorly maintained. Grounds are showing wear. Sites were in dire need of gravel and leveling out. Two nice pools, but no adult only designation for a pool or for certain times. You can do way better!

The park appears at a glance to be declining over the past several years. There are weeds growing in the gravel around and within site, dogs are in the pool area (who monitors this?), there are less adult activities. More recycle bins are needed, very few and never any available for use. If you bring your own, which we did, it was thrown out!! No offer to replace it. Park mgmt needs to be involved

We enjoyed our stay from March 2nd - 26th. Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Being able to pick lemons and grapefruits from the many trees on the property was a real treat. We plan to return next year for a longer stay.

Need to control vehicle speed, especially in the area in front of restaurant/ pool/wash house. 9 3/4 my foot! Need to control bikes/scooters on the walkways & sidewalks around the buildings. Darn near hit by a kid who rode his scooter INTO the bathroom. NO WHEELEÐ VEHICLES ON THE SIDEWALKS!

Staff super friendly and efficient, great sites east to get into in my 40 ft motorhome, plenty of room for Towed car.

Bathroom and showers were clean, great and plentiful. Pool and hot tub excellent. Sunday breakfast was welcome and tasted. Our site was quiet. The Wi-fi was the only downside, never able to get on. This is often the weakness in many KOAs that we have stayed in; if you advertise Wi-fi, it should be useable, perform and easy to sign on. The Tucson location has excellent cell service.

We stayed for business and enjoyed the peace in the evening for unwinding.

This location is huge & relatively quite. I was impressed with the amount of activities. I liked that many of the sites had shade, were flat making parking easy & dog friendly. Having a restaurant on site was also a nice benefit. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. Furniture throughout the property seemed to be in good condition. Bathrooms need total remodel, dated and often not clean.

Mostly great stay. Sites are nice and well maintained. Pools, golf and pickleball courts are great for our family. We’ve been coming for 4 years now and some things were different this year- Kids activities were ok. My kids missed the Bingo and craft activities everyday. The pick up mystery craft was not stellar. More than 1 employee yelled and were rude to my children when it was undeserved.

Hi, Our family of 6 stayed at Lazydays for two nights it was a good stay. The amenites they had are fun and the place is kept up. For the most part the staff was welcoming and friendly. The kids activites could be better and it would help if they had enough staff to help with the kids. Bingo was 18+, so that was a dissapointment. It would be nice if they could do a family bingo.

You are our go to spot in Tucson. Small problem this time with an error in check in, the spot we were assigned already being occupied by someone else….but it all worked out & the employee was very nice about her error. Thank you.

Nice park but difficult to get a site with internet access.

We have stayed at this KOA for several weeks over the last few years. We did not enjoy this year as we have in the past. The upkeep has laxed from the past. The majority of the sites had weed growth and not just a few weeds. The attitude of some workers seemed that they were not happy to be there. Also a $500 deposit vs $100 for 4 weeks res and require a 30 day cancel limit is ridiculous.

We just wrapped up our stay at the Tucson Lazydays KOA Resort, and let me tell you, it was a total game-changer for RV camping. Forget the dusty campgrounds of my past - this place was a resort oasis! We opted for a shaded pull-through RV site. Huge solar panel roof is provided perfect shade. We've been little bit dissappointed by the on-site restaurant, BBQ Rush. The food is delicious food, but three counted brisket slices and three counted ribs for almost $30 looks to me little bit out of range. The dog park is awesome, huge, shaded, perfect for any pet. Connectivity is not the best I've seen. The campground WiFi wasn't the most reliable and, due the site we choose, the solar panel roof above is an issue for Starlink as well. Also my T-Mobile 5G back-up connectivity was not performing very well. Overall, the Tucson Lazydays KOA Resort gets two thumbs up from us! It's perfect for campers who crave a resort-style experience with all the trimmings.

Been coming here for a couple years and in most areas they shine. Some of these activities might be seasonal, we were there Feb-Mar 2024, so keep that in mind. Spacious sites and most are level, cable tv available but pretty basic(no Golf or Hallmark/GAC channels), fruit trees(orange, lemon, grapefruit) that you can pick from, two pools with hot tubs, a restaurant on-site with generally decent food, two laundry rooms(which sometimes get crowded and there are usually machines down for maintenance), a fitness center with treadmills/bikes/rowing machines & dumbbell weights(thanks go to the slimeball who stole 1-30lb dumbbell around the middle of Feb-it made me up my weight), basic pickleball court, and two sets of bathrooms with showers. Park is kept really clean by the crew patrolling in golf carts continually during the day. Sunday pancakes w/ sausage for $ was good, but even better when they switched back to blueberries versus chocolate chips. The staff handling that were great & fun! Donuts/snacks on Thursday's were also fun. They charged a $1 for a donut this year but no big deal as far as I was concerned. Previous yrs saw the young, & yes some old, take advantage of the free ones. There were also plenty of crafty things going on, along with Trivia every so often in the restaurant. Couple downers this year and one was Bingo. Previous years they had cash payout for winning, this year it was a ‘Mystery Prize' that you got when spinning the wheel. Half hour bike rental, 6 wings, etc. We attended one time to see what it was, and never went back. Used to fill two rooms, with maybe 8-10 tables, approx. 8 people at each table. The time we went there was one room, couple tables, not filled. Used to be a fun social get-together. Heard the money all went to their Kare Camp fund, which is a great cause. But from what I understand, the fund got half of the proceeds from previous years. With attendance down, I wonder if they made more or less this year. Another downer was realizing that deposits & site picks for next year had increased 5 times from the previous year! That's a lot of MY money for KOA to be sitting on for a year. Also, water was shutoff three different times for maintenance. They did warn everyone days in advance, so use of your fresh water tank was imperative. Felt sorry for the tent campers though. Water out meant bathrooms closed too. They were fixing leaks. Gates are closed & guarded at night. There is some noise. Two busy streets, one International Airport, one Air Force Base, and train tracks, can disturb the light sleeper. Propane refill is offered. Last I heard, motorhomes go to them, they do not come to your site. Plenty of dog areas are offered all over the park. Heard some yippers on/off. Plan on going back again but hope some things change back the way they were. Seemed to be a lot less comradery this year.
