Love the staff attention to checking in, helping with the usually curse inducing back in! The grounds are immaculate. Only downside or I was hallucinating… were the dumpsters emptied around 5 on Saturday morning? Surely not…. We’ll be back.

We had a great first trip in our new camper here this weekend! Staff was so helpful and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Quiet during the day and especially quiet at night. The only concern I left with was some of the rotten wood on the playground. Several pieces need to be replaced ASAP for safety.

Stayed 6 nights in a back in FHU preferred site. Very nice campground that is well maintained with all utilities good and sites that are clean. The place to stay on the quiet side of the Smokies in Townsend right on the river.

The addition of 84A made it very crowded. The camper next to us had their slide out and it extended into our space. Nothing they could do and they were very apologetic. That space should be limited to smaller campers. JMO

Very nice KOA, really enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and appreciate the large, clean restroom/shower/laundry area. However, with the price of the RV sites they need to improve their WiFi and if you're an AT&T customer the connection, if at all, is spotty at best.

When my husband checked in they did not make it clear where overflow parking was so he parked overnight up at the little store which was not open by the way. The next morning they charged my account $20 +tax and then sent me a text. He moved it as soon as we received the text but they refused to refund me the charge when I explained what happened.

All of the help was great! Our site, number 100, was fantastic facing the river. We were allowed to pull in straight, which helped us a lot! Chadster was a big help. We rented the E bikes, and they were great! We absolutely loved our stay

Rules had changed about vehicles and guests, not happy about that and basketball backboard was gone. Plenty of room for 2 vehicles at sites. Basketball backboard is relatively cheap and this was always a big plus as an activity for my family. Staff was friendly.

We were at this campground two years ago, and knew that the bar was set very high to have an experience as wonderful as we did then. Other than not seeing any bears in the campground �, everything was wonderful! Everyone is very friendly, and the grounds are maintained very well.

The grounds, campsites, pool and showers were all very clean and well maintained. All of the staff were very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay at this location and looking forward to our next visit.

We booked a last minute trip and snagged a lovely river side spot. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the campground and pool were well maintained and beautifully landscaped. I would recommend to anyone who wants a quiet spot, super close to the park and Cades Cove.

The campground is super close to the entrance to the Smoky mountains. Everything was clean, laundry and showers were great! Everyone there was incredibly helpful, especially the 2 men that were incredibly patient with me as they directed me while I was backing in. They were extremely patient and supportive, and their directions were perfect.

My cabin needed to have the floor mopped. Also, the toilet in the cabins are very low to the ground. It would be nice if they were replaced by higher toilets. The campground and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Great site. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Delivered wood to my site and offered to deliver ice, etc. if needed. They even sent help for a TV/Cable issue I was having and found it was the TV. This is the best customer service I have experienced at any campground, including other KOA's. Thank you for a pleasant and enjoyable weekend!

We had a wonderful time! The kids loved the playground, the river, the inflatables, and the pool! We loved building a fire. The site was really clean and everyone was very helpful!

Had a good time. I spent a few hours trying to figure out why several things in RV would not work. I plugged into the 30 Amp service and they worked. One phase of the 50 Amp servce was out. The 50 Amp breaker was replaced the next day and everything worked.

I would have given this campground 5 stars except that we had a rocky start with the owner. We were lost and our Google Maps app did not recognize their location, when we called for specific directions, the owner was very short and condescending with me until another employee took the phone and gave us directions. Otherwise, this is one of the nicest KOA's we've ever been to. VERY well-cared for!

VERY clean and well kept KOA close to the Great Smoky Ntl Park/Cades Cove. It is relatively near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge for touristy activities. Most sites are roomy but there are several that are not, the description (when choosing sites on line) needs to be more detailed. They're extremely strict about only 1 vehicle per site, even for temporary visitors. Fantastic Sun AM church service!

The place was beautiful but the lady checking is in and this man checking us in were the rudest people. The man especially. We had an ant issue and I asked for some ant spray and his answer was “You know you are in the woods camping what do you expect “. He said this not once but twice and not nicely. I think we will stay at the campground next door!

Cades cove is a great place to go and enjoy nature at its best, pigeon forge has a lot of wonderful stores and amusement parks along the strip

This is a "Holiday" KOA so it has amenities for campers who stay away and look for entertainment. It is just outside and entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The "Little River" flows by the edge of the campground then into the National Park. some sites back up to the river. There are many trees in the campground. The bathroom and other building facilities are dated in design but clean, neat and spotless in appearance. I feel the whole campground is well maintained. I have a high-end site, $100/night but I like the space. All sites are gravel. Mine was in excellent condition. Very quiet at night. No AT&T cell service but the campground WiFi worked very well all the time.
