It was a great stay, except for the heater was too small for the cabin and we got very cold.

It was good but it would be nice if you had some handicap parking by the dog park since we got told we couldn’t park by it, even though we have a veteran disability tag and was not blocking anyone.

Many improvements have been made to the campground since out last stay. Staff in the office were great. Mary you are a great staff member to have on their team. Bathrooms were clear and updated. Your INTERNET has got to go, Tango Internet has been the worst Internet provider I have come across, Many visitors complained.

We stayed on a cabin (Unexpectedly) after our camper broke down. Mary, who helped me rebook in the office was fabulous in assisting me. The cabin was very clean and great for our 3 night stay.

We had such a fabulous time at this KOA. The staff were so nice and greeted us immediately. The KOA itself was clean, tidy and spacious. The site was easy to navigate and less than 3 miles from the park. The river behind the KOA was serene. The RV spaces were the best we had seen. 1 thing we wish was better was the puppy pen. It was almost all mud. We wish it was turf or mulch. Such a great site!!

Beautiful, well-kept grounds. Private feeling with all the landscaping. The free backup Jeff marriage saving service is wonderful!� Staff are very friendly and helpful. Campsite 85 is narrow. Exit is also very narrow.

We had one of the best sites in the place and spent 3 days just sitting by the fire listening to the river. Sites are a little tight but the hosts were great and we will return. Townsend is a great place to get away but is close enough to all the touristy things, good food and the great outdoors.

Beautiful park on the Little River. This was our first visit and loved it so much that we booked 2 additional stays The staff is amazing, especially Jeff and Steve. They always helped and the entire staff was accessible.

Beautiful Campground, well maintained sites and bathhouse. Friendly staff this was our 3rd year here and already made reservations for next year.

Nice little cabin, loved the loft. Great deck with view/noise from the river. Both pocket doors to the bathroom did not operate and the one door was so out of level, there was a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the door even when the top was closed and hitting the door jamb.

It is a wonderful and gorgeous site! We loved our clean and convenient stay. One minor problem, the bathroom ran out of toilet paper late evening and still out in the morning. I would definitely return!

Very accommodating, we were allowed to check in a bit earlier, which we appreciated! It's just so nice to get away for a while in a clean and friendly campground.

our stay was wonderful. the cabin we stayed in was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Mary at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. they had a little bit of construction going on but I honestly never even noticed it. we loved hearing the river at night the property was so peaceful and clean. cant wait to come back !

We’ve stayed at many KOA RV sites and cabins but this riverfront cabin is probably our all-time favorite. We hope to come back for a longer stay.

This campground is a true gem in the Smokies. The staff and management are wonderful. Such a beautiful, peaceful location. Highly recommend.

Cades cove is a great place to go and enjoy nature at its best, pigeon forge has a lot of wonderful stores and amusement parks along the strip

This is a "Holiday" KOA so it has amenities for campers who stay away and look for entertainment. It is just outside and entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The "Little River" flows by the edge of the campground then into the National Park. some sites back up to the river. There are many trees in the campground. The bathroom and other building facilities are dated in design but clean, neat and spotless in appearance. I feel the whole campground is well maintained. I have a high-end site, $100/night but I like the space. All sites are gravel. Mine was in excellent condition. Very quiet at night. No AT&T cell service but the campground WiFi worked very well all the time.
