It was great. The camping supplies in the store were a little too pricey though. All in all it was very nice, well maintained and very friendly folks that work it. Mary at the front desk is an absolute doll. We already have it booked again for next year!

Third time staying here. The campground is nice, staff are friendly, showerhouse and restrooms are clean, and it's on the edge of the Smokies. Couldn't ask for much more.

Very good please give senior citizen discount. It is getting so expensive not sure how much longer we can do this we’ve been coming to you guys twice a year for about the last 8 to 10 years.this is by far the best KOA that I have visited

Campground was very well maintained and clean. Sites were very nice. Loved the patio and fire pit. Sites are fairly close together but you still feel like your patio is somewhat private.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming when we checked in. Our site was just beautiful. It backed up to the river with a nice fire ring and patio furniture. We spent 5 nights and took many walks through the campground. There wasn’t one site that wasn’t beautiful landscaped! Our dog enjoyed the dog park, and especially loved the water available!

We stayed at one of the sites bordering the river/creek running through the camp. I believe it is one of the best camp sites in the country. Beautiful area and with great access to GSM National Park and Cades Cove, where we were again treated to the site of black bears.

The campground bath house is really nice. We used the campground bath house because they were so clean. Overall, this is a great campground. Great location if you want to hike in Cades Cove.

Love it here. Only disappointment was all the carpenter bees on playground. Hang some of those bee traps. We use them on our deck. See you again soon.

Very clean, well managed operation! Seamless check in and out. The gentlemen riding around in the golf cart were particularly kind, helpful and efficient! Please give them a special thank you. We’ve already booked a return trip for this Autumn! Thank you for a great time!

Excellent location for visiting the GSMNP. Great sites and friendly attentive staff. This was my second stay this Spring and I’ll definitely be staying again soon.

This was our second time there and the new dog pen site is such a great idea. We travel with newfoundlands and having a place for them to chill is so great for us and them. Cant wait to return Also everyone I encountered was so polite and friendly

We absolutely loved everything about your campground. Beautiful scenery, great location, clean facilities, friendly & helpful staff. Camp store has a great selection and the dog park was perfect for our fur baby to play without a leash. We look forward to our next visit!

We have always loved this KOA. However one of the staff was rude. There were three couples two in sites 61 and 84 and cabin DC2. Saturday night we all met at Site 61 for dinner. I am handicapped as is the other lady in the cabin. Our husbands drove us to the site and parked where the basketball goal used to be. The only signage was about “Quiet Time”. A staff member yelled at us No Par

Clean and well maintained campground and facilities. We’ve been visiting this KOA since 2011 and will continue. It’s a quiet peaceful place that allows us to enjoy the outdoors.

Cades cove is a great place to go and enjoy nature at its best, pigeon forge has a lot of wonderful stores and amusement parks along the strip

This is a "Holiday" KOA so it has amenities for campers who stay away and look for entertainment. It is just outside and entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The "Little River" flows by the edge of the campground then into the National Park. some sites back up to the river. There are many trees in the campground. The bathroom and other building facilities are dated in design but clean, neat and spotless in appearance. I feel the whole campground is well maintained. I have a high-end site, $100/night but I like the space. All sites are gravel. Mine was in excellent condition. Very quiet at night. No AT&T cell service but the campground WiFi worked very well all the time.
