Very noisy with the highway and the train, but as a Journey it is good for overnights. Maintenance needs a lot of work, trash not picked up our entire stay, constant dog barking, long term residents not doing them any good as most are trashed sites. Staff is amazing! Only reason we stayed for our entire 5 night stay, Jaime and team are excellant!! But new owners need to upgrade a lot in park.

While we only stayed one night, we were super pleased with our stay. The mattress on the main bed was roughly 1,000x comfier than most you find at pricey hotels. That was our favorite part of the whole thing right there. The cabin was clean and we were surprised to find sheets and pillows, you usually don't find that at the other cabins we've stayed at. Overall a great place, thanks!

Clean, well cared for, pretty location. Traffic noise a little loud but didn’t really cause us any issues for our overnight stop.

Jennifer was exceptionally helpful…even though she was new! She went above and beyond to ensure our reservation request was met. Nice little park. However, the cable on our site was not functional…the fitting was missing. So we moved to the next site… it the cable didn’t work at all. Wifi was ok but not strong enough to stream. Other than that it was an ok overnight stay.

Just one overnight while traveling. Clean site and no issues checking in after hours. Bath House very clean and owner was very nice to talk with on the phone while making our reservation. We will stop here again when we travel to Texas next time!!

We stayed one night on our way from San Antonio TX to Fort Wayne IN. Restrooms were clean but toilet handles in ladies room need replaced or repaired. We still recommend this location

Not impressed at all. We could have stayed at a local RV park for 1/2 the price and would have been just the same experience. Bathrooms , laundry room were both just acceptable. No store and we needed a few items. We would only return if there was nothing else available.

This was the perfect place to stop for one night on our way home. It was right off the interstate, so access was easy, but there was quite a bit of road noise. Campsites were decently sized, and the facilities were fine.

We have stayed at this same KOA in Texarkana, 3 different times. It is a good mid point between home, and where our son and his family live in Texas. This KOA is very well kept. the people are friendly and helpful. It is right off of I-30 - easy to find. You will enjoy your stay here.,

Great staff. Crystal was friendly and helpful. Calab went out of his way to answer questions and help with my trash with all the wind. Need handicap parking at laundry and office.

Staff very friendly. Opened the RV art store so we could buy some items. Was told they have expansion plans. Restrooms clean but low water pressure. Laundry room clean with multiple washers and dryers. Noisy but convenient being right off the expressway.

The street and camp sights lighting was-inadequate. I was told to enter from a certain direction whitch was correct , but I couldn’t hookup to electric only if I parked in the street.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

This site is 88 ft long, works really well for big motor homes towing, but sometimes doesn't work for fifth wheels with short electric cords that attach to the rear of the fifth wheel because pedestal is in the 1st third of site. We should have had a conversation and assigned a site that worked.

We stayed in nc14 for one night. It was a pull through with plenty of room for our motorhome and car.

Was very neat clean and convenient. Only problem was the directions in our book coming from the north didn’t say you had to go thru first stop lite so we turned on State Line Road had to stop and turn around. Even our GPS had us turn right. ���‍���

the KOA directory driving directions are " From Little Rock: I-30 Exit 223, drive west through stoplight, turn right into KOA entrance. Perhaps another directory doesn't contain this text.

I went for the solar eclipse. The park has paved roads, level spots. I liked the trees, and felt like I was in a forest. I used the bathroom and the showers. Good water pressure and clean. I checked out the art gallery and bought a few things. Pool was closed because it's a little colder outside, but they are going to open it up may 1st they said. I liked this park. Managers were nice. They had three people there for the event.

Not only was the mattress in the cabin about 1,000x better than any of those slabs of solid rock they try to pass off as a damn mattress at most hotels, it came with sheets and pillows too! Our cabin was clean, the ladies at the front desk were nice, it was overall a great place to stay. The only downside is the location, it's right next to a feeder road so you get some road noise. It would be a bigger deal for tent campers, but trailers and those like us with cabins have a bit of insulation so it wasn't terrible.
