General Campground Information

Firewood Policy

Guests may use campground provided fire pits at deluxe pull thru sites and tent sites. Guests may also use their own fire pits upon approval by campground staff. Building a fire on bare ground is strictly prohibited. If the City of Texarkana is under a drought proclamation, campfires are prohibited during the drought period. Texarkana KOA sells firewood to Guests.

Visitor Policy

Registered Guests of Texarkana KOA may invite friends and family to visit them at their site. Visitors must park their vehicles at designated visitor parking in front of the bath house. Visitor are expected to observe all rules and regulations guidelines provided to Guests in the Texarkana KOA Site Map.

Jerry Bergman

Our customer service philosophy is to keep the campground easy, up-to-date and fun!


Jerry Bergman has been the manager of the Texarkana KOA Kampground since the facility joined the KOA system in 2000.

"We saw the chance to convert our campground to the KOA system in 2000 as a great opportunity," said Jerry. "Winter Texans and summer vacationers looking for an overnight stay will love our easy access location and our full service as well as unique amenities."

Jerry's customer service philosophy is to keep his campground up to date, unique and fun!
