Streetsboro / Cleveland SE KOA Holiday General Information

Set at the front of your site between the hours of 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. If you have to dispose of anything after this time, dumpsters are located in the middle of the park. Please do not leave any trash out overnight because we do have animals that will get into it and make a big mess.

To guarantee your campsite, a deposit will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation, please call before the deadlines listed below to receive your deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancelations are not acceptable.
RV & Tent Sites: 48 hours cancelation notice is required. Please notify us by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival date.
Camping and Deluxe Cabins: 7 days cancelation notice required.  Please notify us one week before your scheduled arrival date.
Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancelations made after deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
Holidays and Special Events:  The first night of a holiday reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE and a 14-day notice must be given to receive any type of refund.  Within 14 days of the holiday or special event reservation, no refund will be issued.  

If you have a reservation but arrive after the office is closed, there will be an A-frame sign out in front of the General Store and there will be an envelope with the last name on the reservation attached to that sign.  Inside that envelope will be a map with a route to get to your camp site, and your code to enter through the gate.  If you are staying more than one night, you will need to come by the office in the morning to finish checking-in for your site.  
If you do not have a reservation but are looking for a site to stay for the night, we have Night Registration envelopes on the back of the A-frame sign for available RV and tent sites.  We do not always have extra RV sites available without a reservation.  If there is a site you would like to stay in for the evening, please fill out the Night Registration envelope and put the completed envelope through the mail slot by the front door.  Inside that envelope will be a map and route to get to that available site for the night.  These are only guaranteed available for that one night.
Please do not pick an empty site to stay in without a map stating that site is available, as there may be someone coming in later with a reservation for that site.

Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12. All additional visitors are an extra $10 per person per day. We do require all visitors to the campground to check in at the front office before proceeding to your campsite. All cars must be parked on the gravel and not on grass. All additional cars shall be parked in the parking lot. Campers & their guests have full access to all the campground amenities. 

Day passes for fishing are $10 per person per day.
We do not permit day passes for public use of the pool.

Check-In is any time after 2pm 
Check-Out:

Cabins/Deluxe Cabins: 11am
$5 per hour for early check-in before 2pm, if the campsite is available 

Our campground maintains quiet hours between 10pm and 7am. This includes barking dogs, loud voices and music. Please keep your music volume so it cannot be heard outside your site.

Our Wi-Fi is 100% FREE and is accessible around the entire park.

We do not allow outside firewood. You are able to purchase firewood at our Kamp Store from 9am - 8pm (we deliver!!).

Monday - Saturday: 10am - 8pm & Sunday: 10am - 5pm (Store Hours)

Our pool is open from 5/13/23 to 9/11/23.
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult when in the pool area.
Please do not bring your pets, food or drinks into the pool enclosure. There is no smoking in the pool area.
There is no lifeguard at our pool. You are responsible for your children at all times.
Diving is prohibited.
All children in diapers must wear plastic pants with snug-fitting elastic waist and leg bands.  Swim Diapers are available for purchase in the Kamp Store.

We do not allow outside visitors for pool access.

We do not allow personal golf carts to operate on our campground.
