Welcome to this campground located on historic Route 66. It is conveniently located for the many attractions in St. Louis. You're just 30 minutes from the Gateway Arch, the Old Courthouse, Old Cathedral and riverboat rides on the Mississippi River. The St. Louis Zoo, Missouri Botanical Garden, City Museum, Magic House, Anheuser-Busch Brewery, Meramec Caverns and Grants Farm, home of the Clydesdale horses, are nearby. Six Flags St. Louis amusement park is 1 mile away. There is a pavilion available for large groups. For railroad buffs, a red caboose with a whirlpool tub is available for sleeping accommodations.

Magic House
The Magic House is a children's museum for kids of all ages. It's a great place to test your minds and bodies. The Magic House is a children's museum but the adults will also enjoy everything offered here. There are many hands on experiments that kids of all ages will enjoy. The Magic House was named "The Top Children's Museum in the Nation" by Family Fun Magazine. The Magic House, St. Louis Children's Museum is located one mile north of I-44 at 516 South Kirkwood Road.

Turtle Playground
The Turtle Playground delights adults and children alike with three giant and four smaller turtles designed and sculpted by St. Louis artist Robert Cassily, who is the owner of the City Museum. The turtles, which visitors can climb, include a snapping turtle, a soft-shelled turtle, a red-eared slider, a Mississippi map, three box turtles and a stinkpot. Christ Church Cathedral
