The cabin was okay but I didn't like the big gaps on the bottom of the doors. The bed was really rough otherwise I really enjoyed my stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely stay again. I had cabin #4

Only issue is the traffic noise from I-90 when staying in the camping cabins close to the highway. Everything else is fantastic !

Everyone was very friendly! My daughter was celebrating her birthday and the staff went out of their way to make her feel special.

Everything is perfect but it it situated literally adjacent to the highway so be prepared for the loud sound, especially at night.

Definitely one of the better KOA's we've stayed at. We rented a cabin and found it first rate. the bathroom and showers were great. We will be sure to keep the Sioux Falls KOA in mind whenever we're on our way or returning from the Black Hills.

Staff are super friendly and make sure that your needs are met. They are always improving the camp ground new fire pits are nice. Only downfall is the noise from traffic on interstate and trucking company which the koa has no control over.

Stayed in one of the Kamping Kabins. Very clean. AC worked (and boy was it needed)! Showers/Bath in great condition, as was the pool. Will stay again when we next pass through.

We have kids who live in northwest Iowa so this was a great place to stay and cook out. Next year we may rent several cabins for us and our kids and take advantage of the pool, pickle ball courts, and corn hole game. Also, the staff had the A/C on so the cabin was cool when we arrived. This was a plus since it felt liked 102 degrees out.

Great stay on our way out west, heading back home, heading south, or playing around in the Sioux Falls area! We have been staying here for over two decades!

Great stay. People working there were super friendly and helpful. They are the best example of a great example of how a KOA should be run. Facilities were clean. Always felt safe. And I felt as if my choosing to stay there was also appreciated. Thank you all for a great job and a great place to stay.

We stayed in the new spacious teepee for one night and loved it! It had a deck that included adorandack chairs. We found it more spacious than a camping cabin. Restrooms were clean and updated. Staff were great!

We enjoyed our stays at the Sioux Falls KOA. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and facilities very clean. They even called before our arrival to ask if they could turn our A/C to cool our cabin down. This was so Amazing as we had a long hot day!!

Great campground. Very clean and organized. The staff were wonderful - very helpful and friendly. We stayed in the tepee - our grandson loved it. The only down point is that there is a lot of traffic noise. It's right next to the interstate on one side and at trucking company on the other side. Still, a great place to stay!

The cabin i stayed in was in poor condition. The swimming pool is advertised as heated but it wasn’t. The location of the cabin was right next to a busy industrial area and the trucks coming in and out all night made for very little sleep.

The teepee was very cozy and comfortable. The site was very clean. This KOA is close to the highway - so some noise from cars, but it is a good spot for a convenient, quick stop.

The campground itself is nice, bathrooms were very clean, staff was very nice. The location by a freight company was awful. Hearing semis airbrakes and backing up beeping all night long was very frustrating. Had I known the trucking company was across the street I would have stayed elsewhere.

We stayed in the teepee it was cute and more roomy than we imagined it would be. It was right next to the park which was great for us since we had a little.

Appreciate the very pleasant, organized staff. We arrived late and cabin was all set for us to move in. Facilities clean and tidy. Comfortable mattress in cabin. Recommendation rating of 8 simply because of location to noisy interstate.

Lowest amenity camper cabin we had stayed in. Wasnt a fan of the cabin lay out. No jumping bean/mini golf for kids to use. Very helpful staff and clean area.

I apologize if your stay wasn't up to par. We have a pool, pickleball, gaga ball, a playground, beanbags, and a basketball court for kids to enjoy. We unfortunately do not have room for mini golf or a jumping pillow. Thanks for staying!

It was great and staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating! Such great people. Only complaint is that the freeway was quite loud, but not much to be done about that.

My travel companion has mobility issues, and the camper cabin assigned to us had 4 big steps. There were no other cabins available, but the family in the next cabin with only 1 step volunteered to trade cabins. The staff member who had guided us to the cabin helped us arrange that change. I appreciated that the office and the staff member did check to see if anything else was available.

After a twelve hour day in the car, we just needed a good nights rest. We’ve stayed in other KOA cabins before, so knew what to expect. However, we did not anticipate being so close to the interstate that the noise of every single vehicle passing by would keep us up all night. There is not enough Ambien in the world to make me ever stay there again.

I stayed there on my way from Ohio to Belle Fourche . Easy on and off of I 90 , cabin was clean and I was escorted to my site . I would definitely stay there again . Employees were very nice .

Pros - pleasant call on night of check in to guide us through getting to our cabin after hours. Nice bathrooms. Cons - Weird setup where cabins are face to face reducing privacy, too many signs reminding you of the rules, construction right outside our cabin before 9:00 AM, and when leaving no one bothered to ask how we enjoyed our stay. Only KOA I’ve ever been to where I left disappointed.
