Some would think that purchasing a campground on October 31st would be a scary endeavor, but not for Dave, Jolene and Chris Queen, who in 2007 did just that.
No strangers to the RV world, since they have owned an independent RV Park for over 12 years, they were looking for a way to double the fun.
"We have enjoyed running our independent RV park and were looking for a way to meet more great people", says Dave, "and this campground gives us perfect opportunities."
The kids are really where the joy of the campground is. "To see the kids, with their great sense of adventure and being able to be part of that adventure, makes each day here fun," says Jolene.
"We want to create memories for everyone that visits our park," says Chris, "We love the interaction and being part of the enthusiasm that they have for camping and RVing."
With beautiful landscaping, wonderful amenities and nice pull thru sites, the Sioux City North KOA has become a new home away from home for the Queens'. However when they do take a break of this exciting life you can find them bicycle touring on the open road, practicing archery and are very active in their church.
