We arrived on a weekend and found a VERY full campground of mostly families with young children. We didn't spot many retirees like ourselves, but by Monday the campground seemed cleared of most children. Remarkably, the internet connection was very good, the showers were clean, and the waterwas hot and the staff was quite helpful. The camping spaces were small, so we felt piled in like sardins,

It was ok. Road in was terrible the trees hang way to low and hit the roof of the RV many times.

Our late summer stay was a good choice for us. Avoided the crowds, but still able to enjoy amenities/activities. The sites are spacious, with lots of variety of styles. The wide bike trail was a pleasant surprise.

way to expensive, we have gone r there are five years in a row and the price is gotten just ridiculous especially for the family members. You don’t have Rv’s and book cabins have to stay for three night minimum cabins are way too expensive for what they offer.

Staff were very nice, bathrooms were clean, location was perfect, and the quiet hours were enforced. We will be back.

Our only complaint was the slippery mud by the pool! I am 80 years old and slipped and fell! I didn’t break anything but hit my knee pretty hard making the next few days very difficult to walk! The staff was very kind and came right over, helped my husband get me up, and asked if they could do anything for me. Several children slipped and fell before they finally cleaned it up.

Nice big park. Kid friendly but still quiet for us with no kids. Many activities all within 30 minutes. Close to the beach. Just beautiful.

We were given a site that would accommodate our 34ft 5th wheel.However due to the bush in front of the site it made it impossible to swing our trailer in there.She told me we could move to site #58 but then changed her mind because it didn’t fit slide-outs.She then offered me other sites at a higher rate. Another great stay in the books. Our RV site was spacious and level. The pool was heated, and the store was stocked with plenty of goodies (and essentials).

The staff couldn’t be friendlier, the campground and restrooms were super clean, one of our new favorite spots! We will be back soon!

The bathrooms were not clean, there were clogged toilets and sinks and toilet paper everywhere. I invited others who have not stayed at the campground before and I was embarrassed with the mess. KOA is typically on top of this. I don't know if it had anything to do with the huge group of people who went as I never seen the restrooms this bad before. I hope this was a one-time incident.

Park was clean and so much fun. You can tell they really take the Time to plane and organize things for family. And they are so organized! My only negative feedback was the registration staff and people in the main store were not friendly and they took forever to check people in.

We had a great time at the Santa Cruz KOA. It was our first time there and it was wonderful! They had a lot of things for my kids to do and the campsite was clean and spacious! We will definitely be back!

I traveled with my grandkids for the weekend to the Santa Cruz/Monterey Bay KOA. The facility was nice, staff were friendly and helpful, and the kids had a great time with all of the activities. Definitely a family oriented park; more so than for adults traveling without kids.

We had an electrical problem with our two sites. Ray, an employee, worked efficiently to try to correct the problem. He worked with the office and got us moved to new sites. Ray was so kind, helpful, efficient. Getting your trailer all set up only to have to move it again is exhausting. Ray really took some of the stress out of that. We can’t thank him enough.

We really had a great stay from the clean grounds, restrooms to the great staff. We really want to thank Rhonda, Tyler and all the staff from the sandshack. You all made us feel at home and welcomed.

First time stay…we loved it! So much to do for our kids. We got an rv spot overlooking the playground area and it was so convenient to send our kids off to play when we needed to get things done. Fun atmosphere…found a good spot to take a yearly family trip for sure!

This park has everything a parent/grandparent could want for their children. I was a tiny bit disappointed that the train did not run while we were there but it didn't change my opinion of this KOA.

My wife and I really enjoyed the staff they are always around if you need anything just ask them. Also enjoyed the pizza and wings. Even brought them to my site. Saturday a group had there music to loud whish someone would have told them to turn it down some. We will be back again. Thank you Kelly

Reserved a spot on the nature reserve side to get some peace and tranquility. Instead, we were right by the train stop and surrounded by screaming kids. Probably a great spot for a family with kids, but not for us. Reasonably clean and well maintained property though.

LOVE this KOA! It's our home base for weekender trips in our RV. Friendly staff, nice and clean, great amenities. Love the themed weekends, and holiday celebrations.

This is a very nice KOA and definitely a KOA type experience. We checked in quickly and our spot was adequate for our van. The showers in the morning were good but could have been a bit cleaner. That is why the four star rating...
