When we arrived and went into the building to check in, the two ladies were not all that friendly and certainly didn’t smile. I’m pretty sure the spot they put us and was the worst one in the campground. It was nothing but sand and tree roots that stuck up above the ground, which we continually tripped over. The spot was so tight that we broke our awning as we were trying to get out.

Had problems with power. Distribution panel in our row went out 3 times. They never called electrician to fix, only reset the panel, which failed again. They developed an attitude with all the campers in that row calling office. Should not have happened. Row was only half full and after first outage, we were only running one air conditioner.

Best KOA we have stayed at. Lots of things for the kids to do. The park was clean and the pool was amazing!!

Back for our third time at Orlando Southwest KOA and love the new upgraded sites and park amenities. The hard-working people who manage this park are friendly and make this park a great place to stay affordably for any of your planned activities nearby.

Nice clean KOA right next to I-4. I only rated it a 4 due to the very tight sites which was somewhat difficult for us in a Class A Motorhome. Screaming kids in the pool also was a detractor. It was nice for an overnight stop.

Since we were told if we wanted a monthly rate we would have to go up on the hill in the back of the campground. The sites we were told we could ask for are not even close to being level and very close together. The workers are great and I will miss most of them. I looked forward to going there every year, but no more

Great staff and the grounds are kept very beautiful. The only negative is that the lots behind the row of cabins are not level and require a lot of levelling blocks on one side to be able to get RVs level. Now that we know this, we will be better prepared for our longer stay next year! �

I stayed here for the winter two years so far! Everyone is sooo nice and we love the pool! Enjoy all the events and amenities offered. Close to Disney and a lot to do in this area.

Trop de gens qui travaille tous les jours donc beaucoup de bruit très tôt le matin avec des véhicules très bruitant. Trop de chien qui jappent constamment et souvent très longtemps car les propriétaires les laissent seuls dans les roulottes. Nous avons eu un terrain très sablonneux et très inégale. Très déçu de notre première expérience en camping en Floride !

The woman at the front desk gave this place the rating it did. The sites also are NOT flat in any way and trying to level is a task.

Nice facility. Clean and well maintained. Lots of amenities for the kids and a nice sized dog park with a wash station. Only downside was some of the sites (ours) was not level.

Good stay. Wish they had a hot tub instead of kids pool. It is hardly used. Nice staff, will stay there again. Appears to have several abandoned RV’s and vehicles in long term stay area. Does diminish the overall look of the area. Strongly suggest those are removed.

Had an issue, emailed manager who promptly addressed the issue. The resolution was above the expectation. Great location. Facilities are well taken care of and clean.

Great place to stay, especially if you bring the kids. They have great play area and also if you have your doggies they have a dog walk area and nice K9 area.

Great! Campground had many improvements since the last time we stayed. Lots of activities to do, very clean grounds. Beautiful pool. Great for walking and riding your bike and still feel safe. Easy check in process love the fact that they use zingle and keep you informed about activities and to let you know if you have mail.

Very nice KOA. Plenty of activities at this campground for all ages. We travel with our dog and we were pleased with the facilities for him. (Dog walking area. Dog pen at our site, large free run fenced area. And a pet wash.)

Very clean and convenient RV park. Lots of amenities- swimming pool , hot tub, mini golf etc. super clean bathroom and showers. Very close to interstate which makes it convenient but a little noisy at night.

We thought the playground/fire pit/swings area was very nice and the pool was nice also. The tent sites also had the picnic shelters which I haven't seen before.

I want to start this review with: I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before because the reviews I feel aren't fair for this campground. So. We ended up needing to switch our reservation from tent to cabin and Debra was wonderful, very understanding and helpful through our issue. The staff didn't take us to our site like other koa's but to be honest, it's an easy enough campground to figure out with the map. SO. This review is 2 parts because we stayed in a deluxe tent AND the cabin. Deluxe tent sites: pretty ok. The plugs and sink, definitely amazing. Definitely woke up to the traffic and construction but, that's to be expected when tent camping. And the deluxe sites, staff did an amazing job. Now to the cabin. We stayed in 2, an older one and a newer one. The older one, needs SOME work, not a ton to be honest. All the cabins I feel need small 5 feet privacy fences in between. The older cabin did need a better light, it was very dim. The newer cabin, was great. We're already planning our next stay! The ONLY review I have for this particular site is: possibly have golf carts to rent and definitely need a family restroom. A lot of families would've benefited from them. But thank you to the staff for being so helpful and friendly.
