For $109.00 this place is well over priced. Its in the middle of no-where, which for a KOA I consider unaccessible. We could not get their cable TV to work although they said they checked the line and all was ok. I tried 3 cables, none of them worked and now at a different RV park, the hook up works so not an RV issue as they said. Then, when I hooked up my portable Dish antenna, the only place to

We were only wanting an overnight stopover. The KOA was very far off the highway & not very easy to get to. Was expensive & the size of the sites extremely small. Don't think l would want to stay any length of time for that reason. My family has a permanent campground site in Ohio, we have a large lot, with trees & enjoy it alot.

This was my first time visiting KOA Northhampton. What a great time. The workers are all so nice and accomplished. I stayed in a cabin and it was just perfect for my short stay. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our 9 day stay. We were in site H and had plenty of room and enjoyed the patio, grill and patio set. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only one issue I saw and that was the bathroom by the mini golf was a bathroom/shower room combo. If someone was using shower, the bathrooms were tied up until they finished. Other than that, everything was great!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool and playground areas were enjoyable for the kids, age 4 and 8. Bathrooms were not as clean as we usually find at a KOA. Ladies restroom at the upper building was out of soap for day and a half(indicates lack of attention).

The cabin we had was great except the mattress needs to be replaced. NOT CONFERTABLE!! Quiet site, friendly employees, especially the managers son,Landon.

Overall fine. The staff was helpful and friendly, the site was fine except I thought I had booked full hookups, but my bad, operator error- me. Staff led me around to the dump station, so all worked out. Bathrooms were exceptionally clean. I was disappointed the snack bar with hot breakfast was closed Saturday morning, but open Sunday. We left Saturday.

It's a good campground if you are going out to explore the area. We arrived while it was raining and most campsites had a lot of patches of water which can be a little uncomfortable. Although that was our case the customer service was amazing. They looked and changed campsites until they found one that was suitable.

Lots of things for the kids to do on the weekends. Not so much during the week. Coin hunt was a big hit with my boys... The scavenger hunt was not realistic. Too many items on there that you just aren't going to have or find at a camp site. Also only gave you 30 minutes to get the stuff. Way to stressful. It's supposed to be fun for all... The fire truck was great. Staff was super... Thank you

Nice pull through stay. Mini golf needs some new carpet. Be sure you have an adapter to hook up to the old sewer with no threads. Staff very helpful �

Only stayed one night since traveling home. This KOA was very clean even had trash pick-up! The sites were fairly level the bathrooms were clean. We were able to attend Ice cream Sundae night which was an added plus! Everyone was very nice they escorted you to your campsite too! Will def. come back again!

The site was level. It was very far from all the activities which was both good and bad. It was good because it was quiet where we were. The bad part was how far it was to walk to the store. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

Loved it! First time camper here (as an adult) with our first camper. I was amazed by all the campground amenities and could easily see how a family could spend their somets here with fun for everyone.

Not enough bathrooms on the lower level, only 4 single. Three out of the four days I was there I had to drive to the top level. There should be umbrellas in the pool area. Staff are wonderful and very helpful.

Staff was great and the place was hopping; but that was because it was a crowded KOA. Closely packed sites. Our site was a little more roomy. However, most of the site was unusable, even the dog pen, because of being flooded. To be fair, it was pouring a lot before we got there; but the drainage and such was definitely not done well. And we though patio meant cement pad. :-(

The fire pit was filled with water and wouldn't stay dry even after removing water by hand.

Our lawn wasn’t mowed upon arrival. We found out later about activities that were going on. We even asked to have the lawn mowed but it never happened.

Was a nice stay. Pool was nice, as was the playground. Mini golf course needs a lot of attention. Bathroom and showers were well kept and air conditioned. Front area sites were level and loved that it had chairs and a grill. Ample staff to help out when needed. Would stay again.

One of the best camp sites I ever had at a KOA

One night mid-week stay passing through. Our site along the woods was quiet and nicely shaded. Check-in was smooth and friendly. Jerry 's great! Helping with the back-in and a quick primer on the grounds. I would not want to camp near the office and pool, or the dump station, as those sites were closely packed and open. The water had an odd smell. Overall, a good stop. Thanks!

Got site 2 in front which backed up to meadow and mountains. Very close to Northampton and Easthampton. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Super family friendly park - lots for kids to do. Unfortunately, we had neighbors next door who were very loud out at their fire well after quiet hours, swearing up a storm, keeping us up. I wish staff had driven a cart through the campground to ensure adherence to quiet hours. Other than that, it was a great stay.

We had such a great trip!!! The cabin was awesome!! Brian and Matt were very helpful.. we have been doing this trip for the past 4 yrs and already booked next year. We have 5 families and do a potluck lunch/dinner on the Saturday.. well the weather was rainy and we were allowed to use their rec room to hold our event. They were very accommodating.
