Stayed 6 nights. Very quiet clean park. Clean washrooms. Laundry facility was good. Excellent staff and store. Close to attractions. Wifi kept cutting out inside the trailer.

The first time that we camped in Canada and your KOA was beautiful , clean and convenient. We didn’t have a car to drive so it was great to have the bus service.

Great place to stay. Close to everything you would need. Of course there is lots to do in Niagara Falls. The campground is adding some new playground equipment which will be a hit with the younger ones. The indoor pool and hot tubs was a nice surprise especially with the cooler weather in April.

Convenient location. Once inside the campground you feel removed from the city. Liked the trees campsites and level pads.

We travelled from uk. Rented rv and headed to niagara really friendly welcome. Great site. Totally spotless and clean. Facilities excellent. We used th Wego to visit niagra. Stayed two nights and had a great time.

I stayed last three days of April 2024. I had the entire tent section to myself T39 space. It was really nice. I don't stay in KOA or like Campgrounds very often as I wild camp (van) more but I wanted to be close to the falls and needed to do laundry. I can't imagine what the busy season would be like but the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Super clean restrooms and laundry room. Very nice amenities. Would not like some one backed up so close to me. This did not happen on our stay. Only if the campground starts filling up. Loved being on the Wego bus line. We never even used our vehicle during our visit.

I know it’s the beginning of the camping year. But the staff was amazing and the facilities were clean. Definitely love camping here and I know for a fact we’ll be back.

Our family loved our KOA stay! Spotless facilities, no strong scents, perfect for us. Even with flight delay, check-in was smooth. Close to stores. Our short three-night stay meant missing the indoor pool and just before the outdoor pools reopened, but we'll be back!

personnel at the campground need to be taught the importance of customer service. I asked why I was assigned the only muddy site among dozens that were not and were unoccupied, sorry: you should have told us. The person assigning site should have known! when I inquired about getting propane for my motorhome I was told I could get it at Costco but they only do portable tanks. Should know!

Went for the weekend because they were open and the inside pool and hot tubs were open. Payed for an extended checkout and for my daughter, her husband and my 2 year old grandson to visit with us. Unbeknownst yo us the playground and bounce pad ( which was inflated was closed. I feel that this information should have been told to us upon our arrival. If you say that you are open you should be.

We stayed in the 8 person deluxe cabin. The cabin was nice however the cabin was not properly designed for 8 people. The dinning table only sat 4 people leaving the other 4 to sit on the couch and floor. The outdoor patio table only sits 6 again leaving 2 people to sit elsewhere away from the group. The pull out couch was also not the most comfortable place to sleep.

Furnace was very noisy and scared us the first time it came on at 1am.

Our stay was great. Cabin 31 was the perfect spot for our relaxing getaway. The only 2 issues we had were the grill did not start. Luckily the staff was able to start it. Also the ceiling fan wouldn't turn on. But other than that we can't wait to visit again.

This stay was for a the 2024 Solar Eclipse. The campground had special events, and had everything campers needed to experience the Eclipse (except perfect weather). The staff was great and the facility was up to its' normal great standards. And the most pleasantly surprising part was they didn't raise their prices for the event like some of their neighbours. Well Done!

Location convenient to the bus to go to the falls and other areas. also convenient to restaurants in walking distance. The showers were clean along with lots of hot water (could use a few more hooks to hang clothes). The campground offered many activities for the kids including a jump pad. As always in KOA's, the people are really polite and nice. The only negative that it was quite muddy.

Great!! Large, level grassed sites. The kids enjoyed mini golf & bouncy pillow! Staff was pleasant and answered all our concerns. Would definitely return!

The cottages are lovely & well equipped but the double bed was very very noisy. We were also charged an extra $25. To get cottages side by side but all of the cottages around us were vacant. Why were we charged extra? The indoor pool was advertised as being open till 8 pm but when arrived, ready to enjoy a swim on our first night there we were told that they just changed the closing time to 6

Weather was cold and rainy, but KOA had a wonderful indoor pool for us to be able to get out of our RV. The campgrounds were nice with great, clean bath houses. The showers were clean and spacious. Employees were friendly. We enjoyed our stay!!

We were thrilled to learn the park would open a month early this year thanks to the solar eclipse. We've stayed here several times as it's close to home and makes for an easy getaway. The park and staff never disappoint. Everyone is very helpful and polite. The park is very well maintained and has all the amenities you need. We'l be back again!

Safe, quiet, and clean. Minor issue with the HVAC system in our cabin, but not enough to take away from the rating. We'd love to come back.

Very nice, well kept KOA. Staff was very accommodating when we had to extend our check out by a few hours due to a medical issue. The grounds were very well kept. The playground was amazing. Would definitely stay again!
