Nice park, good location to get to Niagara Falls and the surrounding areas. We were in the "overflow" section all the way in the back of the park but it was still no issue sleeping, etc.

We enjoyed playing ping-pong and eating s'mores. The laundry facilities were amazing.

Very nice campground with a lot of amenities for kids. Even with all that though I can not see how they can justify a $100.00 plus per night for the spot. Also having gravel roads it was very dusty whenever someone was driving around. Overall a nice park, just to expensive. Day before I was to leave, sent me a text for 50% off if I wanted to stay any longer.

Location, location, location. Great location for Niagara Falls. Staff was wonderful and suggested a Niagara Falls tour that picks up at the campground. Laundry was very clean and all the washers and dryers worked. Bathrooms were clean, WiFI great, as was cable. Also, if you're into Frank Lloyd Wright designed home, about 20 minutes away is the Martin Darwin home in Buffalo, NY.

Amenities available, friendly staff, nice size sites.

We stayed at this campground to be close to Niagara Falls, and it was great for that. We didn’t use any amenities so can’t comment on those. Sight we had was narrow for our Class A motor home, but there were larger sights if you were willing to pay more. We were only there for two nights, so it was fine. Only slight complaint was that the cable tv service - about half the channels were fuzzy.

Overall a fairly nice place. However, bad directions with poor signage made it hard to find. We had no escort to our spot, which resulted in quite a a bit of confusion and a wrong turn caused damage to our coach. Somewhat expensive for a dirt slot.

Everyone we encountered at this KOA was friendly & helpful with any questions. The campground & facility was well maintained & clean. The staff was also helpful with recommending activities. We would recommend this campground!

Very nice place and close to Niagara Falls.

first time we stayed at a KOA. It was great easy access for our RV easy hook ups. Small general store inside Campground. Pet friendly. Fenced in dog areas throughout the park. Also had cabins to rent. Would definitely stay at a KOA again

Campground is clean and well maintained. Great facilities for children to play. But site was small and lots of traffic. Not private. There was no grill or conversion for the fire ring to cook. Table top dry and cracking. For over $120/night, I was hoping for more. Staff was great! Great for family with kids, or if you stay in your coach. Not for us who like to spend time out in our site. Pricey.

Sites are narrow, old picnic tables, roads are bumpy and over priced.

Stayed 3 nights and visited the Falls. We go the cheap seats back in the back and the highway was noisy. Basic setup Water electric sewer. Dried grass and tree roots but it served our purpose . Didn’t use any facilities. Appears to be a nice KOA over priced to accommodate Niagara visitors!

Awesome stay. Close to the Falls, stores and amenities, clean , vast campground with much to do for the kids. We really enjoyed it.

Plus 1) Super friendly & efficient staff, especially "golf cart" Martin, always cruising the grounds while offering friendly guidance to all. 2) Clean as a whistle, always. 3)15 minutes to Falls. Minus1) no office response at 1:30 a.m. when trying to report noisy tenters 4) Some showers have hot H2O.Sometimes.Some don't.Sometimes. 5) 5mph signs are needed to keep clay road dust down in back

Helpful and friendly staff, clean and well-maintained facility, centrally located. We will be back!

We had a great time at the KOA. It was very close to Niagara Falls which was our destination. The only complaint is how expensive it was! $180 for a Friday or Saturday night is insane! However, people pay it.

Fantastic amenities and excellent staff, especially Drew and his wife! ϋ

The campground is spacious and beautiful. The bathrooms were clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Theresa was extremely helpful with her knowledge of the tours.

We needed a last minute site due to the other place we had scheduled not being what it was billed to be and my wife not being comfortable with it. We got a pull through with full hookups and we're very pleased.

Campground was clean, workers friendly and helpful. Laundry open 24 hours, but no change machine and office closes earlier than most campgrounds so not able to use the laundry facilities. Pool was not up and running after Memorial Day Still a very comfortable stay

Crowded but it is as Memorial Day Weekend. Cleared out Monday. Nice campsite near the pond. Camp K-9 areas were good, not good for ball throwing though. Laundry room had good washers & dryers. Office staff friendly and helpful. Excellent place to stay with kiddos - so much for them to do.

Great location!

We stayed in a patio site with our motor coach & loved it. The patio furniture was top quality & clean. The sites were much larger than usually found in a KOA. Everything was clean and the staff was personable & very helpful. They had many cabins laid out in clusters, the grass was cut & plants well tended. Expensive but worth it for its quality and location. Would definitely recommend!

The campground was to expensive. It was more than two times the amount of any other KOA campgrounds or any campground I have ever stayed at.

Very friendly/helpful staff. Campground and restrooms were spotless.

Teresa was Very helpful at check-in and adjusted our length of stay at our request. The campground was super convenient to everything we wanted to do, like Niagara Falls attractions and Buffalo. Our site was basic, pull through site met our needs. They have some very nice patio sites I would choose next time. Very nice cabins too.

Had a great time with family and kids enjoyed the holiday activities. Wish the pool was opened earlier to enjoy heated water. Would like to recommend possible wooden stockade fence at rear camping area to block out noise from highway for those camping in the back. Also it may deflect vehicle exhaust and visual traffic .Other than that everything was great, see you again. Great job!.

I would like a refund or credit!!! The website stated HEATED pool. It was FAR from heated. If we had known it was not heated we would not booked a site!!!

Fantastic KOA.. very friendly staff! Easy check in/out. Rented a cabin for three nights in early April, C35, it's right on the small pond. Great view, and close to everything the campground offers. Lots of activities- playgrounds, jumping pad thing for the kids, ping pong, basketball, paddle boats, pools. The cabin was perfect for us. It had heat and tv (not that you need tv, but it was nice to have the option). This place is a couple minutes from Buffalo, and ten minutes drive from Niagara falls. There is an amusement park right next door to the KOA, but it wasn't open, it was probably just too early in the season, but it looks like it'd be fun. The cons of this particular cabin (and definitely not a deal breaker, because I would absolutely stay in this one again) were A) where you park, you'd think you would be able to walk in from the little porch that's right there by the parking area, but there's no gate to get onto the porch, so you have to walk around to the other side of the cabin to get up the stairs into the deck to get in. It just made moving stuff in and out a little annoying. B) watch your head!!!!!! I must have hit my head about a dozen times on the little roof overhang while walking up and down the deck stairs. I had to hang paper towels as markers so I'd see them and not hit my head... (They didn't really help!) C) this won't always apply, but the ground was muddy, so it was slippery at the bottom of the stairs from the deck. I was just concerned for my 68 year old mom, didn't want her to slip and get hurt. I asked the lovely people in the office if there was anything they can do about that, so they sent a gentleman over in a golf cart, and he took care of it. He returned with a door mat, and they put down some rocks, and it helped. So, really nothing but good things about this KOA. Oh yeah, my son is 10, and had the best time... He asked if we can go back- I do plan to return!

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
