Would not recommend nor return to this campground.Constant noise from proximate airport & railway tracks kept us up all night.Also sites are parking lot style and not worth the price.Only redeeming quality is the friendly staff & closeness to French Quarter.

The ladies at the desk were very pleasant and helpful, good sites, close to neighbours but not that close. I would come back!!

Enjoyed our stay and the shuttle service though a bit pricey. Our shuttle driver was a fount of knowledge and relayed the information well.

We loved it there! The only drawback is the train that is very close that goes at all hours of the night blaring its horn through a particular intersection.

Friendly staff at check in but the park is small and not what I would consider KOA standards. Appears worn down, broken concrete on un level sites that are cramped and surrounded by unattractive metal fence. Glad we only stayed 2 nights.

Grounds weren’t very clean and train noise all night long. Staff was very nice and helpful with local attractions. But wasn’t impressed with location and cleanliness.

Steel wall surrounding the campground, old sites not maintained very well and construction right outside our camper at 8:00 am on the first morning. Someone shut off our water. No fire pits. Overall bad experience, ended up leaving a day early to go to our next destination. Can’t recommend to anyone. Very far from any attractions in New Orleans!

The people there could not be nicer. The spots are challenging for a45 foot 5th wheel but made easy by their escorts!!! Easy drive into the city

Very pleased with the assistance provided (without asking) for backing the trailer into our site. Great job and I wish more RV parks would do the same. Really enjoyed all the Mardi Gras stuff in the camp store. We even bought some!

Nice location in proximity to downtown NOLA. The staff was very friendly/helpful. A staff member saw that we had dogs and told us about a pet walking service offered. We gladly took them up it. Best thing ever! Sites were nice. We had a gentleman assist in backing in. The showers/restroom were well kept. We’ll be back.

The campground is clean as a whistle. Everyone who works there is super helpful. The other guests that we met were also very nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

This KOA is great. The staff make the place special. Especially Cindy in the office. Would recommend to anyone going to NOLA.

Staff was GREAT, my site was really uneven and in the rain with the drain nearby made it fun, I'm glad the staff left a squeegee near the drain. Thank you for opening up the shower facility and office during the tornado warning, I added that to my bucket list check off!!

The staff was great, all sites are back in but one of the guys came over with a golf cart to tow my tow dolly behind my coach so I wouldn't have to push it. The campground is noisy, but your in a city setting. 25.00 Uber ride into New Orleans downtown.

This campground is one of the most rugged I've seen. The site I was rented was so well laid out that I broke the back of my RV. Very bad experience

This KOA is what I would call below average as far as the sites are small & the roads are bad, BUT & this is a big BUT, they people are nice & very helpful!! We had our truck vandalized in New Orleans & the people here went way above & beyond to help us get it cleaned up & fixed in the ONE DAY that we had left! I would highly recommend staying here & taking an UBER into New Orleans! :-)

It’s not like the KOA’s we stayed at. The spot we had was under construction by the pool and extremely muddy. If your bringing kids they have no activities for them. If your just staying there to go into New Orleans it’s great. Restrooms were clean as well as showers. Workers were very nice.

Very accommodating and helped on saving money parking or getting downtown area. Good sites, WiFi and all hookups etc.

This would be a 4.8 but I can't rate that only because it is a little farther away from the city than we would have liked (12 miles). Team was nice and they are very festive. Is in kind of a run down neighborhood but they gate their space in and it seems safe.

Fantastic Campground!! The shuttle is the best deal in town. The staff are phenomenal, everything is clean, laundry was great, grills and fire pits for tent rental (delivered and picked up at site) and exceptional wi-fi. We added an extra day the next morn due to the great benefit this site offers. There is some noise from train/plane traffic - but I slept well even being moderately noise sensitive and I have experienced much worse road noise at other KOAs. I would gladly stay here again.

Our Family had a Blast during Easter week. The KOA Family are SUPER nice people the park is spotless. We used the shuttle all week 10:30 drop off and 5:15 pickup. The Easter Parade was Great. Definitely will be back. One more thing: Dots Dinner walking distance the milk shakes are great.

I came in as a long time resident. I was so elated and excited about the welcoming I received from every last one of the staff that lived on the grounds. The amenities are endless; super clean laundry room with really affordable machines, ironing table, folding table, a/c and tv. Even had rockers sitting outside to just enjoy the fresh air if you choose. Nice and clean pool. a building for private showers and restrooms. It's amazing. Let's not forget the shuttle that takes you to the Grench Quarters. Ask for Ms. Doreen, she is one of my favorites.
